Dr Poovamma, I am undergoing LHR treatment under her in HSR clinic and the treatment has been going really well. She listens to your concern very patiently and then advices the course of treatment. Coming to the clinic, everything is so well organised and clean and the staffs are very well trained. Anyone planning to go for LHR treatment, should consider Oliva Clinic as their first option.

Oliva is not like other clinics that charge you for the treatment and get done when it is over. Their post-care services are what sets them apart from other clinics. The dermatologists ensure that the results are up to the mark and also share useful tips for the longevity of results.

The team of doctors and staff is truly fantastic here. The care and comfort they provided to me during my hair treatment was really excellent.

The receptionists people won't even pick the call and they reply is like rude and worst ever and no clearity in there words.
Receptionists always miss leaded me for 1 week.
Dr is good but the receptionists not allow u to reach out the doctor if u r new.
I my self confirmed by calling and standing outside the door. They won't pick the call at all.
In front of phone 4 people's were there they make it silent and keep it like that.

If Dr was not my priority then i would never visit hsr branch Oliva.

We have been taking LHR services from a long time. Their machine is top end. The place is very hygienic. I am very satisfied with the results and services.

I’m so happy I tried Oliva’s weight loss treatment. The program was comprehensive and offered great diet plans and meal suggestions that were tailored to my health needs. I have my diabetes in control now and with the same diet plan, I hope to get off the medication soon in future. Must try guys!

I got treated for dark underarms at Oliva but the results are not as I expected. Not even near my expectations even after completing 8 sessions. I opted for the treatment with no doubt as the clinic has very good rating. I'm really upset with the results but I would definitely like to appreciate the staff for their service, proactiveness and very professional. Everyone is very sweet.

Please never ever go for laser hair removal treatment from oliva. They only know business. I am going through laser hair removal treatment from Oliva. Yes, obviously it worked for the body parts where I had dark and coarse hairs. But, I didn’t know that there is something called paradoxical growth if you do it on the fine hairs. When I visited first time at Oliva clinic hsr layout, the doctor didn’t even tell me about that fact and listening to the staff who was doing the procedure under the doctor, I took laser for my upper lips, chin, upper neck. After that time my neck has become hairy where I didn’t have hairs. Recently I consulted with dr Chytra v anand of Kosmoderma and she told me it’s paradoxical hair growth and was caused by laser. Now, I am doing threading every 15 days. This is really pathetic and shows how this clinic and all other clinics who advertise about laser hair reduction treatment spread false information for only doing business.

I usually not convinced at the beginning but after consulting doctor Lavina now I always prefer to visit Oliva HSR for any kind of Skin & hair problem. The staffs are very much cooperative helpful and professional.they have good service in the city.

Kindly let me know the refund status, still how many days does it require to complete the refund process it's already a month, requested for refund and there no response from anyone.
Is this how you people were treating in the beginning, for treatment you people were strict in terms of payment that you have to pay within the date, but why not the same you people follow in the refund process. Even in this 21st century is this the service you people provide, first of I wasted my money in your clinic, A lady Consultant promised that you Will see the changes after taking the session, but there's no changes at all, and when I was not happy with the results, she's saying you cannot go for a refund, either you have to continue the sessions or gift to someone or take medication, when I'm not able to see the changes why should I agree for all these conditions and there is not even a single person who's coordinating with the calls, no proper response from the quality team, is this how you all retain the name of the Clinic

When I visited their website, it was asking to provide the details for appointment and call back. Did it one month ago for HSR layout bangalore branch. None called for a month. Today went to the clinic in-person. The front office said, doctor on leave!
They are not even bothered to take my number to contact. I just left the clinic. No professinalism and they just don't want to do business.looking for PRP in some other places
