Great Location Lot of eateries and shops for shopping around, Staff are very kind and helpful for service

AC not working properly, Door Lock is not good, lock some time open and some time struck to open, service and rooms are good but AC And door lock problem

You will carry bedbugs once You check out the room.
Not at all expected from this hotel.
Had to vacate in the midnight because of bedbugs

Good hotel. TV in the room doesn't work. Took more than 25 mins to check in only. Over all good budget guest house. Out side of hotel we can get food. 1300 rs for single day for direct checkin.

Good hotel. The staff was so kind in actioning all our requests. Parking for 4 wheelers would be a problem for huge vehicle.

The room and services are very good. Location is something makes this place special. You can find a lot of food options. Sweets, bakery food, fried snacks, Everything is around. During the evening you will be able to find a lot of fried rice and Gobi Manchurian stalls as well.

The hotel is well maintained and the staff are cooperative. Water is always available while most of the hotels in Bangalore charges for drinking water. Overall it was a good experience.

We stayed here for 3 nights, found it to be very clean and staffs were very friendly. Hygienic, service is good, safe for family stay, many shops and restaurants nearby.

This is the nastiest hotel I ever stayed in my whole life. Dingy rooms with darkness and shabby washrooms. The elevator does not go till basement. My elderly parents suffered by climbing stairs. No drinking water for guests. No room service till 8 AM. Entire experience is disgusting

Excellent budget friendly super deluxe A/C rooms with decent bathrooms and hot water supply. Located in the famous Bull temple street and the surrounding Bugle rock park. A street walk, there! In the evening is ideal for experiencing the culture and traditions of Bengaluru.

We were there for a 2 day trip with family. The people at the reception are very welcoming and helpful. It was a decent stay for the price. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel was okay but lift wasn't working. Shortage of hotel staff as there was no one at the time of check-out.

My stay with my mother at Octave Plaza, Basavanagudi, was very comfortable. The staff and other members were very warm and helpful. Room was very neat and clean and spacious too for two people. Wifi, hot water and other amenities were all good. A special mention, Mr Shravan was a kind host and very cordial. Thank you for making us feel at home and thankyou goibibo)

Linen and bed were good. But it had a certain smell of dampness and the rooms can be maintained better.

No cleaning, no sanitization. Place is very dirty. Bed sheets and towels are very old (turned form white to grey color). No drinking water, no soap provided. Some building construction work going on next to the hotel and it makes noisy place. Photos in the description are very old and looks like hotel is not doing proper maintenance in the recent years.

Bed was good. It was clean. A/C was working well. TV wasn't working, restrooms conditions was worst. No windows in the room and smelled bad.

A basic but surprisingly good no-nonsense 'business hotel' with a sensible and approachable staff, and accepts international credit cards. It is within walking distance of a grocery supermarket and next to a pharmacy. There are nearby food outlets, and food deliverers have no trouble finding the place.

There are some technical issues with the elevator, new television and wi-fi, but these are easily accepted.

This review is for basavannagudi Octave Plaza hotel. Rooms stinks and gives some dust smell. The walls are not whitewashed for a long time. The blankets, pillows are very old and the white colour has been changed to some brown colour. I dont know how it got 3 star. The location is great but staff is good. But rooms are too bad.

Strictly ok hotel in Basavanagudi. Stayed here for a good period of 18 days. Security may be an issue. I got one of their better rooms, but the hotel staff was quite cranky about it. If possible, take rooms on the 2nd/3rd floor. There is a lift on the floor where the shops are, use that lift as much as possible. The stairs leading up to the reception can be qualified as "antique".

Not have more facilities as per their charges. Don't visit this property search another one in this area.

Small rooms in terms of area measurement but it's spacious and comfortable which makes you ignore the smallness of the room
