If you are looking for a stay which is calm, with less crowd, and away from hustle of a larger beach then this is the place to be.

Few key points of this stay.
1) The owner and the staff is very humble,
2) Great for family and friends. Main road is few kms away from this stay.
3) One of few beaches in India where you have crystal clear sand.

Over all a great place to be in. Will definitely recommend people to stay here.

Wow! It was awsm stay in this resort. My family really liked it. Arjun is friendly and helped us. Rooms were clean and neat. Atmosphere is just mind blowing. It's sea facing resort, kind of beach resort. Beach is also good. The only thing I feel less is, food- you need to order or get it frm outside. Owner is kind and friendly. I'm surely visit again with my family.

No food service is provided here but we can order from Ubell delivery (the number will be provided by owner), they charge 10 rupees per Km. All the hotels food taste nice.

Room service and the helpers there are very friendly and helpful.

Budget vice as well it is worth, not to costly

Place is beautiful and beach front. 3 stars just because we weee promised cottage room but after going there we were given a normal small room. Rooms were very small. Breakfast they bring from outside. Hospitality was nice. Staffs are very friendly and nice.

Clean rooms, stunning beach views, and away from the crowds. Highly recommend for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.

They don't serve food there, but you have lot of options to order from nearby restaurants, overall good place.

This is a very bad place to stay we had checked if there was beach view stay available the owner said yes but we got a very bad room with zero view of the beach when we asked about it he still said it’s beach view with few plants covered
The AC was working, there was no proper tube light, room filled with mosquito and he charged more not required for such a cheap stay
And when complained about not fulfilling our requirements he always compared with other stay saying go check out their price if you want a better facility go there
Then why does he even run this home stay? When discussed about the concern he’s not ready to accept it and fix things for us

We are very disappointed with the service
We literally had to request them even to give us chair and table for dinner it’s a very pathetic experience which we have ever faced

Amazing place, our second consecutive stay in less at than 2 yrs.
Absolutely hospitality shown by the owner Mr Dinakar Shetty. There are lack of few minor things but nothing to complain about. I would chose this place, binge visit, over any other option in this tier. So private and secluded, clean beach and property. Loved the way we were treated and made feel at home. Hope to stay here again soon.

I would definitely give 4 rating for the location for its access to beach. But the home stay needs lot of improvements. The rooms are small and I could see lot of cot webs, rooms were not clean, fans were dirty, lack of clean towels. Pile of garbage all over the place. Would not recommend for families who are looking for clean place.

Clean, calm and cool place to spend quality time with nearest & dearest ones.
Staff and owner are friendly and understanding.
Only concern is approach to property and managing breakfast and food from outside mainly during rainy season.

Great place to have fun family and friend, just opp to beach.but need more staff to manage well

The location is breathtaking, the resort literally lies on the beach. But place lacks a bit in terms of female safety, met with couple of unfortunate incidents. The beach is serene and clean and so is the resort.

Pathetic Experience
Pros: Only Pros is that it is next to the Beach
Cons: Room Size is like a Bathroom and that too it's not cleaned. Bathroom was Dirty when we were given the room.
Staffs service only since they think they will get money at checkout.they keep reminding that their duty hour is getting over so that we can give them something. Tea/Coffee is also not good. We asked for hot Water and it was given in a Flask which was full dirty with some things floating in the water. Room Bedsheet was torn and Pillow was used and the covers were absolutely dirty. We were told that we will get complimentary breakfast at 8: 30. We wanted to visit temple so we wanted it on time and to our surprise it was not given till 9 am and then when called Owner he told that it will take another half and hour for breakfast. Overall a pathetic experience.

Best place to stay. Rooms are meet and clean and very well maintained, also this resort is attach to beach.

What to expect:
. Beach side property which is calm and more like a residential place.
. Clean and tidy. Hot water available
. Clean beach (untouched by irresponsible tourists)
. Good roads leading to delta and other places
. 10 mins from highway but ofcourse dark post sunset. (Good in a way)
. Breakfast gets delivered to place as complementary.
. Good service by staff who are friendly
. Owner is very responsible

What not to expect:
. This is a stay and not a restaurant. Thus food has to be brought from outside or ordered from any restaurant who will charge 150rs delivery fee (better to get food while roaming outside instead of ordering)
. It would be great if water pump and motor are automated.
. Toilet windows can have mesh
. The night staff are good and sweet but need to be more robust and active. (Might be too much to expect but when compared to other places, it holds good).
. Water kettle/mini fridge can be provided to each room so that there need not be waiting time.

Overall this is one awesome place and is a 5/5

Review for the Room and not the cottages- Rooms were good but not cleaned properly, provided all amenities like hotel rooms but washroom was pathetic. Not at all hygienic and leakages everywhere. Outside area is good. Beach is awesome and clean. Owner was good and tried to help but they should get it repaired properly and keep it clean.

He will say see view rooms and have you pay the advance. No rooms have a sea view. He is a scam. It's just like a regular Oyo room. Not good for the family. Not worth the price.

Best place to stay. Got a little confused with map. Try finding the direction boards as it put up. Stayed for 1 day for 5 people costed 4400rs. One person stays for all the needs. The room had total 6 beds (3 bunks and 3 normal bed) and 2 washrooms and also a refrigerator.they also have AC and wifi. There are a lot of peacocks roaming around. It was the best for its price. Beautiful beach right in front of resort. It has a dining area and rain dance. Lots of dogs. They serve complimentary South Indian break fast! No shopes nearby. We must by any thing or liquor if we need. Neat place

- The Air conditioner is not strong enough to with stand the summer temperature.
- Tuesday's, power cut day around the area. UPS plays a bigger role. The property has one but wasn't able to with stand 6 hours. But the owner fixed it later still something to ask for.
+ The internet speed was amazing for the place 50 - 60 Mbps with multiple devices connected.
+ The beach view outside is amazing, also we didn't find too many people around It was very serene and beautiful.
+ Sunset's are the best

Loved this place. Located right in front of beach which is almost a private beach if you are staying here. Rooms are well maintained clean and elegantly designed. Great place to relax near the beach. Owner Mr. Shetty is very helpful person. Had a very great experience here.

Amazing stay! Very quite and tranquil place. Would definitely recommend for family and even friends. Host uncle - Dinakar uncle has been very coordial and welcoming. Care taker - Bhaskar has also been very patient and cordial.

Awesome place on the beach. This place is secluded and serene. Mr. Dinakar is a great host.
This is an ancestral property which has 2 air conditioned rooms and can host 2+4. The latter has a bunker bed. Breakfast was included in our plan and was yummy. There is a gazebo in front to simply view the beach or have food. Mr. Dinakar oversees the operations here himself. Property is maintained spic and span. Ample parking space and also has accommodation for drivers if you have rental taxis.
For lunch and dinner, there is a no frills place close by or Kundapura which is around 7 kms and has wide range of places.

Nice place to stay. Owner & Care taker are friendly, well maintained, Can hangout with friends and family too.

A wonderful beach house with 14 bed facility. AC, kitchen, play area and heard swimming pool will be coming up soon too. Awesome place to spend time with family or friends.

Best place to visit in kundapur. Hospitality is very good. Beach is very near to homestay less than 40mt.

This place is located very close to the beach. And has a newly built fully furnished 2bhk and also other room has a place for 8 members.
If you are planning to relax and get away from your everyday schedule.this is the best place.you can relax with a nice beach view and awesome malnad food.
The best part was the dinner arrangements. Dim light.sea shores.calmness. I would give a 5 star
