Spacious and comfortable rooms, food is must here. They have maintained a standard and almost all tourists visit here for breakfast and lunch. They even have a hall for small functions and parties.
We went to lunch on the way to waynad from Bangalore. I don't know about South Indian but if you are looking for North Indian lunch, please don't count on this restaurant. The food was horrible, They served us stale baby corn munchuri, which we gave back And the curry was more of South Indian taste though the name was kadai veg. If you are not able to serve North Indian please remove that from menu so that people don't get to it rotten food.
Visited for lunch. Could not find any other veg hotel and had to compromise with this. Not so good on taste. Experiencing this for the second time. You are served with cold food. Taste below average. Highly priced.
I went here two years ago, the food was excellent and tasty, and the cleanliness was well maintained. But recent visit food taste was OK, the dining area was clean, but the restrooms were not cleaned and were smelly.
Very neat and clean hotel. Spacious rooms. We got it at a good price. Located in the midst of the city. Walkable distance from the palace. Staff is very Courtesous
I had been to this restaurant 15 years ago.again came back to my disappointment.food was not good especially veg thali.also expensive.car parking space is good.ambiance is good.even staff is good.but didn't like the food at all.
Previously it used to be good but now it's not that tasty. Now we can get that taste from any hotel or even better in other hotels. Well maintained but not worth visiting
Poor service in the Air Conditioning part of the restaurant. Food is served very late and the dishes are over priced. But has good parking facility and waiting area if the place is too crowded
We had bad experience in that hotel, cockroach were in our room, there is no 24hrs water facility, TV remote was broken and cable connection of TV was not there, noone of hotel service members were not picking calls.
Excellent place to stopover for breakfast, either enroute to other destinations or even while visiting mysore. I always stop here for breakfast. Clean, tasty food and they follow all covid norms. Place is not crowded. Ample parking. They got rooms too, however have not used their rooms ever.
Hotel is @ centre of Mysore. For years they have been serving delicious food to customers. I have been visiting this hotel since my student days and even after 30 years I find the taste and food highly qualitative
Nice ambience and good vegetarian food with hygiene and quality homely service with a smile will get the fell to visit again and again anyways thanks for management for having wonderful service personnel in their pannel.
It has a great ambiance and service. But food quality and taste are not upto it's standards. We ate Noodles which were very sticky and not upto the mark. I felt I paid a lot for such poor food served.
Our usual breakfast stop en route to Ooty. Excellent restaurant, spacious and a good spread. Convenient location in the heart of Mysore, close to the palace and the zoo. Definitely worth a visit.
The best hotel to board at and eat at when in Mysuru. It has even cost efficient and will definately be your moneys worth. Loved my dinner, breakfast and also my luch here with my family And it also has many of the attractive tourist spots nearby from here
Pure veg restaurant. Quality and taste was really good. I recommend this. Huge Parking facility is also available. The best taste with quality ingredients that i have ever tasted.
I am on controlled diet and therefore cannot tell you much as I ate Dal-roti only. My companions were happy with food. Not very clean dishes. Washrooms not in good shape. Outside, hotel has vertical garden where they made pot with scrap tyres, an excellent recycling idea (Phots attaches). Ample parking space. Not a bad place to dine in
We went for lunch here and the meals was very good! The South Indian meals tasted more like tamilnadu meals so it was very good! The hotel is very old as such but maintains its reputation and heritage
One of the centrally located hotels in Mysuru. Excellent rooms and prompt room service. The restaurant is a big hit. They have almost all the veg delicacies of mysuru. But the door locks could have been better. Also they should give paste and brush for the amount they charge. Overall a good stay experience. Will strongly recommend it.
I had been here for an overnight trip with my cousins. We found the place too crowded and the service was extremely poor. Food was just about ok. Rooms were just about alright, manageable for one night. Although our checkout time was 12 noon, by the time we returned at 11 am to refresh, the housekeeping had opened the rooms and were getting them ready for the next customers. They were not even apologetic about it.
