I had a very bad experience with front office night shift executive was very rude and dis polite. I was requested early check in And I am approaching these guys mid night 2am was very irresponsible and I am ready to pay extra amount but at the end no value. No way i had cancel the rooms….

OYO was made good deal with other hotel.

I had been to a birthday party, so don't know abt rooms. The party hall was spacious and clean. Food was also good. Parking can be a little issue (valet parking is available)

Worst experience ever! This place is infested with bed bugs. Found one dead bed bug on floor and one live crawling on bed sheets. The management decided to change the room once informed, but the next room also had blood smears of crushed bedbugs on the sheets. At that point I decided to move out of the hotel and asked for the refund… and manager said it will take another 20 days to refund the account. I really don’t know whether they will issue refund or not but I wanted to share my experience so that others can take informed decision as bedbugs are most stubborn pest which once infested are very difficult to get rid off.

Went for a b'day party at the 5th floor. They have 2 party halls.one in ground floor and one in 5th floor. The hall was quite big and spacious. Food was perfect and service was smooth. Valet parking is available and is super helpful given the busy location.

Staff behaviour is good. Rooms r clean. Maintenance lacks. Bathroom fittings r old. No fan in lifts.

Services are the best among many stared hotels near by.the staff is very supportive and heartwarming.overall a best place to hv food and stay in

This place is a health hazard! I stayed at their hotel for a business trip but least did I know that I'd come back to a prolonged medical treatment. I developed severe insect dermatitis due to the BED BUGS! Their hotel is INFECTED with not just lizards, cockroaches, termites but also BED BUGS! I thought what I'm having are mosquito bites until I lifted the bed sheet and saw the bugs myself.
This speaks alot about the hotel's UNHYGIENIC standards. Please see the pics to see how much I SUFFERED.
Moreover, the hotel and manager MR. MARTIN declined to take any responsibility.
To add, they had the audacity to offer better discount the next time I come!
HELL NO! Why would I return to such a place!

I should have paid more head to the couple who was complaining at the reception when I arrived. They were facing similar discomfort.
I wouldn't recommended this hotel or the management in a thousand years.
1 month since I returned and I am still being medically treated: (

Rooms are good but facilities provided in room as tv and freeze in non working condition. No bath kit provided. Room service, house keeping facility is worst to worst. No restaurant even tea is available at hotel neither No service person is ready to provide tea from outside. Means you can not get bed tea at hotel.
There is no responsible person available on reception counter most of the time. I stayed for two days my tv repaired after one day while freeze is in non working condition even 2nd day.
Conclusion is this that not good place to stay
Management have to take action to strengthen the services

Im a lawyer I stayed here after searching few hotels around.at my first business! And I ended here.its good both legal things.no frauds in booking rooms unlike few hotel rooms with unusual price for booking beyond the actual rate! Its sentimental too on my first job

The person on reception was rude to customers. He could find our reservation for long time. Some of my friends who booked found cockroaches in bathroom. AC was not working in one of the rooms. There was lot cigarette smell in the hall way. Overall it was bad experience.

Booked this hotel through make my trip.

I reached the hotel which was like a horror and deserted villa of old movies.

Checked out room which was dirty and so was washroom. Rushed out wasted my 3500 which the hotel was greedy enough not to return and checked in another hotel whixh was also pathetic but better than this one. Avoid stay

Very close to the road, easily accessible. Attended relative Betrothal here. Very big Hall, will accommodate more than 150 members easily. Roof top buffet was excellent. I don't find rooms for bride and groom in the Hall. I think we need to avail separate rooms for them for make-up and get ready. We have to wait for lifts. Room was good but bathroom was not good. Car parking was pathetic.

