Staff argues, and lies.

Refused to provide more than 1 key for 4 people in 2 bedroom suite. Elevators and room electricity are card controlled. Cannot leave room alone because you can’t get back to room without leaving rest of occupants in dark. Claimed IMPOSSIBLE to provide additional keys. Threatened chargeback and got keys after hour wait.

Lobby smells of sewage at times. Rooms smell of cigarettes.

Everything broken in multiple rooms, both safes inoperable. Broken microwave, broken iron. Steam shower leaks disgusting rust liquid all over.

Children’s pool filthy, took 35 minutes of failed 5 minute promises to clean.

Bell service takes 45 minutes to deliver luggage.

Dining staff members wouldn’t allow mug to go to room, ridiculous.

Room service people on phone yell and repeat questions over and over again.

World’s cheapest toilet paper too!

Absolutely not worth the price. JW Marriott next door is immaculate. Stay at Marriott.

Checked in past midnight as I caught a late flight into the city. The staff at reception had issues providing me with a working room key, and eventually had security escort to me to my room and unlocked the door for me.
Breakfast was extremely underwhelming and quite frankly not even 4 star hotel quality (let alone 3). Had a machine brewed coffee and went next door to JW Marriot to eat.
On the second night I came back to the hotel around 8: 30pm to find extremely loud music pumping from the Fariz Cafe downstairs. Even with earplugs in, the noise was still very audible. It seems rooms ending in 01 to 06 suffer this issue.
Even more frustrating was a repeated phone call from reception, upon answering, I was accused by the reception staffer of not paying for my room (Credit card payment was processed the night prior). Waking someone with a false accusation of non payment is not a great way to win over your guests.
Honestly, the rooms are nice, but the staff training, food standard and noise pollution makes this a 2-star hotel experience.

Stayed here for a business trip. Location was great, though at times the noise from nearby restaurants could be heard in the rooms. However they close at a reasonable time, so it was not a big concern for sleeping.
Staff was very kind and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at the Oakwood Premier Prestige Bangalore. The friendly staff made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The rooms were incredibly clean and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless, which added to my overall experience. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay with friendly staff and clean rooms.

Centrally located in Bangalore situated in UB city, quite a lot good restaurant options (non Oakwood) once you are down to lobby level. Large rooms with kitchen equipped with electric gas, chimney, basic utensil & serving stuff etc. Hotels restaurant is good & food is tasty, Buffet breakfast has decent spread and F&B manager Mirza Ali ensure you have great experiance. Few things which can improve experiance is Infra ie Lighting & AC control in rooms - old and need some maintenance/refurbish

Please skip this one. Not worth it. Very rude lady hostess in the restaurant this has to be highlighted. Rooms are clean but not very clean. They are cockroaches in the bathroom. Very bad breakfast buffet. Overall the experience was bad and will never come back and will not recommend anyone.

A Good Neat Place! Priced quite high compared to its competitors. They take security deposit and don't even allow free parking even after their high pricing.

Perfect service apartment like setting but is a hotel. 1 star less for the breakfast nothing but ordinary and paying 700 for parking, pretty absurd. Otherwise perfecto

Luxury hotel. Lovely ambience. High-end property. Enjoyed the stay with friends get-together here, loved the food. Had good fun.

It's a great apartment, great location, food is good too but if you are living there for longer duration then do bear in mind that all sorts of food and grocery deliveries are hard to coordinate.

The kitchenette rooms here are great value for money! They are spacious and beautiful. The staff is very helpful as well. Definitely recommend Oakwood.

Not happy with the service. Taking a lot of time for preparation as well serving. Not having the items as per menu and disappointed with the selection of our desired items.
Poor service. They have Reserved tables and no one turned up.
Worst service. Answer comes as month end and no stock available.

Lovely roof top bar! The view was magnificent from there. The buffet offered was not with lot of options - but whatever provided was tasty. The staffs are very good, polite and prompt in support. The place, as expected, was neat and clean. The pool was also well maintained. Overall, a very good evening experience.

Have been there with Boss and friends. Wonderful food and exceptional service. F&B guy Jayram did fantastic job. Will come back soon.

Lovely stay for the price they are offering (4k). The rooms are really good. I'm a Sucker for mood lights and all the lights had mood lighting. The breakfast spread is the best I've seen which also included Mediterranean, south Indian and Continental cuisines. Excellent service

I stayed here for 4 nights.the room is spacious with all kitchen amenities but rooms are old. Though overall stay was good but the hotel is charging exorbitant rates for anything that you want. The food ordered was not good in taste. Buffet Breakfast was ok in terms of spread but taste again was not good. The prices are of a five star but the quality is not up to the mark.

We had booked a 1 bhk apartment at this place to stay 2 nights after our wedding. We were initially greeted by the most unprofessional manager at the reception counter who kept smirking at us in the most creepiest way. After waiting for over half hour our bags were not brought inside. As it was our wedding night we had requested we would have couple of guest over at our room for dinner with us which they denied entry as they had some rule which was never mentioned to us at the time of booking that guests were allowed after 9 pm. So after having paid full amount and repeated requests we decided to walk away and leave the place and the manager was glad to have us leave while smirking creepily continuously.

We ended up staying at jw Marriott next to this property were the staff was courteous and well mannered to handle coustomer service situations on special occasions.we found the staff extremely professional here compared to
the sloppy experience by unprofessional staff at oakwood.
So oakwood still took our money and decided to treat their guests in the most terrible way. One of the worst experience a person can endure. The meaning of hospitality is totally not understood by such establishment towards their customers and they claim to be a 5 star property.

I tasted mocktails at soulcity it was very awesome. F&b staff treated me very politely.the ambience of restaurant is very nice I will visit again and I will suggest to my friends too
