Very worst clinic. I spended over 60000 for PRP treatment for 10 settings. But there is no result even 1% also. Waste of time and money. Very worst clinic ever.
Today I visited sadhashivnagar branch regarding my hairproblem, I tried to explain my issue what i was facing - but they were not listening, They are really not bother about patient needs and about there problems, They just asking directly money, saying to take a session of 47k today only as of 50% off otherwise it will be 1 lack. They had mentioned same medicine which i have already used before and couldn't get result which i had informed them too. Finally they have charged me around 2.5k for few medicine and consultation charge, Waste of money.

I visited Oliva as I had dry skin issues. Met Dr Sanjay who explained me in brief about my issue and he also prescribed good medications. Overall I'm satisfied with my visit.
I had been to this clinic last month. The staff here are kind and polite. I had a very minor scar on the face. The doctor was like, you need to undergo laser resurfacing treatment etc etc. And, it would cost somewhat around 1 lakh. He also prescribed cleanser, toner, moisturizer and sunscreen which was of Oliva brand and was really expensive. One bottle costed somewhat around 1.5-2K. I told him that, I am not used to all these creams. So, he told it's really necessary to maintain the skin regime. And, I also asked him for minor scar like mine, do I really need advanced treatment like laser resurfacing? He said yes. Instead, he could have prescribed some scar lightening creams or chemical peeling etc. And, asked one of the staff to explain me about the treatment, cost and everything. She told me, there's a discount if we pay the fees for particular session all at once. I told I need time to think n paid consultation fees of Rs. 500 walked out. They just try to sell their products. And suggest unecessary treatments, which is not necessary. Even though I am not interested, they keep on calling n send messages. Not recommended.

I' m changing my review for this clinic from 5 star to 1star as earlier they resolved my first day consultation with Dr. Chetana which didn't go well due to which later the clinic manager - Karthik assisted me again to consult with Dr. Sanjay Desai who then clarified all my concerns about my treatment, having said that I had called them proactively 5 days before to reschedule my appointment for today which is April 12th 2019 and the lady that I spoke to confirmed that everything is been done but much to my surprise it was not done as it was confirmed and I was bit skeptical when I didn't receive the appointment confirmation call a day prior and when I proactively called the clinic a day before which was on April 11th there was no response which they later called and said the clinic was closed due to some doctors meeting which is fine and what I don't understand is how can they be so rediculous in not listening to clients requirements when the appointment slot was asked to book much earlier and I had planned everything and had rescheduled this appointment for April 12th considering the Down time involved and never excepted that they are so careless and they do this.
My mistake was that I paid the full amount for my complete session which I now no longer want to proceed considering the level of service that I received, hence I need to check with the manager now on cancelling my membership which I know they say I can't but I'll find a way to ensure that they pay for this kind of rediculous behavior with the client.
