I am from Goa.
Most disgrace is that my OLA 2nd generation motor stopped working within 25 min of my delivery. I purchased my EV motor on 5th September 2023 and it was delivered on 5th November 2023 and the moment I took my 2nd generation motor out of the showroom it stopped working within 25 minutes the screen suddenly started blinking and turned off and than inahve to wait for around 20 min to start it and again it stopped working after I ride it for another 20 min this clearly States that I have received a defactive product i complained in showroom they sent it to the technician he said they have to change the MCB of the newly purchased motor they changed it the next day when I took it home after they changed the MCB it again gave me the same issues
Now the ola company should either replace my vehicle or give me refund because this is clearly cheating it's a froud, also at the ola delivery outlet in Goa Mapusa the staff are saying that they don't have any connection with the head office and they can't help me out with any issues.
I really need a clear answer on this.
The delivery outlet is situated in mapusa Goa.

The worst customer service. There is no proper number to reach them. The Ola drivers are mostly arrogant and cheats. If a trip is cancelled due to delays from the driver, the cancellation fee is put into the customer’s account. There is a late fees for this cancellation fees. This is like looting customers. Honestly, Uber is lot better than Ola. I had lots of respect for Ola as a home grown company, but they turned out to be cheaters. The best thing to do is to avoid them.

Worst response no one response for call vehicle issue not resolved and vehicle recovered s1 air, not good service communication no one aware of product trouble shooting, product delivered receive new but all issue vehicle, not aware of vehicle issue how to resolve, worst service from ola electric

I paid in app driver told he didn't received so he asked to send on gpay normally, and he said what I have paid in app it will reflect on ola wallet but still not reflected

No support was available for raising my issue

Hope less service from Ola, Pls guys don't go for Ola electric, They make u run from pole to post. I hv booked and made a payment of 1.30Lakhs for remaining they told they will send a link but it has been 2days i hv not received, i made a payment of1.25 lakhs through DD it has been taken for Ola 4days to reflect into my account, Worst service i hv seen, Showroom representative doesn't know anything simple false promise and make u to book vehicle. My advice pls go for any other brand. For sales only they do this much think about service.

Very much bad experience.my phone Ola charge 205 rs. But Ola driver charge 280.driver shows 280 in mobile.company mismatch. I paid extra money.so bad experience

Ola fraud! They don’t even deserve one star. I got call multiple times to pay post payment as they were threatening me so I paid in mid March and I stopped using the app. I started using again in May and I kept all evidence Ola fees and with my bank transactions statement. I got multiple calls and messages regarding Ola payments though I paid already to driver. Ola is fraud

Worst co. Good drivers. Heard from every driver, they take 2-3 days to pay for rides. Hence drivers reject if I say prepaid.
They are ok with wallet pay.
GV from amazon is worst as the trip was not for auto, only cab. They charge extra as well. So for 500GV you end up paying 514Rs.

I don't even want to give one star, but that is last option, if given a chance I would give no stars for them. Have the worst customer service everrrrrrrrrrrrr. I took a ride 6.5 months, i couldnt do online payment (as that is the mode payment on my app), but paid cash to the driver and the due amount started to show on my account.

I raised the issue the same day. They confirmed that driver informed that he got the cash and they will remove the due amount as i won't be able to book ride untill i clear it. I kept tracking the issue for a month, but they didn't clear, after a month when I contacted (which by then became my daily routine) they said, they can't clear it as now it's more than one month (as if it was my fault). They said they will credit the amount to my bank and i can just clear it. But it has been 6.5 months, and my issue is still open, whenever I contact them, i still don't get a proper response from them. Pathetic/poor/worst customer service everrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Evry time rental has been booked i have been billed additional amount from the estimated amount inspite of not having exceeded kilometers or hour. Their customer care answer varies saying tax is extra or your bill is perfect they dont even know the diff between estimated amount shown at the time of booking and billing amount. Worst customer support

The ride was smooth and the rickity car suggested that this is all you get for price. End of the journey driver charges double and when queried he states that this is a premium car and so rates are higher while what we asked for and showed up on app was much lesser. Paid and queried with CC and they said refund will be initiated. It's been months and a month of a new year has passed. Guess this company is built of interest of excess tips. Also found that the metro was right there and could have taken that instead after lugging luggage in a rik or uber. One star extra for the ride and drop. The other for no reason. You don't deserve that too until mind changes.

They will harass you for Money even if you paid them. No replies to phone calls neither to emails. They have called me 1000 times asking for money. OLA has lost it to Uber.

Hey World, have you even seen a company where supervisors, managers, team leads, ceo, cto, coo hide behind curtains shy and pathetic? Welcome to ola! Got harassed by a driver right before the ride and until I have the driver penalised severely, this won’t rest. Each and every muppet that says 4-5 hours / 24 hours you’ll get a call — I pity you for having such pathetically horrible customer support and a not fit to work leadership team!

