Omanair airways is the Worst airline ever seen in my Iife, I lost my valuable items in checked baggage during travel to Dubai from Bangalore; Inspite of complaint no one replied till today. I have never heard or seen lock opened from suitcase and stealing cash and valuables items.

Baggage allowance. People at counter in airport loot passengers because of not giving sufficient information on the eticket. People should check baggage allowance before coming to airport specially when travelling connecting flight. I have a very bad experience.

Office is shifted from Richmond road 2 months back. Security here doesn't know it's new location

One of the worst airlines with only greedy attitude!
I booked this airlines and they unexpectedly they delayed the flight and simply didn't even provide the basic amenities for the passenger including food!

It was funny when I even send an email to almost 10 people in the company including CEO, Their automated system replied it will resolve the issue after 14days for the journey that my families journey today!

Never book with them at any cost for long connectivity!

The office was quite calm and looking good. Located on ground floor. The staff was good. Their hospitality was also good.

A fantastic airline service gradually moving South! What was once the luxury in business class has become a nightmare now, slow and confused in flight service, with sometimes bordering on careless attitude to insanely placed business lounges with a walk time of long walks to and from security to gates, as usual aerobridges missing and a coach is used to shift business class passengers. Flew Muscat to Bangalore by the 1035 am flight on 02 Oct 2018 and found a horrendous seat with the headrest continuously slipping down, would have been better if was seated on the floor! Attitude by in flight staff, aloofness and don't care attitude.pity a wonderful going down.
