Doctor Sangeetha is really nice. She is very proactive in treating the patients. She also has modern approach to treatment which may help patients in multiple ways.
Admitted wife for delivery.it was unplanned and admitted in emergency at 1.30am.staffs made sure all doctors were available during that time and operated at 5am.all support staffs and duty nurses were friendly and at our service all time.thanks koshys and team. However they charge too high. They charged 9.6k for emergency admission. Emergency is on that particular day but they charged certain percentage on total package which we need to bear that cost. Also in the name of non medical they have separate loot system. They charge mrp on all non medical items which we will get at min 50% discount outside. (Ex: baby wipes they charged mrp (190rs for 80 wipes). Outside its buy one get one free. They hardly use 5-10 wipes. I am not sure why the hospital management is looting like this. People admitted here will go out empty handed for sure.
Excellent Dr Tessiee mam, very well she cared and taken my case as priority and successfully my delivery was done as I had multiple issues during pregnancy, realy I thank God for this, it's absolutely god's plan, I never forget this doctor, very well planned and my delivery was the task, I'm blessed with little princess, after 8yrs of marriage this is first baby, I thank God, stay blessed Tessie mam. And secondly nurse in gynaecology team Suja Peter sister, Rajamma sister done a great job I realy thankful for them who was with me in entire delivery journey there very well cared nurses and experienced staff they are, I really thank full for the entire team.

Blessed male baby. Dr ananya is very good doctor. She is taking care well. Hospital is very good. Staff nurses and duty doctors taking care especially night duty staffs. Only one draw back, no toilet items in the bath room even tissue also. No food for patients. Management has to take these issues as high priority.

Money minded, suggest for unnecessary tests and each time when u want to meet the doctor it costs 6000, scanning ask us to take twice saying 1st one not clear, blood test unnecessarily ask us to take n number of tests, and writes medicines for 7 days again u have to pay the fee again

I was consulting Tessie mam for past 1and half year. Happy with her treatment. She listens to our problems patiently. Whatever she guesses as a problem in my case became correct. And she gave exact treatment related to the problem. Unnessesarily she wont suggest a test or medicine like many other doctors I have seen. Doctors and nurses are very cooperative and treatment is good. I under gone delivery for second baby.i was able to walk early than previous one.good hygiene is maintained.
The hospital can be considered only for having good doctors. But, patient care needs to be improved a lot. Some practical issues noticed like shortage of nurse allocation to patients (2 nurse for a floor covering almost 15 rooms). Time spent for a patient is very less. There is no baby care if your baby is not in NICU.

Dr. Ananya has always been very friendly and supportive right from the time we met her. She has always guided us in the right direction when we were facing issue with conception. I was worried about the health of my baby as there are chances of bleeding as I was affected by Dengue. The treatment was started by Dr. Mukesh.
