Amazing stay. Very helpful and well behaved staff. Rooms are economical and well furnished with an AC. Bathroom is very hygienic and fitted with a geyser. They don't have a restaurant attached, but they have a room service and they will provide you food from a nearby mess. The mess provides a decent selction of food. The hotel provides a complimentary breakfast as well. The airport is just 10 mins drive from the hotel. Though some cabs (ola and uber) refrain from service as they have to pay a toll of Rs. 120 on the way back on the hyderabad-bangalore highway. When i promised the cab driver to pay his toll of 120, he agreed for the service. The stay at the hotel was otherwise awesome
The hotel is located near kempegowda international airport Bangalore, this property is good to stay near airport. Transport facilities is good, pick and drop to airport on exact time, Rooms were clean and neat, staffs were very friendly. Next if I m visiting to Bangalore I'm definitely gonna visit this hotel again.
Best hotel near bangalore airport to relay on. Has good and clean rooms with good service is quite impressive. I would refer my other friends travelling to Bangalore to visit it if in search of hotel. Worth each of your penny for sure.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. It's hard to believe it was rated as a three-star; in my opinion, it doesn't even deserve a one-star rating.

This is my 4th time staying at this property for 3 nights and the experience was worst, very disappointing stay for us especially with the rooms and staffs. As soon as we entered the room were dirty it was not allied properly no matters with the things which is mentioned in website there is no proper clean the cupboard has been dirty and table were missing, no kettle no ash tray and we requested to give room give they mentioned that room card is out of stock. There was no proper maintenance in the room for example Air conditioner wasn't working properly and we mentioned n-number o times to the staff and manager none of them wasn't ready help us out After mentioning they shifted our room to 2nd floor Therefore there was no power when we mentioned to staff were they seemed to be rude with us, they were mentioning that no 1 is staying with us only for one room we cant ON the generator and generator is in problem we can hardly for 10 min. We called to the manager about the power and to ON generator even he also started to mentioning the generator is in problem and he were rude and not even professional to handle situation therefore he mentioned us to cancel the booking of staying already we stayed for 2 night, perhaps it's horrible experience
Wrost experience ever.not recommended for family. Room not cleaned. Bathroom not cleaned Entire property is fully littered with garbage. Room keys is not provided to you. There is only one master key which is kept with so called receptionist. No hot water. Broken furniture.

You get lured to book the rooms directly as they charge low price. But it's a fraud. They state that website has some issue. When u ask the website developer he will say website is working fine. I have booked room at 1k and he charged 1.5k for 8 hours without breakfast.toilet doors are broken. And night there was a howling noise of cat which can frighten u. Lot of issues.
Very worst experience. Receptionist scheduled very high charges TV is not working flush also not working no restroom mat.no hot water stinky bedsheets.lift has no light. I never go to next time. He put extra per hour 200 rupees.i travelled all over India didn't expect this hotel very rude Hindhi Bhaiya
Not even worth for one star. Rude staff and pathetic service. 1) They had mentioned complementary breakfast is provided but later charged us with exuberant prices for a very low grade break-fast from a very unhygienic place around the hotel 2) Lift had no lights and we have to use our mobile flashlights to keep the lift lit. 3) The room was not at all clean (stinky bed spreads and bathrooms) 4) The staff displayed very rude attitude towards guest.
I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Orange Suites & Inn near Bangalore Airport. While the rates were affordable and the rooms were decently sized, my overall stay was marred by several issues that left a lot to be desired.
First and foremost, the staff's attitude was quite disappointing. They came across as rude and unhelpful, which created a negative atmosphere right from the start. Additionally, the hotel's claim of having parking facilities turned out to be misleading. The so-called parking was essentially a space beside a public road, leaving much to be desired in terms of security and convenience.
My disappointment only grew when I entered the rooms I had booked. I had reserved two rooms—one for three adults and a baby, and the other for a single person. Despite the affordable rates and decent room sizes, the issues I encountered were hard to overlook. To begin with, the staff failed to provide us with the key cards or keys for our rooms promptly. When I inquired about this, I was given just one key card that supposedly worked for all rooms—a clear lapse in security and privacy.
The condition of the rooms was far from satisfactory. The bedsheets and duvet covers appeared used and stained, including what looked like blood stains. This was not only unsanitary but also quite discomforting. The state of the bathroom was equally disappointing, with visible stains inside the toilet bowl and a broken bathroom window that compromised both privacy and security. The broken window opened into a closet, raising concerns about privacy and safety.
The most disturbing aspect of the stay was the buckets provided in the bathroom, which were shockingly dirty and unhygienic. I was taken aback by their condition and found them to be the filthiest items I have ever encountered in a hotel. The attached photo speaks volumes about the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail.
All in all, my experience at Orange Suites & Inn Bangalore Airport was far from pleasant. Despite the affordable rates and decent room sizes, the rude staff, lack of proper parking, subpar cleanliness, and inadequate amenities overshadowed any positive aspects. I would strongly advise potential guests to carefully consider these aspects before booking a stay at this establishment.
Worst experience, they allotted a room which was smelly and the bathrooms had leaking toilets. When asked for refund the managers argued for half an hour and tried to deduct money. WORST HOTEL i donot recommend
If you are booking this place I would suggest you not to. Mostly you would end up booking this for a tiring flight layover and this place will make you feel the worst.
Electricity keeps on going every 2 hours and when you contact them they just have one simple thing to say “We are loading the generator”. Luckily my room was on the first floor so I could walk down the stairs anytime to contact the reception as my landline wouldn’t work.
Manager: -If you book online and go to the hotel they will tell you to pay extra and get another room. If you disagree to do so they’ll just end up saying that you can cancel your booking which doesn’t happen at last moment.
Rooms- Stained sheet, torn towels, leaking pipes and a lot more.
Service-They are not really that upto the mark and they have to improve a lot more with the hospitality they provide.
The worst place I have ever visited in my life. The rooms were not clean. It was very smoky. The bathroom is very very dirty with the potty all over inside the towels where are used the bedsheet values and has a bleed on it The manager is very rude and he says that you have to pay the money. Otherwise we will rob you. The manager Mr Naik start fighting with the guest for asking for moon. Manish I’ve will prefer to not to stay in this hotel.
