The doctors at Onco care are compassionate and attentive to our concerns, and the staff is also commendable. My mother's treatment was under the care of Dr. Shikhar, and we are grateful for his expertise. I would also like to extend our appreciation to Dr. Kritika for her excellent follow-up and assistance, as well as her humble and patient-centered approach. It is evident that her priority is not solely focused on generating revenue from patients.

It’s been almost a year now since I am using services of Onco Care. They provide huge discounts on Doctor Consultation, Diagnostic Tests etc. My care manager Dr. Saini is also very helpful & kind. She keeps a track of my father’s health who is a cancer patient & advice us on various things.

A brilliant service. I subscribed for the service for my mother, who was going through ovarian cancer treatment.the team, especially doctor larissa, has been extremely extremely helpful during the entire process. They have been an ear that was always available to listen to concerns and arrange for opinions from experts for any change in treatment. I cannot recommend the service enough for anyone affected with cancer or any caretaker of such a patient.

Suggestion: the integration of opd booking with the hospital could be better. I can imagine it to be a Herculean task to integrate with systems of every hospital.but that would definitely make things seamless.

We are very grateful to Dr Saini Dasgupta who guided throughout the journey of consultation in a befitting manner. Dr Dasgupta mingled herself with my mother (the patient) as a family member and answered each and every health related query of my mother due to which my mother got enough CONFIDENCE. Myself Dadi Ganesh Kumar who diagnosed with Tumor on Feb 2021, I had done the whipples surgery in AIG hospital, Hyderabad on March 2021, Post surgery I need to do chemo and looking for a some good hospital in Visakhapatnam and Chennai, I just enquire in this website and right from my fist chemo till 18 chemo, they guided me in proper way in taking appointment with concern Doctor, post chemo, they recheck my discharge summary and they guided in proper way, I thank the entire team especially Mrs. Kritika who supported in all way, even after completing all my 18 chemos she use to pin me and guide me to visit hospital once in every six months.

I have had a great experience with Onco team. The PET scan was scheduled on a short notice and very efficiently on time. I am very impressed with the care manager, Deepmala Hiremath. She helped me through out the process and made sure we had a positive experience.

I came across Onco when my mother was diagnosed with carcinoma. Dr Kritika is my consulting doctor and one word for her "EXTRAORDINARY". She has always been on top things, checks on us very often. Promptly arranged second opinion multiple times and also suggested diagnostic centre's and also arranged for discounted price.

I would recommend everyone to use Onco which helps us to get a second opinion suggesting us whether one is on correct line of therapy. Also Onco will definitely save us some bucks on diagnostic tests.

Smooth and efficient service from the team. I was especially priviledged to have Dr. Minu Nair as my cancer care manager. Throughout the journey that I shared with her, she was very friendly, patient, attentive and helpful. Her answers were clear, well-informed and where necessary detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly.

My father (78) was detected with oral cancer last year and has to undergo a surgery for the same. Onco.com is a very good organisation. After initial contact they guide us time to time and help to find out diagnosis and treatment center at affordable prices across the country. I'm very thankful to onco.com.

I wanted to speak to a good doctor for a second opinion and onco.com made it very convenient. As soon as I registered, I was contacted by someone from their team on Whatsapp. Once I provided all the details and reports an online appointment was scheduled the very next day and I was able to speak to the doctor I had chosen. Based on doctors recommendation, some tests and scans were ordered. Onco.com helped schedule the scan the next day.
Overall the whole process was smooth, quick and responsive. Kudos to the team.
The one area of improvement I see is to give the patient a set of options to do the scans as the place I went was not great.
