Octave Hotel & Spa JP Nagar

Rooms good for two-three days stay. Food is available at 2 min walkable distance. Hot water available all time. Manger and other staff are good and soft spoken.
Since, few rooms are under renovation, small cockroaches were there.
Nice place for stay.

The most horrible place to stay, unhygienic, filled with cockroaches, no electricity most of the time, bad maintenance, smelly odour, worst place to stay ever

The Hotel is in Worst condition. Look at the picture uploaded the party hosted on the rooftop, The Blue Metal Sheets has been loosened and fixed at only one corner. 3/4th of metal sheet keeps hitting the tv dish antenna and makes tremendous noise which is heard to the entire locality. The full video with pictures shared to Vivek the Property Manager of Octave Spa Hotel, he was not ready to take responsibility to fix this issue and there was no assurance from him to resolve this issue, Instead he asked us, if required you file case against Octave Spa Hotel. Vivek the property manager of Octave Spa Hotel should have some responsibility as an employee, he provokes locals to file complaint against Octave Spa Hotel, The Cigarettes' & Pan shop that is illegally attached to the Octave Spa Hotel is one more public nuisance, the entire road is spit with pan and smoking in at Octave Spa Hotel premises & public place in the corner road has become too risky for ladies and children to cross the Octave Spa building. Please avoid this Hotel that doesn't have enough parking space also, most unclean hotel premises.

Had a difficulty with bathroom taps and very average.beds were ok.ac was good.there was no phone for room service later understood from front office need to call the given from mobile.overall not a great experience.esplly because of bathroom

Hotel rooms are good, cleanly maintained. Staffs are well spoken, easy check-in, good room service.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 8am. I would definitely recommend it for anyone, i had a wonderful experience

It is a clean place. Staff is good. The location is an advantage as you have a variety of restaurant options on food delivery apps.
The hotel is pet friendly but additional charges applicable.
The age of the property is showing. They could spruce up the rooms a bit.

Good place to stay. Budget friendly. Well mannered and excellent staff. Rooms are small but managable for 2 people. No problems with AC, internet or hot water. They allow early checkin and early checkout with no additional charges.

Small room. Very noisy. Third floor room was having some disturbing weird noises all over the night probably due to pigeons all over the terrace.

The staffs were very friendly and cooperative especially the guy sitting at the counter. We stayed there from 24 to 27th of Dec.

The service boys tells you about laundry and than takes your clothes and wash themselves and return you back.

Very poor services. Rooms are not clean enough. Lift is not working. Food is pathetic. Make my trip please cancel this hotel from your Hotel list.

Had my daughter's first birthday party at this hotel. The food was good but much to our disappointment the event was very poorly coordinated by the staff. At the beginning of the function there was no body to serve the welcome drink and cake to the guests who had arrived. We had to call the staff to come and serve food at lunch time when guests were already waiting. Some items on the menu were brought in very lately. Despite having many ACs in the hall, people were sweating due to poor cooling. There was serious lack of coordination between the manager and the staff. When we asked them to parcel the remaining food, though initially they agreed, at the time of leaving they refused saying it's not in their policy. They were refusing to give us the food for which we had paid! And much to our dismay they even took away the remaining birthday cake which we brought. I seriously recommend people not to approach this hotel as they are highly unprofessional.

No food service, you have to get your food by yourself, rates are unnecessarily high even if you aren't using any extra services.
In other words, it is not worth the expenditure.

Average & old property with on road location but one can go for a better option available nearby, The front desk executive Ravi was so rude with guests

Had my engagement at there hall. Staff is well responsive and there pricing is decent. Good hall for about 50 to 80 people.food served was ok and nothing that mad me go wow.
