Recently I went to the hospital for delivery, I was done normal delivery by there Radha ma'am and staff support.

For delivery the best hospital in the Yelahanka, Bangalore, I would recommend for safe delivery for baby and mother.

It took me a while to find a doctor that made me feel comfortable and welcome! Both Dr. Radha and assistant as well as her staff are awesome, they listen and give the best
advice. Dr. Vaishali really strives to give the best care possible to each of her patients.

These ppls are cheaters and they simply insist you to admit there for looting the money and then they start their drama.
If u have an insurance pls don’t go, there are 2 reasons: 1 is they don’t even have a common sense and basic ethics of claiming the insurance and hospital peoples they add unnecessary medicine and claim it from the policy and very neglegance staff and Ms Veena she don’t even have a basic humanity and she talks like she’s the MD of that hospital.

I have all the bills and proofs of these fraudulent incidents and will never leave this here as will take it up do the consumer court if i don’t get the solution here from Ms Radha.
Thanks to Radha mam.bcz of Dr Radha mam hospital is getting 30% positive feedback’s or else this would have bcme an another fish market as the staffs are not even bother to fight with the patients for endless hours.

Worst service recently my family member visited over there, they charged 30k for malaria they told to admit for a week, after getting discharge cough and fever was same as initial stage, what's the good part of going to multi-speciality hospital and paying that much money, very worst service, hospital is more concentrated on money not the human life worst case hospital, felt really bad poor service and medically poor service

Don't go this hospital it's very worst hospital they making only money with patients they not giving proper treatments for patients I went hospital for fever and cough by 10th July and discharged 13th with fever and cough only still I'm suffering I didn't got any proper treatments there only waste of money there only aim for making money my storng suggestion is not too go this worst hospital

These 5 stars are not enough to post. When it's come to ISO it's complete ISO Certification hospital helping staff, supportive staff, caring staff everything they knows very well. We can't find untrained staff in this hospital. Thanks a lot Radha ma'am and Chiranjivi Sir for all your support.

I felt unhappy regarding this this is my suggestion

They charge exorbitantly, for first aid they charged Rs. 6800. So be cautious and better to know the pricing before admit.
Even a super speciality hospitals are charging less.

I was admitted at an outside hospital for 3 days with fever, but no diagnosis was found. As suggested by my neighbor, Geetha mam, staff at Omega, I got discharged from that hospital and got admitted in Omega under the care of Dr. Narayanaswamy.

Within no time, they diagnosed me with typhoid and started the treatment. Hospital stay was pleasant. Staff, nurses, and the treating doctor were very cooperative and helpful. You can completely trust this hospital for any ailment.

Great experience here, Kudos to Dr. Narayana Swamy, great doctor, predicted the exact thing as soon as we got admitted otherwise it took 3 days to confirm it via tests
Great ICU nursing team, rooms etc is maintained very clean as per covid norms
Experienced a bit of delay with the insurance team but at the end that ended successfully too!

Excellent staffs including HK, & very well clean & hygiene rooms, knowledgeable doctors like Dr. Naraswamy way of explain to patients very well & Also Dr. Radha, Dr. Pavithra & Others, But Billing process delay. & Insurance team please cancel that packages insurance related. I think you have best knowledge on that.

We came here when my husband had an injury that got infected. The doctors were always prompt at attending to the patient. The quick decision made by the doctor saved my husbands infection from escalating into something more serious. The place is maintained cleanly and the nurses and staff are hospitable. On the downside, the charges are much higher compared to the facilities but we still went ahead because of the vicinity to home

I went for a ultrasound yesterday and the doctor completed that in just 5-7 minutes. Without properly checking the report was handed over to me and the same text from my previous report was written in report. I will never use their services again and will not recommend to anyone. It was just a waste of my time and money.

Good ambience. Well treated. Cleanliness is maintained with regular sanitization. Quick response by nursing staff.

Very caring staff. Clean rooms and washrooms. Very punctual in giving medicines. Kudos to the whole nursing team. Doctors are very knowledgeable and have diagnosed the disease properly. But there is a huge drawback with their billing procedure. They take a really long time to process and discharge.

I needed surgery in the middle of a lockdown. Accurate diagnosis, excellent surgeon Dr Niyaz and anesthetist Dr Harsha. Only reason to take away a star is the service somehow is not 100% cashless even if you're insured.

This hospital is very good all the staffs who r working this hospital is service minded excellent all the doctors, sisters every one is good we r really grateful and thankful to all.

It's a very nice hospital, all the doctors, nurses, staffs were very co-operated and very kind. They took care of me and my baby so well. I thank each and every one.

Pathetic receptionist.
She was rude and the ENT specialist was 50 mins late and they call you endless time to make sure u r available at the hospital but don't care to respond for the doctor arriving time. The girl in the reception blames you for your timing and arrogant enough to say get out from hospital.
Wow what a hospitality. Make sure if you visit this place they will treat you as animal.

