Just to make it clear to other viewers, this is not a fake review. The owner was very rude when I went to the shop for purchasing. Every customer deserves to be respected. I hope the owner will avoid such a harsh behaviour in future.

I visited this place to buy Trophies to my Client. Unfortunately it took lot of time to select Trophies, I almost spent 2 Hours in two days. I made full payment and placed order for 11 Trophies. I had to make few phone calls to make sure it is delivered in time. I found the owner was impatient. It was all fine till he delivered, when we took all trophies and examined after one day, we were so disappointed, NO PROPER FINISHING, SCRATCHES, DAMAGES! This is what we got. When we asked for the replacement- his answer was "You spent 4hrs here, u should have checked before delivery all that! He said, You don't come to my shop again! We don't welcome you to our shop! And disconnected phone. My client had to speak with him for a replacement.
My Question is, When he asks us to check it before delivering, this means he is not sure of his products.
How can he be so arrogant to tell "Don't ever come to my shop again"
He says for 400-500 Product we are expecting fine finish, This 400 doesn't have Value?
He agreed to replace around 5 items, and he packed everything and gave it, Surprisingly- He replaced only one piece. Still he gave the same damaged pieces.
Dear sir, you might be doing great business, earning lakhs together, but please, have a basic sense that each customer is important, they definitely seek value for their money.
"OPTIONS"- We too have options to choose whom to go and whom not, Will never recommend this store to anyone.
