Food was average or slightly above. But service is on the bad side. Order for drinks especially was time taking and moreover was Also wrong. Generally a very average restaurant.

Fantastic location to host a Birthday party. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We organized a Birthday party here and it was amazing! The kids loved the food and the ambience too. Apart from a few games we organised, Onesta gave the kids an opportunity to make their own pizza and they loved the activity as well. Thanks Team Onesta Kalyan Nagar for making our daughters day a delight!

Wow just amazing unlimited pizza option are there. We ordered unlimited pizza and they serve one beverage and one dessert also. Pizzas are supper. Jwngdao was polite and served us good pizzas.

The food is good! And the place has a good atmosphere, with greenery and beautiful lighting. Would be better if the approach and parking was made more welcoming! Portions are small too.

Worst customer support from this restaurant, these people dont even have basic manners how to behave with a customer. Sadly onesta have hired wrong people.

I personally liked the place. It's my second visit. I opted for Unlimited Pizza. You get to eat 15 different kind of pizzas in both veg n non veg, a beverage and a dessert to choose from, in the package.
They are good in quality as well. Staff is friendly.
Good place to hangout with friends n family. Different experience than, usual Pizza. Gotta try. You won't regret.

The service is very slow. Onesta is giving priority to Swiggy & Zomato delivery people. We waited for nearly 45 minutes, to get a starter. The dining experience is not good.

Worst place ever!
Please don't even visit or eat any food. Food sucks and they put a huge cost for few dishes and sooo less amount is served!

Considering as an Italian restaurant pizzas and pastas should be their USB, but pizzas topping was much less (ordered chicken overload) also cheese was too runny and salty.
Not sure people prefer that way but personally not happy.
Chocolate cake was too dry

Very bad service. When I ordered they said buy 2 get 1 free. When I called he promised me he will send 3. But we got only 2 pizzas. I tried them to to call he s not even picking d call. Pls dnt cheat the customers with faults commitment.

Onesta is one of the finest place where you get almost 30 variety of veg/non veg pizza together.
If you opt for unlimited meal thats the best thing you wud ever choose.

Bacon and egg pizza was ultimate. Had placed wrong order through zomato but when i called directly to onesta, they obliged my request and sent the order which I requested. Very happy with their service.

I ordered 3 small Pizzas, a burger, a sub, large fries and garlic bread. Quantity of fries is very less, charged me 199 for fries, box was hardly having 10 to 15 pieces, looks like they are charging nearly 15 rupees per pieces. There are only 2 pieces of garlic bread, which is charged 99. Not finding the option to attach the image here, otherwise I would have attached it.

Good place for budget pizzas. Have lots of variety in pizza's. And good collection of desserts also.

The food is average, avoid deserts used to be good but now they don't make it fresh.

Pizzas are great! We tried many different Beverage none of them was good. Virgin Mojito was ok.

Came here for the complementary food as my name (SHRE) was in the #NameoftheWeek list. It was pretty much packed on a Tuesday evening and I somehow got a table.
Coming to the food, I had ordered chicken & veg pizza.
The chicken roast & cheesy roast chicken pizza were good and nothing exceptional. The USP is definitely the pricing and the unlimited buffet option.
The veg pizzas weren't that great and felt it was done in a hurry.
A complementary drink (Pepsi) and a desert was given which was good.
And lastly the staff were friendly and accommodative even though the crowd got bigger & bigger.

Love the ambience in Onesta branches. Friendly staff and fresh air as it is open and safe. Had the Unlimited option of 700 per person, great starters especially the skewers, and the pizzas no doubt. The drinks are also awesome and customizable to your taste. The dessert was a put down as it is miniscule and not that great with regards to the flamboyant name it carries. But good option for those who want to treat their friends on continental and on a budget

Great place to have pizzas! Must try the unlimited pizza. The best deal ever in a pizza shop. I visited on an afternoon so it was a little hot. But that was to be expected on a rooftop restaurant on a sunny day. Best value for money. Also don't forget to try the soft drinks over there. Great place for a hangout! Thank you Onesta.

If you are thinking of unlimited pizza with different topings this the place. Onesta offers tasty and good quality however its quite expensive but you enjoy with family and friends