Thanks you Octave for the wonderful hospitality and management. We had an Engagement party with Octave and everything was done professionally. Food was awesome. We are planning for the birthday party as well

Definitely one of the worst places I’ve been to,
They do not even provide water,
After I checked in, there was no drinking water in the room, when I asked for some, the hotel staff mentioned I’ll get billed for it!
And no towels or mats in the room, the TV doesn’t work and room has a weird stench!
Do no recommend this place at all

You guys say it's a 3 star hotel, just adding a furniture dosen't makes a hotel 3 star.
That too also all furniture were full of dust.
I called the hotel several times before I reach there so that I don't have to wait, time matters a lot in all our life I was having a visit to my office, but then also when I reached the hotel I was made to wait for 30 mins since the room wasn't ready.
Next I paid extra amount since we were three persons and when we reached the room I found out there was no arrangements made for the third person, I was told we will be provided with a bed by evening but there was no one.
Again when I called them back at 10: 30 pm in the night they told me we are providing it soon.
And they just provided a floor matress to sleep.
It's the courtesy of the 3 star hotel, that a guest has to sleep on the floor.
They didn't supply with any of the amenities they promised.
No Room cleaning the next day, they were supposed to provide us coffee and milk pouch that also they didn't and for a 500 ml water bottle they charged extra money.
No sense of humanity. They was no dining area in the hotel, totally nothing.

I also asked to make an arrangement of a Airport Shuttle on my check out day, since I had to leave early morning.
That too also they arranged at night 11 pm
and took double the required money from me.
There was no hotel management only a few young service boy among whom one was sitting at the reception and had no courtesy ony tendency to suck money.

Great service provided. Professional staff behavior. Specially front office excecutive Mr. Abhinash, always attentive to all the queries.

The Hotels rooms were very spacious and well maintained. Biggest plus its located next to Sarjapur lake where u can have strolls in Morning and evening. I wish they had I house restaurant unfortunately they don't. Need to go outside everytime to have food but it's ok for me

Rating is low only due to the food quality. Guys you need to do a real check on the pest control at your hotel

Bad management, the hotel is very dirty and not cleaned properly in several places. It has four party halls but very very limited parking, most of the vehicles are parked by the valet in the total mall parking and the visitor have to pay at exit, the manager claims the vehicle will be delivered at the exit and will be paid by them, but in two occasions I have to take my key from the security, walk to total mall, search my vehicle and pay by myself, so there is some mismanagement happening so either the valet or the manager is gulping the parking amount, this hotel is unfit to be given a three star for sure.

Average hotel. The staff response is extremely slow. Rooms are noisy due to close proximity to road. No restaurant in hotel hence food is a problem.

It's more like a sub standard guest house than Hotel. This was booked by Infosys team claiming that it's a very good hotel.

I reached this place around 10.45 pm and till 12.00 o'clock I was struggling to get my bedsheets exchanged.
- Dirty rooms and bedsheets
- torn bedsheets and pillow cover
- no toiletries
- too much suffocation in room
- tea maker not working
- cup were not clean

My friend organised her engagement here, and it was worth the money they spend. Good place for small celebration like birthday party, anniversary etc. Food was also good.

Not so good experience staying there. All rooms are full of mould n algae. I changed 4 rooms n finally checked out in 2 days. They dont have kitchen. They serve packed food like train journey. U feel like u r on school. Bound to eat what ever lil they serve.

The rooms were pretty good compared to the price point. I booked just the day before I checked-in. There was no extra charge for early check-in. The manager Lokesh told that if rooms are available you can get it. The food was good. We ordered breakfast. It was good. (aalu paratha could have a little more stuffing. Only thing is it will be better if some exhaust can be added to the bathroom and improve the WiFi connectivity. The speed is good when in the lawn. The login process is a bit complicated. The WiFi signal is weak inside the room.

Had been here to attend a birthday party. They offer room free if food opted at them. Food quality is ok kind not worth of money but getting room at free of cost for event. Location wise, too accessible and easy to identify.

I really dont know how this hotel is 3 star. Dirty floors, lift was not working, flush was not working, no ventilation in room, liquors on new year party was cheapest. Never recommend to anyone.

Not the experience you expect atleast from a 3 star hotel. 45 minutes wait to get a room inspite of prior reservation. Dirty room walls with betel spits (photos attached). Unco- operative staff.we checked out just in 1 hour.no net connection.highly dissatisfied

Budget hotel on main sarjapur road, with good access to nearby offices. Rooms and services not upto the mark.

Present in the main road and visible location. The food is average only. Lacks maintenance and cleanliness.

We stayed here just for 1 night overall hotel is clean and good only problem was the guy in night, when we check in he has not been told how to greet the guest and has a attitude problem was can of ignoring us.