After paid to to driver still app doesn't get updated i have paid and i have UPI transaction and still these PPL send message and notification and u sent text u will be coming to our home i have all proof u know i can see u in consumer court make sure customer support PPL work properly and hire some educated PPL for softwares

Ola service is very poor. The driver cheats passenger by asking cash as well as deducting through wallet. The online complain does not provide any resolution. And there is no option to call customer care. Pathetic service.

The worst ever experience I've had. The bill amount for our ride was 800/- which we paid while starting the ride itself. But the driver demanded 1600/- at the end of the ride. And he also said It will be refunded by Ola. We were in an emergency and we had to pay to him personally. Now the customer care and the driver aren't responding. Such a fraudulent behaviour. Worst! We need our money back!

Very poor service from ola team, on last monday i booked my cab from Mahadevpura to Koramangala, and the fare was 212 which I paid through by scanning UPI, but while coming from there i was trying to make a booking in the app it was showing payment is Pending and from last week only I was trying to connect with customer care no one responding very very bad service and I'm definitely going to uninstall this app no used, because of this issue on that day I faced soo Difficulties because it was already late.
If the driver is making money in this way do atlist ola team have to cross check they should contact a customer because of their poor management customer are facing such problem

I was charged cancellation charges and I am trying to updat my reason in the Ola app but is not accepted my request.
This is the way you are providing services. You don't have a proper customer service relationship to resolve the customer issues and you will charge the cancellation fee with out knowing the reason. I am really not happy with your app and your customer service.

Drivers are really not professional and they insist us to cancel the ride. Before they reach location they will ask, where is the Drop and then he chooses whether to pick or not. When Ola don't have any control why you people come into this Industry. Its really a bad experience when I was suppose to book for a clinic in emergency.

Why ola service is so pathetic in Bangalore? After booking, whe you wait for your auto/cab to arrive for so many minutes they just call and ask where is the drop location and simply cut the call.it was such a convenient app for everyone of us but let me tell you in Bangalore Auto drivers are simply misusing it, You can't rely on ola's anymore. Ola should be banned in Bangalore, when they dont know how to provide service properly.please raise your voice whoever is facing the same problem like me.i have never faced such problems in other cities.i am sure there are many out there in banagalore who is using ola for their daily transportation.

Customer service is very very bad. While booking we would have selected post paid, in fact default option is that, if u forget to change, u pay double. Coz drivers don't accept ola money. U pay cash to them and contact customer care. Wait wait. U can't contact customer care, u only have to go through the support in app, which does not have the option for raising complaint for this. No ola money complaints or mails will be resolved u end up paying double.

This days service is dropped very badly. Drivers are asking the drop location if it is short distance the are canceling or not responding the call after talking update.

After my ride completed, the Driver did not recieve the amount details, it showed as 0, then I showed him the amount which was there during booking that Rs. 119 and I paid by cash to the driver and later I saw that I'm getting msg to pay my last bill which is Rs. 119 from Ola, but I have already paid the driver Rs. 120 for my last ride. And several times I emailed, there is no reasons and no customer care number working.

Fraudsters, was charged and twice and managing to connect with support team by the way which they've made it horrible, later they say they can't refund the amount and will refund it after I pay the bill which was charged twice, clearly a bunch of stupids and poor customer service and operations.

I booked an Ola auto this morning. And paid the fare through PhonePe and after my ride ended my driver charged the fare amount again in cash saying he didn’t receive the amount and I will get a refund if I contact the customer care support. There is no option to call and talk to the customer care team and nor do they reply to the mail which tells in the app. Instead I got a reply from the mail team to my refund status saying how I must take care during COVID! Seriously this is the worst app ever! It’s a scam! This app is horrible! Looting money from customers! Worst!

When I used ola cab I made payment through my debit card and amount was deducted and I got mesg when I asked the driver he said that he did not receive the amount and he told to make payment through cash and u will get refunded amount so I was charged twice yet I did not receive any amount this people make fool out of us and cheat.

Worst experience with Ola services. Am unable to use my Ola wallet. Ola is taking 2 years to verify my kyc till date am only getting apology mails from this company. Most hopeless and inefficient organization and its customer support. Whenever I use cab am forced to pay cash though I have my wallet money but Ola is not enabling me for this.

My account is blocked due to ola driver's worst service and behavior, they're very rude, if they don't want to come, they don't cancel ride from their side, they always intimate us to cancel ride after accepting, it's not fair and now ola block my account its really inappropriate action against me as they mentioned violates company policies and procedures, it didn't make any sense. Very very Worst Driver's and Customer service.

Unreliable cab service provider. 3 Ola drivers have cancelled my booking waisting about an hour time. I would suggest everyone to never use ola.
