Do not visit this place, i went for my hair fall concerns. The doctor i was assigned had no intrest listening to my problems. They say that they find the root cause and then suggest treatment. But what they do is give the preplanned medicine. Doctor says use this for 3 months if it doesn't work we do something else like an experiment. Still i tried it for a while, forget getting better, it became worse than how it was

I had a severe acne breakout while I was under a medication containing certain doses of lithium. This was later explained to me by the doctor at Oliva whom I told about the medicine. The treatment I got was mainly external and certain dietary restrictions. My acne has reduced a lot since.

The place is a scam. They try to ask for advance payment for future sessions, post which they suggest only their own costly medicine. Doctors suggest for multiple expensive tests and post producing the test results in front of doctors, they would simply prescribe expensive medicines and wont explain the test results or the medication details. Appointments hardly last for couple of minutes. Extremely disappointed even after spending 1.2 Lacs with Oliva for hair treatment. I felt easier to drop the remaining paid sessions instead of wasting my hard earned money for their repeated tests and medicines. Each and every appointment resulted in getting multiple tests done which led to lot of wastage of money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very very disappointing. Such fancy clinic and no diagnosis. Dermatologists need 15 test for a basic diagnosis. Worst approach. So much waiting for even booked appointment. Very slow service. Not recommended at all

Doctors are good. No doubt. The reception people are money mongers. If doctors have prescribed medicines and any cosmetic treatment, the reception girl will keep pressing on cosmetic treatment. As you need to take appointment from doctor for consultation, you will call them for the follow up appointment for the treatment. But, the reception girl will directly say that if you are not going to get the cosmetic process done in the appointment, she will not give the appointment. The tall dark girl is very rude and she does not want to give appointment until it is for cosmetic treatment. She will keep forcing for this even when you are talking about medication. She is just unprofessional.
If you call the customer care for escalating this behaviour of the receptionist, they are hell bent for the name of the patient even when the patient wants to keep it anonymous. They will say they cannot do anything if you don't give the patient name. So which means that the receptionist can keep this behaviour with the customers and you cannot escalate as well without providing the name.
So far it's good experience from support staff and Doctor Aishwarya. Undergoing Melasma treatment from last 2 weeks and able to see positive improvement. Happy with the proceedings)
