Worst rental service ever.please go for other rental agencies. Rented an Activa for a month. The scooter stopped in between highway at night and had to shell 1500 for the repair. They refused to refund the same. The problem happened again after few days despite them mentioning the vehicle is in perfect condition. No petrol was provided while collecting the vehicle. Speedometer/odometer stopped working on second day. I AM REPEATING THIS - ALL THEIR VEHICLES ARE IN PATHETIC CONDITION.

Following are my issues: 1. The bike/scooty condition will be worst. 2. The iOS app is hell. Don’t work. 3. When you need any help while booking, they will quickly call you back for any issue. 4. Waiting time to pick up the 2-wheeler is more than the heavy traffic in Bangalore. 5. For helmet, they will charge ₹200/- per month and ₹800/- security deposit. Total: ₹1000/-. Though ₹800/- is refundable, you will never get the refund. 6. Once you are in the condition of #5, they will never respond you over chat or over call.
If you haven’t gotten your rental from here yet, please don’t and save yourself. If you have already, try to your best to live with it for a month and get it back to them asap. PSA
My bike stopped working. It is not starting. Even when it was working the engine was not revving and power was extremely low. The bike is already driven over 50k km. This is the second time in 2 months that it has happened. As usual no one is responding on customer support. They say offices are open from 8 AM but nobody responds even at 10 AM. Why can't you guys keep good condition bikes like royal brothers? This gives the customer so much stress. I would suggest anyone who wants to rent bikes to stay away from these people. They will hand you a piece of garbage which will only work till you drive it home. Next day it won't start.
Loose speedometer and fuel indicator, completely worn out tires, clutch problem / gears not changing properly & loose mirrors.
It was raining during the time and my bike slipped multiple times. I asked someone from the garage about the tires and he said they don't change them unless someone complains.
Second day my speedometer fell off on a bump and they charged me 1000 for it.
They fixed my mirrors and the brakes but nothing else was taken care of.
This might be all fixable later but a customer should never be given the bike on such condition in the first place. It's a huge safety issue + it took a lot of time just liaising with these folks on the phone and taking the bike to their garage.
I used the bike for a total of four days before giving it back and never received any refund.
Bad customer service, they never pick you calls. I also rented two helmets, they didn't return the deposit, they asked me to call customer service and customer service never picked my call.
Thank you ontrack. I tuck for 45 days. Very nice experience.
Guys check everything before taking it. Do a test drive properly, discuss issues with them if you have anything. Another observation, One customer was behaving very badly (Give respect take respect). If you are facing any issues call them, they will solve it accordingly or go to their workshop (Workshop better option).

Don't expect showroom quality. My Hero Maestro was well maintained one.
Bad customer service, was promised a scooter today and now getting more and more delayed. Also, not even allowing me a refund for the money I paid. I am not liable to pay the 15% fees if you cannot fulfill your own commitments.
This isn't my first time using Ontrack. Last time they made me wait an hour in a basement parking lot to finally hand me the vehicle.
