First of all, they never respond to your calls and the service will be delayed all the time. Booked OTT for several times and faced the same issues.

Visited to handover small package to deliver from bangalore to hyderabad. Appreciate their response and service

Sometimes the buses pick up from the opp. End of this office near kalamandir, its very difficult to cross the road if you are informed at the last minute.

Third time it's happening to me blowers will be switched off and u ll feel suffocated without any air flowing inside

I like the place it is very easy to book our tickets directly and even the bus also parked in front of the office.yesterday I booked a ticket from Bangalore to vishakapatnam the two drivers were very helpful in every manner in talking, some doubts or anything else

I am regular customer. I travelled Bangalore to Chennai yesterday. But they dropped before 2 km itself. Didn't arrange any alternate transport. I asked to u r travel concern person they said will go by auto. Didn't get any proper response from them. I called customer care put on the hold my call. After I paid 200 for auto. Very worst service that particular bus workers.

Bus service is good. Few things they need to improve. TV boxes are empty. Inside the cabin, lights were not working, wifi connection was not available. These are the facilities they promise that they offer but while travelling experience is not good. We went by AC sleeper volvo. While booking tickets they showed so many facilities they will be providing but nothing was there.

Very bad service. The person sitting there behaved very badly with us. The person name is Rohit and he works for orange travels.

Running busses without papers. Police stopped many times and condition of buses also not good. Bus stopped 5 hours for AC issue. Most expensive travels with worst services.

Bus from Bangalore to kamareddy is worst. Not well maintained and always they stop at restaurant for dinner which doesn't have quality food and staff doesn't even stop for a break even though there are elders who are suffering from diabetes, even after requesting for multiple times. Even after calling customer care, their response is even worse than bus staff

Good travels service. Staff is cooperative and well behaved. They offer travel options for large number of destinations. Pickup point is at a very good location since maratahalli is a very well known place in Bangalore.

Bus is great. We traveled from Bangalore to Pune, AC, Sleeper, upper bearth last row. Clean seats, personal tv. However we felt jerking like hell. Literally we were jumping on the seat. We got back pain. Driving is harsh in ghat area.

Bus quality is good but because of jerking I give negative point compared to SRS and ksrtc travels. However SRS has dirty buses so as ksrtc with less facilities.

It's been a while I travelled. It was horrible service last time. I hope they have improved in their services.

Pathetic, I lost my luggage today, orange travels is giving deaf ear to me, they are not responding to my concern and queiry, very bad service, they are theives orange travels is looting my luggage currently, I have valuable items in by luggage bag

Travelled from Vizag to Bangalore. Since the
Incoming bus is delayed, we had to travel in a temporary bus for about 50 KMs for joining the scheduled bus. No change of pillow covers.

Most importantly, the staff don't know what is customer care and what is politeness.

We had booked tickets for Thrissur. Got a window seat which was broken and covered with plywood. It was not a pleasent journey. The bus service providers should inform prior to the journey in such cases.

Very crowded place which is a stop for buses leaves towards Andhra and Telangana. Rest rooms are scarce and parking is little difficult with no parking boards every where and traffic police keeps roaming there only for towing.

Very rude staff and unclean bus.tv is also not working.also they charge more than other travels.staff attitude is horrible.very poor service.

Good bus service. Gave stops and drove well. In bus entertainment had movies in different languages.

This orange bus was very uncomfortable and anybody not responsive in any inconvenience situation during journey. See below pic how they put cylinder in sleeping cabin. Which is hazardous to passengers. And I raised complaint against service provider but no one going to take any action.

This is only reliable and professional travel operation, a few hundred bucks is worth the money. I have travelled by SRS, VRL etc but trust me Orange is best of all

Really best and standard travels. They maintain neatness. And we can travel safely and comfortably. Keep up time.

Don't trust this travel they will change the pick up time after your booking and they won't inform you. I got a personal incident where I booked at 6: 30pm and the timing changed to 9: 30pm. Orange travels is accusing redbus and redbus is accusing orange travels. Worst service ever.

Stinky smell, WiFi was not working, dirty bed sheets dirty pillow cover, I suggest don't travel through orange's travels

Been to Guntur using this transport. Management does a lot of things to make travel experience better but they need to concentrate on staff behaviour. Staff doesn't need to subjugate but can be friendly and not grumpy when asked for help.

Orange travels is highly punctual and professional travel partner, the seats are well cleaned and blankets are dry cleaned before every trip, staff is polite and well dressed in uniforms with id cards. Passengers are given water and snacks at the beginning of journy. Coaches are well built which reduses unnecessary noise and jerks. I strongly recommend orange tours and travels in your next journy.
