I visited this place with my sister. After receiving the blood report, the doctor instructed us to communicate via WhatsApp for the prescription due to her upcoming leave. However, after taking the prescribed medicine, my sister experienced issues. We attempted to reach out to the reception staff for assistance, only to be told that we had to wait until the doctor returned. Disappointingly, there was no response for over a week, and after multiple attempts, we received a reply addressing only one of our concerns. The lack of professionalism in handling post-prescription queries through WhatsApp was quite surprising. The supporting staff's behavior was disappointing, taking two to three days to reply. I would advise against visiting this place unless you're comfortable risking your health due to the lack of proper support and delayed responses.

Yes kind off Growth but after sessions are completed again they ask us to go for few more session and they are listed bothered about to compare the 1st pic and the last pic and the Doctor is also not bothered about patient and won’t even ask how the growth nothing. Completely money minded clinic. If you pay they will look after you and once the sessions are completed you are no longer a patient to the doctor

The executives try to sell their services by making it look fancy in packages. Even if we call for appointments, they’re so careless once you’ve purchased their packages. I even addressed her now, just got off the call. She’s cares the least but she was so enthusiastic while getting us to take the package, not even giving us a second to think and change our minds. She was also sounding super rude on call. What a shame!

I had lots of acne scars from previous acne. I've tried everything to treat it, from ointments to antibiotics. They only helped me to lessen the itching, but the scars still remained. My wife suggested me to consult a dermatologist at Oliva, one day we visited the clinic. The doctor, after a thorough examination, recommended a treatment plan, skincare routine and some medications. After a few sessions of the treatment, the scars were not as defined as they were, and I could see the treatment working. I knew the process would take time to erase them entirely, and I was hoping to see more results after 6 months.
Here I am with excellent results. You can just see it yourself! Definitely worth the money spent. I finally got rid of the scars that I had for many years. My skin looks much brighter and supple right now. No side effects and my scars, they are almost invisible. I strongly recommend Oliva if you want to get rid of scars. But, I specifically wanted to mention service provided by Dyna, whenever she took care of the session, it was great & I can not thank her enough for professionalism, being courteous every single time.
I also wanted to thank Dr. Shweta for the initial consultation and recently met Dr. Fiona and she was absolutely meticulous, these days you rarely get to see people who are really there to give the customer best service but these people are.
P. S. I can not comment on the results yet as there are more sessions pending but definitely going to leave a review for that as well eventually.
