This was my first time visiting Ode spa, they offer varieties of massages and couple of other treatments too. I had a great experience here by pui! Definitely recommend this place.
Very professional staff and probably the best services in Bangalore. Special thanks to Akito my therapist. She knows the craft of her work well. Very professional and understanding.thank you!
The quality of this place is excellent. Alika is great masseur. My shoulder knots got dissolved. Lee handles the reception very well. The shower is very good. Good overall experience
The spa is excellent in facilities and the therapists are very skilled. Every visit is rejuvenating to say the least. Keep up the excellence Ode Jayanagar Team
First, the manager Mr. Ramesh started off on the wrong foot by not enquiring about details at all when we called in for an appointment. Then, when we reached the premises he blamed us for not giving him the details. He implied that we shouldn't be going to a spa at all and continued to blame us for being 'bad customers'
When we asked for what other slots are available, he took no effort to present us with workable options. Further, he heckled us to get our gift card number to deduct an amount without even having provided any service. What customer would want to be treated this way?
These guys should really prime their staff on how to address customers and ask them to not talk them down (If they'd want to do more business that is). We felt both hurt and cheated by Mr. Ramesh today. They should also decide if they're Ode spa or O2 spa, pretty confusing getting to the location too. I'm not a spa regular and these guys have probably made sure I'd never be one.
Mr. Ramesh is a pathetic hospitality professional. The spa did not ask us if we are booking for 2 people or 1, and when we came all the way here he tried pinning it on us that we did not confirm. No one asked us if the slot is for 1 person or more. Pathetic.
Edit: we had booked a slot for 12 pm (he assumed this is for 1 person workout even confirming this with us). When we tried to talk to him about a solution (day 30 minutes for two people in the 1 hour slot, r said this can only be accommodated at 3 pm. This is also done but he was only looking to shift the blame when we were trying to find a solution with him he was not welcoming enough to check if there's a way or or a work around. He did not help with booking a slot for the next day as well, and was only looking to blame us for not knowing we had to confirm that 2 people were coming eventhough he never bothered to ask at the time of booking. Please send him to a hospitality 101 class and an anger management professional too.
I called ahead but there was no answer. I went anyway and called while at their reception. The receptionist was on her personal phone in conversation with someone and just stood there ignoring my call. When I asked her why she was not attending the phone, she rudely replied that "u had called just now. " Walked away. Never again.