Just Money Minded Hospital and looting the Money of people in time of COVID.doctors treatment wise its good and Great rather (Dr. Niyaz Mohamed)

but if you are admitted please note that all ur saved Hard earned Money is looted off.my brother admitted for appendicitis problem.the lady incharge of insurance GEETHA.was so much arrogant, without Hospital ethics.when I question regarding the non medical bills and detailed bill sent to insurance she claimed that its a bandle hence i can't give u the copy.the non medical charges was 15,282rs which she is mentioned (50 surgical Masks, 30 exam gloves and soo on) for 3 days and when I question her why so much is used she claimed that it is used in OT which doesn't have the count of numbers.

and secondly.before admission when I called to the Hospital receptionist said its covid Hospital but only for the 1st floor we are allocating the covid patients and 2nd floor non covid.post operation since insurance was claimed he was shifted to delux ward and they admitted patients to 2nd floor alone with non covid patients.when I questioned this to the Hospital.the same GEETHA told we are not responsible for ur health if ur effected with covid claim ur insurance.who is she to tell me my private matter.seriously I am not going to recommend this Hospital to anyone.

Just made a blunder taking my brother to this Hospital.

Hospitality wise -ratings. I would give.

Absolute Money minting. Other than charging for Non-Consumables even in case of CASHLESS, They charge additional 15/25k money during discharge without disclosing details.

Name change suggested "omega MONEY-MINTING hospital". Absolute looting especially if you have INSURANCE. They not only loot the INSURANCE MONEY but also your money in the name of FAKE ADDITIONALS as they don't give you details of it.

Worst hospital i will never recommend anyone to stay here, charges are sooooooo High, inspite of calling multi speciality we can call it as day care nursing home

Worstest experience. DO not disclose you have INSURANCE, they will get you hospitalized somehow even if not required and MONEY MINTING starts.the sad part is apart from INSURANCE they charge you separately in the name of EXTRAS without giving BREAK-UP or DETAILS.

Good Doctors and on time treatment so much caring about the patients till get the discharge. And in this scenario life saver And Dr Radha is providing excellent service and response. Covid and noncovid patients they treating in separate floors and wards. Fully hygiene maitained. In the reception quick response.

Doctors are very empathetic. Gives all the timely suggestions. Very kind staff. Be it the house keeping or nursing staff. They are available in moment they are called.

We had recently delivered baby in this hospital, we had been going for checkup from 8th month, each time when we go for check up, the doctor used to tell the baby is in position and since ur tall u will have 100percent normal delivery, each time they used to say this.later when we went for last general checkup which was in 9th month 10th day the doctor said, the delivery might happen in the night itself or next day and forced us to get admitted because we had no option rather than believing doctor, but my wife was not having any pains nor any symptoms.
After getting admitted they started to give tablets and injections to get pain, she suffered whole night for the pain and around 3am the pain got reduced as she started to walk, the duty doctors used to check the heart beat of baby for every hour and said it's fine, later around 6am the duty doctor checked the heart beat and said the heart beat is low and it is risky as the baby might drink water, or the liver might be entangled and we have to do C-section ASAP and we can't wait for normal delivery.
Again, it was a shock for us and we could not think on second option rather than agreeing for C-section.
We thought ok it was our bad and we could not have normal delivery, but after few days one of my friend got admitted and even she had experienced the same. And even from neighbours I heard most of them had C-section in this hospital, so if you are expecting normal delivery make sure this doesn't happen.

Have well qualified staff rather then having staff who doesn't have basic knowledge how to operate or refill the paper in ECG device, 3-4 staffs tried to refill the paper.

Am giving feed back behalf of bhavya veeresh, Thank you Dr. Radha, for recognizing that I needed to have an emergency C-section. From what the Doctor told me, your quick decision and analysis of the situation likely saved my life and the baby’s. We will always feel gratitude towards you.

Dr. Geetha Bhavani Reddy is really an experienced, friendly and supportive doctor. All other staff are good and friendly. I was under gone c section, it's Really good hospital in Yelahanka. The Best Experience so far compared to another branded hospitals visitied in my life time. Excellent team right from cleaning staff to all Doctors and Nurses. Overall very friendly atmosphere. Very Reasonable cost.

The service provided by the staff was good. But the insurance clearance is horrible. They dono what documents to be sent to the insurance claim. Had to wait a lot for discharge.

I have got the surgery procedure done for my wife at this hospital. Dr. Radha and team was very professional. Really need to appreciate them for their work and performing surgery in peak covid lockdown time of April. Dr. Radha owns the hospital and the approach of staff right from front office to nursing staff to anaestheist, surgeon and the whole team is very very professinal. I suggest this hospital if you want professional services for Gyneacology and any surgery related to Gyneacology. Dr. Radha is very patient and soft spoken and explains everything in detail. The surgeron Dr. Nayaz and Anaesthist (i dont remember his name) were also very very professional and answered all our queries. Thank you Dr. Radha and team.