Best place in Mysore for vegetarian food. Great parking and great food. Service is quick and efficient. Location is in the heart of the city. Don't miss it.
Very good place to have vegetarian food.all types of foods are available like south, north and Chinese. Don't forget to eat ice-cream, outside the restorant.
Food is good. But staff who cleans doesn't do have the courtesy to wait until food is consumed. He waits like a hawk to snatch the plate. When complained about this to the manager he smiled. This hotel doesn't care about costumer.
This is a decent place to stay with the family. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful right from the reception to the restaurant. Room service is very prompt. I have seen in some hotels they dont change the towels and replace soap etc.unless you call them.
Here the room is cleaned and everything replaced regularly. When you call housekeeping, they are there the next minute. I will gladly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with family. There are different types of rooms to suit your budget and needs. The only suggestion I would like to make for them is they should have the local special items in their food menu. As tourists we would like to taste the local food.
Located near to mysore palace. We had breakfast here. Dosa was too much roasted few areas are completely burnt and the aloo sabji inside was less compared to quantity you generally get. Also we ordered tea, quantity was more but taste was just ok. Peak hours it will be crowded even though it has big area. Staff here are very rude. No manners or courtesy. For bringing tea they took more than 15 mins.
No proper arrangement to manage more customers.staff and owner are very arrogant. Very difficult to understand system for new person. Everyone are rushing to grab chairs. No systematic arrangements. Food is OK.
Good food in affordable prices. However, at peak times, you need to wait for tables. This place offers menu for breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner as well. Both AC/Non-AC sitting arrangements available. Overall fine restaurant.
Westayed elsewhere but visited the restaurant for all our meals during our stay of 3 days.the service tends to lose pace when the crowd increases.otherwise, tasty food is guaranteed!
Food quality and taste used to be very good. I feel that these have declined. The service is good and place is reasonably clean and inviting. Location is excellent and there is decent amount of parking on premises. Be prepared for long waits if you visit during busy seasons. I have given only 3 stars since food quality and taste are most important in a restaurant.
A best place to have Karnataka style foods with affordable price with respect to location. Staffs are more dedicated to their work and helps the guests Very comfortably.
This is a restaurant situated right next to the Mysore palace (which is well worth a visit). The restaurant is housed inside the popular Hotel Siddhartha.
An exclusive parking lot for customers is handy. The place was heaving when we went for lunch. They close at around 3 pm and reopen around 5 pm.
The lunch session comprised of a choice of North and South Indian Thali (lunch comprising of several courses). There is the option of having North Indian dishes and a few South Indian delicacies a la carte.
The food and service are exemplary. The service is rapid. A separate section of the restaurant is labelled as (AC rooms) where one can enjoy anything from the restaurant including a la carte dishes. The section just outside it is only for South Indian meals.
Overall, would recommend. Slightly pricey but not exorbitant.
Tasty delicious foods served here and ofcourse quality comes with a price. Butban excellent place to dine in.great ambience and clean looking. Although one may expect quite a waiting time before they serve the tasty food but Simply a vegan delight!
Went for lunch with family of 8 on 27th Dec. The place is over crowded and advised to go to 3rd Floor for South Indian Lunch Thalli for Rs. 140/per person. The buffet lunch sucks not worth. The veggies are okay but Chappati was not made well only half cooked. The Sambhar is watery. And buffet hall was packed with lot of people and eating experience was too bad. I advise customers who wants to have a good veg food not to visit this place.
Delicious and authentic south Indian and north Indian food. Sweets made from pure ghee. Neat and clean. Have to wait in queue to get in which shows how popular it is. Would love to visit again.
Cant recommend eating here. Unfriendly staff. Constantly tried to convince me to order something that was "already ready. " Lassi had so much sugar in it it didnt desolve anymore.
I was at the restaurant attached to the hotel during my recent trip to mysore. Did not stay at hotel. Place is hygienic and food is good. They have a AC section too where you can enjoy the food. Service was ok and they have ample parking space.
