Orange travels

We took the AC Sleeper bus from Bangalore to Trivandrum. It was worth it and was very comfortable.

Poor service, they don't come on time, even they don't help you on customer service.

Very very worst bus. Opening the curtains without permissions. Driver and cleaner is drinking alcohol in time intervals. Even they are encouraging passengers and nodding their heads while any any passenger is drinking. No action is taken on drinking passenger. This happened in 5529 mysuru bus. The crew is very rude. No proper facilities and even the bedsheets are smelling bad. Charging ports not working. Too much price for single ticket. Even APSRTC super luxury are way better than travelling in Orange Travels. This is not the first time I experienced these type of worst. Thats why I am taking this forum to express my views and experience. Please think once while booking with Orange travels. I am writing this long paragraph which one can understand that the experience I have gone through with Orange travels. #Say_No_To_Orange_Travels

Booked tickets from bangalore to mangalore yesterday and they charged 1600 each. Worst bus, the driver and his colleague are very rude at the time of travel. Blankets are not washed, Amineties they mentioned huge, but they didn't provide single water bottle also even though they are having the water bottle. When we ask questions, they are telling like if you want complaint in customer care. Boarding and dropping point also I booked different and actual is different. Very bad experience I gathered. Good bye for orange travels.

Dropped me 6 kms ahead of dropping point. Worst trip ever had. No responsibility over the passengers.

The bus cleanliness (diesel smell) entire journey we suffocated, very poor, and staff very rude.even the the water bottle provides after12.30 pm.
The bus is fully occupied, pisa vaasul even though they are not operating tv in chambers.
No option for passengers to write this message.

Very good journey, and good sleeping facilities etc, but he dropped us near hotel Taj instead of Tirupati bus station. But in early morning 3: 30 it's difficult to catch auto and go to bus station, they charged more.

Travelling is good.but some issues were there.
1.stops for nature calls
Bus was stopped at places where there were no toilets or toilets which were untidy. Think about plight of women.

Solution:
The travels can come up with MOUs with restaurants or dhabas which are available on their routes and would stop there for a while. They must provide neat and hygiene rest rooms.
Senior citizens also faced this problem.
Why don't they provide list of stops while booking at the time of tickets.
APSRTC has several bus complexes. So the travellers are happy in this regard.

Not worth extra payment that we give to this operator. Bus breakdown.delay in making sure passengers reach location on time. They are busy with unloading material
