OnePlus Experience Store, Brigade Road

Faced an issue with my one plus buds pro due to firmware update. Filed for replacement on 23rd sept. Till now the issue is open. Pushing my requirements to next week everytime I check. And they won't update you, until you reach out to them and check for it. Poor customer service. Worst experience ever with OnePlus.

They have a good display of all the products of Oneplus and it's good to experience them before buying.

But for purchase they don't have much of them and they say it's out of stock

Don't go with the positive review. They all are waste. I am using 9 pro.all of a sudden, I got green colour line on my display and when i speak to them they are telling it's because of some software issue and they will upgrade for free.but then they are telling no display is available for next 5 months. So wait till that time

This is the way they are cheating us.such a waste phone. I would request people pls don't put your hard earn money in this Chinese company phone. They will just fool u

Really disgusting disappointed more than 20 days I still dint get my eadpods pro replacement and no proper follow up

I changed one plus Cambo display over there.the service they provide is really good.customer support is also good.service centre is looking good.the cost is little bit high.but I'm totally satisfied. Prabhu the guy name.he is really good at service.he changed my one plus cambo.he has a patience to clear our problems while he is doing his work.they said it takes 2 to 3 hours but the work completed with an hour.the service centre working starts at 11: 10 AM everyday.

Had a software issue which led to a green line on my display. The staff were kind enough to patiently run me through the process and got my phone fixed in a few hours.

Store is good.but the terms and conditions are very bad. Very bad experience with OnePlus. It will hard to trust and buy any OnePlus Device.

It's one of the best OnePlus store in India, I must say interior is next level, you will find all products of OnePlus here apart from all all this, staff of this store are very helpful and polite,
Must visit the store once just to feel the ambience

Today I visited Brigade road 1+ mobile showroom & bought 9 pro model.

All executives are very friendly & pupose done in smooth manner without.any small hassle.

My special thanks to Mr Sunil (excutive). His way of demo is something really great. Thanks.

Good service given by Syed Ishaq! Was super helpful with repairs of an old phone, and helped very efficiently with data transfer!

This was my second visit after almost 5 years. And the experience is the same "SMOOTH". Very helpful staff.well organized display area. All good!

Very pleasant experience with extremely courteous staff. Special mention to Nandini who spent a lot of time helping with phone cloning ans also multitasking a bunch of other things in the store, without losing any patience.

The lady was professional, she explained me every details related to my query about the product. Adding to that she was calm and composed. I will rate 10/10

To all OnePlus users, if you want the device repaired on time and if your device has been repaired by third party servicemen kindly visit this store rather roaming around to find a store as only this store will handle those cases. Note- drive down by 9/9: 30am itself which helps to fight the long queues as this service center will be crowded every single day even bring the bill with you for the device

They have no sense of time, employee here don't care much about people coming for service, they don't know how to talk respectfully.
If you are planning to go for service, make sure you have the full day.

Its worst than ever service I have receive my entire life.me and my friend visit store 2 times for to purchases 2 air pod but product is not available. I already have one pluse phone and I just need air pod.first things brand dont care about small amount product and staff just dont want to give service for small product.brand just dont care about loyal customer they just want to make money selling higher amount price.

Unfriendly & not very courteous staff. I bought one plus bulletz last week and have been facing some issues whenever im on call (crackling sound).
I called them and wanted a replacement, for replacement i had to wait more than 45 mins, post which they have been telling me to reset my phone all of sudden which i can't obviously because it will take another 45 mins, finally they will replace it but they will tale another 30 mins for just giving me a replacement!

Rather buy some other bluetooth earphones because one plus bulletz will always have some interface issue. (FYI I have oneplus mobile and its not compatible with my phone, Amazing)

And with Coffee, entered with OnePlus Nord broken screen phone returned with happy smile and they're so cooperative to charge our mobiles,
All we need is some patience,
employees are to help coustomers in all cases.

Loved the experience visiting the service center. Had issues with my one plus buds and got the replacement, as the product was under the warranty. Had to wait for 30 mins and the job was done.

In one plus care they showed schedule your appointment, after scheduling too we were made to stand first in a que outside the store than in stairs for more than hours!
Never going again for service!

