I called them up to enquire basic info and approximate pricing for laser hair removal. I really think they need do understand the meaning for approximate/estimate.
They kept calling me for a week only to close the enquiry ticket but with no details. They kept telling that you can visit dermatologist to take quick test to determine.
Does anyone agree with me that this is a not right approach? Why would i go visit clinics and doctors just to know what is the estimate? NO OTHER CLINICS IN BANGALORE RESPONDED THIS WAY.
Still wonder why and how is it difficult to mention approximate cost when i clearly mentioned i am looking for info on number of sittings. Just wanted to know what is the starting.
Really frustrated with their calls and way of work or whatever it is called. I would have just ignored this happening, but my only reason to post this is they kept calling for more than a week even after clearly telling them that i do not want to proceed without basic pricing estimate.

I feel this is a very generic way of answering all feedback that you find difficult to answer - Dont find this name in our database. They are running a pathetic chain, for any service you want, they have a standard way of booking a consultation, and the customer support knows nothing about the services cost, duration etc. They are not even aware if your treatment will be done on the same day or doctor will call you separately after consultation. All they know is, sir pls come for consultation and our consultation fees is 600 INR.
No professionalism in dealing with scheduled appointments. They blame their internal teams and process. I don't think that there are other more professional options in the city
I went to Oliva Clinic at Whitefield for an Electro Cautery procedure. Doctor explained the procedure very well. Staff there were really helpful. I got timely reminder for all my appointments. The whole process was very smooth. I will definitely recommend Oliva for any kind of dermatology consultation and procedures.

Coming to my treatment here last year. I had 8 PRP sessions and I am happy with my results. I had hair thinning in my crown and front half and PRP treatment certainly helped. Dr Aishwarya took care of the PRP treatment for me and she did it with utmost care. But before you visit the clinic for PRP treatment, please have realistic expectations. If you are already bald, PRP won’t help. If you have hair thinning and are expecting to see results from PRP, you may need to take finasteride and apply topical minoxidil. Consult with your doctor for the same.

Please don't go there.initially they will talk show nicely and after payment they will forget u.and about ur treatment.then ask u to take many medicine which is not required at all.one of my friend taking service for facial hair removal.now it's horrible to her.she suffering from many sides effect due to treatment and medicine.doctor are not accepting that. After consulting Dr Meghana she asked me to get some tests done as a part of the diagnosis and then evaluated the major concern responsible for my hair fall.she suggested me the PRP treatment and also asked me to care for my hair by making some diet and life style changes. Initially, I felt it a little difficult because of the kind of work culture that I am into. However, after diligently following all the practices, I did notice a change and it eventually got better. My hair fall problem totally stopped.

Oliva’s treatments are reasonable though some find it very expensive. Maybe it depends on their concern and the treatment method. However, you will see the best results only if you follow procedures as suggested by the doctor.
