Nice place to live, lots of walking and a children's play area. Covered with green plants and trees. A big swimming pool and underground parking.

Excellent security and escoting huge and all facilities available including fr vegtbls groceries

Feels like native, though we live away from home! Absolutely proper maintenance and perfect amenities!

Intolerant towards pets. You have to join lots of whatsapp groups, where people crib 24/7. Those who bought units here would post cribs with the mention of the word 'tenant'. Funny place to live.

Good complex with all the facilities included. But the price for rent or sale is on the higher side. Approx 21k for rent including maintenance and approx 55lfor 2bhk flat.

Nice apartment complex.good facilities (found the gym, indoor games area and swimming pool were clean and neat). Had been here to visit a friend.on the day of visit it was a start of new year (Visu). Found the residents had a community gathering with events and food.was nice to see it.

Only negative is the approach from the main road to this place at certain points is too narrow for even 2cars to pass by at the same time.

Security is strict, apartment complex is well maintained and they even have a small store for daily needs. This apartment has wide spaces (good for long walk around the complex) and parking for visitor vehicles as well.

It's nice place, very calm, super swimming pool, children's can play safely, also shettle court exist. I liked it.

A very beautiful and peaceful society to stay. You have proximity to provisional stores, Kalyan Nagar, Kammanhalli. Very convenient for people working in RMZ Infinity, Manyata Tech Park and Bagmane Tech Park.

Bypannahalli Metro Station is reachable with auto and bus. Only inconvenience is to reach nearby bus stand. You will have to walk, or take auto till bus stand.

Otherwise all amenities (gym, swimming pool, and others) are available. Cleaning and Security is very much in place.

If you don't mind walking a little, then you will enjoy your stay at this place.

A nice High rise apartment having all facilities for their residents. This is located off nice road junction on Mysore road. The apartment has 24/7 security who are well trained. A recommendable apartment as it has good neighborhood.

Oceanus Greendale is a beautiful residential complex in the Horamavu area. But due to the high level of internal politics within the building association, basic amenities that the residence pay for religiously, are in complete shambles. As a concerned resident this sad state of affairs is extremely disheartening. The pool within the building has been shut down due to some petty personal disagreements between the presidents of the association for the past two months and is currently liable to become a mosquito infested health hazard (check the picture), as well as many other concerning security and maintenance issues. But residents seem to be completely unconcerned for the health and safety of the many children living there. I urge that the matter addressed and the building association maintain the complex to the expected standards and show value for the money being paid towards these facilities.
