Excellent service and rooms were well cleaned. The manager Hameedh and receptionist Sooraj were very friendly and well behavied. Overall the service was very nice.

Thanks had a excellent experience, especially Suraj ji is awesome, very presentable and jovial, extended very good hospitality, ensured the boarding is smooth, have come 4 hours early, he has accommodated my luggage and assured to give the room at the earliest. Given me two hours extra to stay. Thanks for the support.

Located right on the junction of SC Road and Kempe Gowda Road the location I would say one of the best in Bangalore. Property is old and run down but decently maintained. Receptionist Suraj was courteous and was very helpful. No restaurant attached to this hotel but you can order online or better you can just get out any have food at multiple restarunts available nearby. Good for short stays

Rooms need a bit of renovation.n need to start morning breakfast & should provide some Tea coffee as well.

Me and my family stayed in this hotel for a duration of 12 days! And we loved every bit of it!

But the best part are the staff. They are very friendly and helpful they give plates, extra mattresses and pillows too.

The service and.ambiance of the Hotel was really good and the hospitality of the hotel staffs were really good. When extending of days they offered the best room and offered AC rooms for cost of free. Great service and hygiene I would rate this hotel 10/10. I would recommend this hotel for short or long stay

The place is near to Majestic. Good rooms for a budget. Breakfast isn't complimentary. They charge 162 for breakfast additionally.

It's a nice place. It has a good service and experience. I was their for an conference regarding marketing the room was good. It is at a walkable distance fr mejastic junction Bus station, railway and metro. I surely suggest you to visit it.

Staff are very kind. Neat and clean room. Breakfast is good (many varieties like milk, tea, coffee, juice, poori, idly, gravy, sweet bonda, boiled egg, bread, jam, butter, coconut chetney, etc). They clean the room everyday and change the bedsheet also. Bathroom is also clean. Hot water is available for 24hrs. Both a/c and fan is present. We can also watch TV. Prefect hotel to stay in majestic area.

Very Bad Experience, I have checked in to many hotels by now, but this hotel they just don't know how to make things easier and fast for people! J had to wait approximately 15 mins to just get the billing done. The Suite which I was given had an OLD AC, which didn't work upto the mark. When I calles the reception to deliver my Zomato food to the room, their response was we don't have anyone right now to do that! And when I went to collect the order - there were 2 people who were house attendents! I mean you are having a business, is this all a joke. Customer service should have been your priority. Sorry but, I won't visit this hotel ever again.

Walking distance from Majestic, this hotel is a quite place to spend a night. Although the metro work is happening now hence the frontage is all dug up and so does construction noise disturb you in the night. Once the works are done.this plave will be ideal for a corporate stay

This is a very good hotel for stays, their complementary breakfast is actually good and worth paying. Not like other hotels whose food would be inedible. Their rooms are spacious, restroom are clean, couple friendly their location is convenient for Majestic. I regularly stay here and not once had bad experience

Very nice hotel. Rooms are so clean. Situated at central area. Near Kempegauda Bus stand. Room service is also very nice. There is Televisions also in rooms. I loved it.

Hotel is OK. Approach road is really pathetic and narrow lane. The room service is also very bad, they simply say OK but never deliver the items asked for or provide any such service ordered on phone. Toiletries were missing. No TV remote. Despite repeated calls no service to this effect. I fail to understand the ratings given.

It's a budget hotel. If you are not looking for luxury and want to stay near by railway station and bus station this hotel is the best. Rooms should be wiped before allocating dust was there on everything

Terrified Stay - I would never recommend this hotel for any one.

The person sitting in the reception was arrogant. He was speaking to us like he is doing us a favor and allowing us to stay in the hotel for no cost because we have booked our stay online.

The basic thing a guest entering the room looks for is water to drink, which I didn't find. An extension was available but no guide to call the reception. Collected the reception number from the reception itself going downstairs and informed them to send some drinking water and coffee, coffee sent in no time but still, I didn't get the water to drink. Contacted reception to send water and now he came up with a menu of water, normal water or bottled water which is chargeable, I ordered normal water till the end of my stay I didn't get the water. Somehow I had little bit of water left in my bottle which I had carried during my travel.

I had my coffee and came down to have my breakfast and take a water bottle. After an hour I came back to my room and few minutes later one of the staff of the hotel knocked my door directly came in to my room speaking to my roommate without the permission and started asking about the tea maker and searching for something else, I showed the location of tea maker but he was not interested in tea maker but in something else. He’s eyes were wondering all over the room peeking in the corner of the bed and below the bed. I don’t know he was satisfied or not but he left the room without even seeing or touching the tea maker. The tea maker which was in my room was not in condition of using it, it was wrapped with full of dust and no tea bags, no milk power, water, etc.

Paying Rs 3000+ to stay in the hotel was waste of my money instead I could have chosen a cheaper known hotel who would have serviced me better.

I would have rated it Negative but I don't have an option.

Location walkable distance from Majestic bus station and KSB railway ststion. Prices similar to other hotels nearby. Ideal for family stay. Great service offered by the staff. Daily cleaning of rooms. Free wifi and newspaper. Dont know about the food as i didnt eat from there.
