Very bad experience.they only allow those who are getting service and they do not allow others to sit in the waiting area …if any of your family members are getting service and if you want to wait there.then you have to make your own arrangements outside since they do not allow you to sit and wait inside…this is very bad… they do not know how treat customers

Pathetic experience. I went in for a hair cut and the lady chopped off so much more hair than I had asked her to. I just wanted like 2 inches cut & some shaping. But even after saying so many times she cut like 7-8 inches of my hair. I almost have a bob and I wanted longer hair. Spent 2 years of caring to grow my hair till waist length and she chopped it off to my shoulders.
It's like the lady didn't want to do what I requested and did the haircut however she wants.
Miserable.
Even after i mentioned it at the end they were like it looks good. But it's definitely not what i wanted. Not worth the 500 rs I paid if I don't even get to choose my hair length.
It's gonna take me a year or more to grow it to that length again.
Didn't even give a hairwash before the haircut BTW.
The service and people's attitude were so much better when I visited like 2 years ago. They barely answered my questions and simply went on chopping more of my hair in silence.

The interior design is awesome. The ambiance is soo cool & peaceful. The service is also very good & at affordable price.

I highly recommend u to no to go here to get your haircut. The quality of services is bad and they just spoiled my hairs they did worst hair cut and charged more for that

Avoid going to this salon the worst salon i have ever seen. Don't even have the basic knowledge. I had gone for my haircut and asked for hair wash she dint even apply conditioner later started with hair cut was simply chopping off the hairs. Atlast was blowdry which dint evn last for 1hr. Total waste of money

Nice salon. Service is so good at reasonable charges. Staff is Friendly and good at work. Though I didn't know language they made me feel so comfortable. Service, ambience, cleanliness, hygiene all is great. Must recommended.