Despite their being huge queues of people waiting to get their devices serviced, I was able to get my problem solved in around 2 hours. Appreciate the staff for being helpful and efficient.

Your sales representative at TV zone 1st floor and HDFC guy's doesn't know about the running hdfc emi scheme. Gave an hour to decide on Q1 pro 55 and got all the paper work done under knowledge of Pradeep Raj, however at billing counter I got to know that there is no scheme running.

Just because of the lack of information with oneplus sales representative and HDFC guy oneplus had to suffer a sale loss of 85,000

Frankly no-one had the courtesy to apologize on the matter and understand the concern.

And experience is all the same.

Had given my Oneplus 5 to replace display and they just fixed it in record time and also replaced battery for free.

I visited the store to buy a new phone and exchange the old for the same. Prior to the purchase I asked if they'd help with the data transfer. They agreed to it. They even checked the old phone thoroughly. After billing, I went for the data transfer. Harsha was the sales executive. Despite billing the phone and once the new phone was opened, he asked me to pay extra at the cash counter as some apps in the old phone weren't working. I was quite shocked because the phone was thoroughly checked and in front of them. He also didn't know how to transfer data. I sat in the store for over an hour. Eventually he gave the phone to another executive called Shah. He managed helping me, but he too was not very polite.
Over all experience- not the greatest because the fun of buying a new phone went down the drain.

Extremely uninterested staff, everyone tries to dodge their work. I went to buy their product in store but the staff made sure I never buy any One Plus Item from anywhere

U can get better deal online, trust me much better but promoters there are very professionals and polite and good at their work. I personally give the staff 5stars*****

There is token system implemented which is a good thing, but it still takes considerable time (I waited for about 3 hours to get my power button fixed).

Too much waiting time for service center. The customer suport team is not to be blamed. But stupid people who walk in claiming warranty for their irresponsibility and carelessness toward their devices.
PS4 is available to keep your self entertained during the wait along with tea.

Got my mobile screen fixed from this outlet. Very satisfied with the service. They also took care of the customers very well with proper social distancing.

We have minimum 6-7 one plus phone in my family and also I suggested to my friends circle for it's good in performance. One month back I bought one plus 8T but today suddenly switched off and went to MG road service center. It's my one of worst experience in life. I waited for long time for showing my phone no one is responding correctly.

No use of Being a Big Store for One Plus, Main Branch In Bangalore only not have stocks of accessories.

Love how they played Apple iPhone and Samsung Galaxy advertisements on their TVs. OnePlus sells phones and their souls at their stores.

I'm super unsatisfied with the customer service, at Oneplus Experience store in MG road. I used to purchase regularly from this particular store and done with my last visit experience. Staffs are not at all approachable. If we ask about some specifications or doubts regarding the product they will point us to the manual over there. Waiting for staff, No EMI related help, I spent a whole day in the store and left without purchasing,

One plus show room located in brigade road OnePlus Experience Store, 213, Brigade Road, Bangalore, Karnataka - 560001. Store hours: Mon - Sun 11: 00 am - 10: 00 pm. They give very good service and sale in one stop and they have very good team for assistance

One plus watch comes out on 15th i believe or 14th april.and you ll find one plus 8 and above the 7's are not available.hope this review makes sense

Good staff, Great insights by Thousif, explained everything in Detail on every gadget they have. Do meet him if u guys r there.

Staffs are not bothered to sell or show their products to customers they are judging each and every customer whether that person will buy or not,
not bothered to wish a customer they were all chatting in floor but not serving the customers even I work for a retail sector in the same locality but we have our own sops we should serve the customer whether he is a buyer or not actually me and my colleague came to buy the phone but the staff told the counter is closing in 5mins and we went to the OPPO showroom in church street and purchased a 5g phone there for 46k the staffs are very knowledgeable in oppo and gave us a good phone after purchasing in OPPO store we saw still the oneplus store was open and customer was walking in this is a worst experience ever I had in oneplus store in brigade road Bangalore. Staff are good in judging customer but worst in service. As it is Chinese brand where people are opposing to buy but still we have interest in buying one plus because of bad experience in the show room we don't recommend any one. Your staff is well groomed but not well trained please teach them simple ethics how to behave with customers
