Had to go down to speak to the staff multiple times to get things fixed because there was no phone in the room. Overall, the worst place I have stayed at. Do not go with the pictures provided on the internet of this place. It is misleading and definitely not worth 2k. After reporting a non functioning geyser, the only response received from the front desk was that it would be addressed the next day! No alternative solutions or explanations provided. Guess it had to do with either new, inexperienced staff or someone who should not be in the hospitality industry! Don't know how far reviews like these are taken seriously. I have lost my patience and sleep even after reaching room after working hours. No ample parking. No ventilation even in the bathroom. No regular cleaning. Rooms are very very small with no work table provided there’s no mirror or a dressing table provided. Most Lights do not even run. When payment was made at the property, they said they haven’t received our payment and made us credit the tariff twice, because they had a faulty machine. The amount hasn’t been refunded yet, it’s been over a week now. Highly disappointed. Awaiting a resolution
Worst service provided. Olive is a mockery to Embassy group. I was astonished by the level of treatment and lack of professionalism in service rendered. The virtual assistant concept that they have come up with is nothing but an attempt to make customer experience horrible. Changed 3 rooms in a span of 2 nights. And the reasons are unimaginable. Faulty Air conditioners, No geysers in working condition, clogged washroom drains and the list goes on. Inspite of pre booking the property, we had to deal with a whole lot during our check in, they kept us hanging for about 30 minutes at 1am, saying that they haven’t received our payment and made us credit the tariff twice, because they had a faulty machine. The amount hasn’t been refunded yet, we’ve been patiently waiting for the finance team to awaken and process the refund. Rooms are decent, location is good, but what the hotel and its services has put us through during our stay, made it a horrible experience for us.
Hotel was great value. The care and the concern of the owner and the staff was exceptional in regard to our health issues being experienced at the time. So very grateful
I had booked my stay for 2days it's quite disappointing service, after handing over the key they haven't cleaned my room, I step down from second floor and informed at reception he said 5mins he will send for cleaned even after a continuous follow-up after 40mins one HK came and asked need a cleaning? They doesn't understand requirements of Guest. They had to be trained well. I have lost my patience and sleep even after reaching room after a working hours. Apart from accommodation nothing else can be expected here. They have TV without Setopbox, you are allowed to watch only online but TV is not Android. Overall it's a worst place to stay.
Very very bad experience while i visited to meet my colleague who came from Delhi to take interview, very very bad room, pillow, ️ all very normal service is pathetic this is nt an Metro city hotel, very ordinary
Room is good and neat but not really spacious. The complimentary breakfast was not good at all. No phones at the room. Need to use mobile phone to call the reception. Room lightings could be much better. Overall, the room is over priced.

Overall a positive experience at Olive, Indiranagar. The staff (mostly) is great. However a few things could have helped,
1. Always check room before putting the guest in, ours had shower not working, dressing mirror was absent from the wall, had to change the room on first evening after opening the bags. 2. Housekeeping - They had to be reminded time and again to clean the room, vs a discipline from them to do so. One evening it just wasnt done. 3. The coffee/tea area on top floor is filthy, probably doesnt hurt putting a new updated setup. 4. Elevators broke twice during our 10 night stay

I'm so glad I found this place. For a really good price, you get a very decent room and service with an unbeatable location that's a stone's throw away from everything great in Indiranagar. Would stay here again for my future trips to Bangalore.
Very nice experience, simple standard business class rooms. Price is also in reasonable range, located in heart of city in Indiranagar with polite staff. Recommend this.
The most horrible place I have ever stayed at. Room smell was horrible. Dirty dustbins. Sticky floors. The room was not checked before giving. Location is decent but rooms, staff services are not at all good. They do not check that the rooms are good or not before checking in. Even if there is some issues, they will not change the rooms easily even if it is available. Rooms are very very small with no work table provided or so. Not at all worth the price
The best hotel in the best location! Stayed here for about a week and it was a very pleasant stay. The wifi is good, rooms were clean and front-desk staff also very co-operative.
For the price in a location like Indira Nagar that's the best you get, the room is quite decent and well maintained, wifi is good which plays to advantage. The staffs are very kind and helpful, to call out especially Ahmed jabir who is like a one point solution for all your questions and issues. He ensures your stay at Olive is the best and you again choose Olive.
This was the best stay i ever had in Bangalore in recent time good receiving and polite behavior and quick responses by the staff literally i had a good stay in banglore by the olive embassy highly recommend to pple who loves the beautiful locality and ambience
