Please stay away from this agency. You'll certainly regret. The Bangalore office staff people are very rude and don't know how to talk to people. A guy called Raushan is very egoistic and mannerless and gets personal with customers. They have no respect and show no professionalism at all.
They gave us a different car other than what was confirmed on the call. And for a higher price than what they show on their website. Even customer care doesn't help and just tell us to talk to the office people.
They keep changing the policies according to their convenience and you can't do anything about it as they keep your personal bike and orginal DL as leverage until you return their car. That's how they blackmail you into accepting their unreasonable policies.
After returning the car, they try really hard to find a scratch or damage. When they don't find anything, they just show extremely minute lines on the car which won't be visible in a picture or video or not even to naked eye. And they charge Rs. 3000 extra for that. They already have made up their minds to extract money like this.
This is for Bangalore location. I am giving this 2 stars only because of way of approach towards customer.
I took a venue for rental in Bangalore. It was least basic model. They told it will give a mileage of 13 within city. I had to spend out 20L of petrol for a distance of 155km. See the mileage.
The car didn't have any USB drive, seat adjustment was only for back rest and not for height
Once the amount is paid, no response from them. Had requested for a change of vehicle, but since didn't get any response, has to use the same.
Fuel, they give it at lowest only which is only 1 point. Don't know what the issue in giving full tank and while returning can ask customer to fill up the tank and return it.
Never in my life, had a worst car renting experience.
If they are going to maintain this level of standards, they are sure to shut down their operations very soon.
We took the car and returned in the original condition, they found a scratch below the car, which was probably there from before we took it and still they charged us 4000 for it, it was a pea sized scratch, the guy named prassana they have in night shift is totally useless, very rude, he will eat away the business.
Very Bad Experience, Initially was very exited to take car from them, but at time of return they were searching for scratches on the car like hell. At last I have to pay 13000 for the scratches which was not possible to see through naked eyes, these people are running a new type of Fraud. Don't fall prey to these People
I recently had the misfortune of renting a car from Onroadz. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, as the company exhibited a complete lack of integrity, unprofessional behavior, and charged me an exorbitant amount for a minuscule scratch. I strongly advise against renting from this company if you value fair treatment and quality service.
First and foremost, let's address the incident that led to my dismay. During my rental period, the vehicle sustained a tiny 2 mm scratch on the door. While I understand that accidents happen, I was appalled to learn that Onroadz took advantage of this minor issue and used it as an opportunity to exploit me financially. They demanded an outrageous sum of money for the repair, completely disregarding the fact that such a negligible scratch would hardly impact the vehicle's functionality or value. This tactic reeked of opportunism and an utter lack of customer care.
Adding insult to injury, the customer service I received was abysmal. When I initially reported the scratch to the rental company, their representatives displayed an indifferent attitude, showing no concern for my predicament. I expected at least some level of empathy and understanding, given that accidents are an unfortunate part of life. Instead, I was met with condescending remarks and dismissive behavior, leaving me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.
Took two cars for rent from them and drove them to Palakad Kerala. The cars were clean and well maintained. The team were very helpful in showing us around the car, pointing out previous dents/scratches and providing contact numbers in case of any issues on road. Finally, when we needed to extend our rental for one of the cars, they were able to accomodate our request with minimal issues. Thank you Deva and team for the excellent service.
We rented a car for our family trip. Their maintenance was very good. Their interaction with customers was polite and friendly and their service was very good. I definitely recommend to everyone.
Awesome service.you cant find no one so good in bangalore. You have safe, new and excellent condition cars with them and the service they provide when ever you need assistance is really good. I dint expect a service to be to this extent. Mr. Prasanna and Mr. Joseph at bangalore centre were really polite and good.which made us feel more comfortable and good.

We had the worst experience with this car service, the guy who handled us named prassana was not ready to listen anything. This guy will cost onroadz business they had a scratch on the car from before and when we returned the car, they took 4000 for us, for a very little, 1 cm scartch that too was below the car, which was not at all visible to normal eyes, don't ever book from them or you will loose money for sure, you will totally regret it.
Worst car service or i should say the guy who was handling the business there was very rude and cunning, he charged us to extra for a scratch which was there before we rented the car and was very rude about it.i would not recommend renting cars from this rental service.
Cars were in good condition, not new and already had dents and scratches but the staff is terrible, untrained guys and bad behaviour towards customers. I have paid their demanding amount for a 2 mm scratch which they decide is a good amount based on my salary slip, yet they didn’t provided the bill of anything. Beware guys before choosing this service as they didn’t provide a gst bill which is I think is illegal.
Prices are reasonable than compare to other dealers, some staffs are customer oriented not all! Parthiban is good and manages well and knows customers need so as customer service Hari. I'll definitely recommend
Smooth and Timely Pickup and delivery service. Spent 700 for pick-up and drop-off, so it is a little on the expensive side. On any distance, it typically costs 500 INR. They hand it over the car after conducting an extensive inquiry. They demand two black cheque leaves that have been signed as well as an original driving licence. They will demand an original passport or a 20K security deposit if you are not prepared to hand up a cheque leaf. The car is well-maintained. Please ask for a pairing code if the bluetooth did not connect; they will not give it to you proactively.
Onroadz are worst and it's scrap.local rowdy's running this biz, avoid this rental one.
Bangalore local delivery boys are worst, rude behaviour and lot of neglegence. Management team are utterly worst, they don’t take any complaints instead they support the ground staff. Basically no customer care support is there in onroadz.
Definitely don’t take rentals from this onroadz, they will charge you (4000Rs in my case) extra for minor scratches which can be under/bottom of the car (I’m sure that this scratch is already there before I took, it’s just i didn’t notice earlier). Be careful while taking a car and check 360 degrees and bottom of the car too. They want money, for that they do these kinds of zuggad’s. It’s a local rowdy’s managing this rental biz.what a waste and scrap.
They have different fraud techniques (like above) to charge more from you if you book in bangalore.
Beware! They will quote exorbitant charges even for minor scratches to the car at the time of drop. Do check the quotation (if it is actually from any service center) before paying any money for the damages. In my case, I got the quotation which they had made themselves!
Random senseless policies, like for deposit they ask for signed blank cheques, they keep your original driving licence and bike, and deposit amount starting from Rs. 20,000 (which other car rental services hardly ask for Rs. 3k-5k max). So that they can make you accept any of their unreasonable demands later on.
While returning the car, they show you a very very small scratch on the car which was already there and couldn't be captured in a video or photo being extremely small. And they charge 3k for that.
The bangalore office people behave like mafias, and talk like "go call police", "go do whatever you can" and whatnot. A person named ROSHAN has no sense of how to behave with customers. He's really immature and gets into verbal fights. He's a stupid person and has a lot of attitude and instead of helping the customers, he makes the experience horrible for them.
Don't ever consider this agency, not even as a last resort.
