We have visited this property in Dec 2022 after a lot of dilly-dallying.
- Ready to move in.
Pros -
1. On the main road, literally.
2. Construction is complete and people have moved in already
3. Vastu compliant, mostly.
4. Spacious rooms
5. Spacious corridors. Something you won't get in many projects today.
Cons -
1. It really felt strange to see that a few flats have no covered parking. Even a Grade C builder in a Tier 3 city are providing this today.
2. Landscaping is not there at present. That gives a 'not-so-impressive' outlook as of now. Team told that they are working on it, but not sure why it is still not done when people already moved in.
3. Amenities are less in number, compared to other projects in the vicinity.

Location is prime and the structure is quite good, to know further contact directly.
