Very pleasant experience indeed. I fact I was going to file the RTI myself and accidentally I landed at this site. Drafting GOOD.

They charge such heavy fees for the complete package (Rs 399/ + taxes = Rs 470 /). I availed their services on a few occasions.

The drafting and language of the RTI application is good. We get regular updates via email and sms about the status of the application. The other components of service are poor.

1. In the complete package, they say that their RTI specialist lawyer will call us to understand the problem. This specific service alone costs Rs 200 + taxes. They never call unless you bring it to their notice. I experienced this recently.

2. When I tried calling back the RTI lawyer for few clarifications, the person did not receive the call. This was disappointing and unexpected from a professional agency considering that we are paying the amount specifically for that purpose.

Initially i thought i have misguided to this platform but i now regret it and felt very satisfied with the highly professional level drafting standards

Excellent work done by the online RTI team so far. Only hope there is some positive response from the Civil Department, through action on ground, although they failed to give timely reply to the RTI.

Their price is not high but a luxury pricing. You need a rs10 IPO and speedpost (rs18) locally. But first rti is 250.1st appeal 499 and 2nd appeal is whooping 999. So against 3 speedpost cost and ipo of 10rs they r collecting almost 1800. This is not business. Also rti content is static copy paste only. 2nd problem - they do not take any responsibilty of delivery/address correction. My application 600033 was returned due to their wrong address (they did not know where to send) and my queries as to why i paid when the rti was not even filed yielded no result. No mails, no calls. So money wasted. Since people do not know how to, they are encashing it unethically with zero responsibility.

Really fantastic. The way the team handled my issue. I never thought that work will be done so fast and with such text book precision. The text was so precise and to the point. Congratulation to the entire team.