Distance is the only drawback. But hotel is very nice to host parties. It can host 4 B'day parties simultaneously.
Parking will be a bit problem, if all party rooms are booked together.

Please never book this hotel, if you are reading this review. Room did not have anything. No towel, no water, no soap. I literally asked 2 times directly in the reception desk and called them once to give me a towel. I got a towel only after asking them at reception desk for 4th time on the next day morning, I immediately check out. Absolutely pathetic. Not room was big and AC was working thank God.no hot water, water was just coming out of shower as drips. Bedsheets and pillow cover were in very bad condition

Worth for just 500rs

Place looked nice from outside. No idea about the rooms. Went there for a roof top party (Birthday). Food was just ok. Nothing very nice. Quantity of food supplied was less than the headcount.

It was a nice experience staying in this hotel. It the suitable for the person who is on tight budget and want to get easily accessible hotel with good facility. The manager was pretty helpful who allowed us the early checkin without any extra charge @ 4 A. M.

Visited in birthday party, food was not good.specially tandoori roti were cold n they were making them hot by putting burner below.i dont personally like that way to keep them hot.

The hotel is ok but they dnt have any restaurant so you will have to order it at reception only and they will arrange but in case you want to enjoy a restaurant in a hotel, sorry! The front of hotel is at a road which gets such a very busy traffic and one has to understand that how to pick a bus and where it will go! Better ask the people at reception, they are helpful and will guide you accordingly! Also it is a bit over priced as per its location.

Dont book rooms here. Very poorly maintained hotel. They dont have proper crockery, tea is served in plastic cups. Room service is the worst, you need to keep reminding them. Manager says we cant help it. We do what management asks. No restaurant, room service menu is very limited. No people to generate bills. WORST EXPERIENCE

Party hall is good for Limited members it's a nice place it has wheel chair washroom also

I dont really understand how they claim themselves as 3 star hotel.

What is good -

1. The ambiance is ok type.

2. Good bed and matress.

3. Wifi spead is ok.

What is not good -

1. Wifi spead is good, but disconnected when i really needed that.

2. Ok type reception.

3. They have hybrid (Sarcasm) facility in washroom, where if u turn the knob of water tap, it comes along with shower flash i.e, even the shower starts running at the same time and vice versa too.so when u r dressed to go somewhere and if by chance try to use the tap.ur dress goes wet with no escape.

4. High speed (Sarcasm) taps in washbasin. Taps outlets are not cleaned and are closed that they are almost closed that even slightest water flow will turn into high pressure from open pores. Even u turn the washbasin knob even to the slightest the water hits the flattest (the washbasin is also not dee) surface or basin and reflects to target ur dress or face.yuck man horrible experience if u brush in that basin.

Example 1.they wont put complementary water bottle in the room deliberately.if u overlook the fact that.and when u feel thirsty in the late night and ask the reception to send it, they charge for it because if they have to supply any thing after 10pm till morning 5.its chargeable,
Example 2. They wont put soaps, shampoos in the washroom until u really ask for them multiple times.
Example 3.breakfast.when u claim for the breakfast.they delay it until u r left with no time to have it. They dont have a dining section. They supply it to rooms.they wont bring the breakfast even though it is fixed menu breakfast, and even it made ready, to check if u can skip it and move out due to lack of time. They took one hour to serve this ready breakfast.

Budget hotel, friendly staff. Limited parking slots. Valet parking available. Food taste can be better. Clean washrooms. 24x7 reception desk. Can be easily spotted from the road.

The rooms are spacious and well maintained. They have a mini fridge, kettle and a locker facility in the room. The bathroom is clean and good. Service is also good. Parking with securities is also available here.
Overall a nice place to stay. Spa is also available at reasonable cost.

Visited here for a birthday party. Location is good, valet parking is there, party hall is good. What I didn't like was food, nothing in that vegetarian buffet was good. Only soup was decent.

Fraud hotel, they organized dandiya event on 13th October 2018, they took money through Portal. They cancelled event, they r not returning money. Don't opt for this hotel for any event. Fraud hotel.

Very nice place to host parties and services are value for money. The staff and management is very helpful. Would recommend to everyone.
