Fantastic people. Swift work done. Came here to get my specs repaired. Alfin and company were very nice and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Had been to the shop to fix the spectacles screw, the guy there was very rude, was charging 50/- rs just to tighten one screw, when I explained that all optics give free service, he took myspecs and loosened both the screws, when earlier only one screw was loose. Very bad behaviour. Not worthy of going to this optics.

I have been to the store before and had 2 pairs of glasses made for my Mum about 2 years back which was a smooth and wonderful process considering my Mum's age. I did not manage to put a review then but thought I should now. I work in the btm area and my spectacles got really lose and I took a chance walking in to see if they'd help tighten them. The experience right from the doorman to the technician was so warm and friendly and they repaired my glasses without any fuss or charge. Thank you

Great experience here, my screw was replaced for free of cost by the technician here.
