Orbis Restaurant - Whitefield

One of the worst place for buffet and it's completely waste of money and guys do not follow Instagram and come to this place. As we visited seeing the same post and had a terrible Time and food. Just waste of money

Went for Buffet Food wasn't good and finally tasted curd rice which had cockroach in it. And Staff was so calm and told we won't repeat it next time

I just visited orbis restaurant and I must say it was a waste of money and food was stale the chicken was hard and they had just 3 varieties of food as a buffet. Really terrible

Visited Orbis restaurant for a birthday party. They had a A/C hall in 3 floor which can accommodate 70 to 100 people. They served a buffet which was really tasty. They also have a ground next to the restaurant wherein we can park car and bikes

Long waiting time for taken orders and again taken long time to deliver food. Not worth waiting to eating this restaurant. Ordered multiples dishes even nothing is good all below average.

We called and booked they said come directly it was not much crowded as other places about 20 or 30 were ter but they didn't refill any food waited hours we called them but they didn't care we didn't hv food as we expected never go here

To name some.desert, curd rice, naan etc.
I am not sure about the non veg food experience but my fellow food mates were saying that it was very spicy and more bones.
Coming back to the veg, desert was good but you can't eat more than 3 jamun and keers cups, because it's extremely sweet.
I love that they serve freshly fried papads (hapala) and pickles.

Notes:
* Drinking water is RO purified 20 ltr water can and served in paper glasses which does not match with the atmosphere of the restaurant.
* Other things which I noticed is that the restaurant is more focused towards Muslim customer's in terms of ambience non veg options.
* For veg dishes they use the same spoons and holders which are used for non veg in the kitchen, but while serving they use different ones.

Worst experience at Orbis. Unhygienic food served. The hotel looks good only from outside, the food served had stone in it.

The service staff is also rude as they just say your order is getting ready but it never comes out of kitchen.

For every item you order atleast 40min you need to wait even for simple item like fried rice.

Big group of people can sit together in a place, if you go with more than 6 people it is fine. Although the food is not so good and the service was very bad and delayed, many dishes were not available. Not a good option if you are looking for good food and proper service.

This is my third time that m visiting this restaurant here food are testy only but the things which I don't like here is the staff.the order person don't know how to talk and respond he is very attitude he don't have manner at all.food we dint finish but he asking for payments. Third time is my bad experience m really dissatisfied with the staff.

It is a average restaurant in economical range but limited option on variety, specialy for chicken or fish and sad part is no mutton option available.

Good polite service team members. Food taste was good. But some food was not cooked properly. Chicken was not cooked.

Most of the items displayed are out of stock for vegetarians. Chinese platter was nice for spicy food lovers.cost are reasonable
Ice cream texture is nice. Mexican drink was good.overall, food and environment was great.beware if you order American chopsuey they don't have fried noodles when asked about it manager told it's prepared like such (he was treating as if it was his signature dish). Other than that everything is nice of this place.

Food is okay (vegetarian). Service is too late.we ordered food and waited for 20 mins only to hear that it is not available. Re ordered food too was served late.wouldn't prefer to go back.

Worst restaurant. Especially vegetarians don't waste your time and money. Local dhabas are better than this show off restaurant.

2 years ago it was a good place to eat and the food quality was also good but now they have lost that touch. Currently the food is below average.

Ambience, service, food quality and price are all very good. Used Zomato pro discount so it was really a killer deal

The worst food and pathetic customer service. They served stale food and when my husband raised an issue, he was told that they can't do anything. Eat it or leave it it's your choice. At least own your mistakes and apologize.

Service is very poor and rude response when asked for service at the seating arranged outside at the entrance. If thinking to have some good clean atmosphere this is not the place.

Wonderful dinner outing with family. Great food, nice ambience and very friendly staff. Need to wait a little for the food, but it was totally worth it. Al Faham and Pepper BBQ chicken was the highlight. A must visit for non vegetarian food lovers.

I have ordered plain naan and chicken Butter masala. The naan has black particles which is like sand and the CBM is of worst taste. It's the first time I have received such a worst order. I request zomato to stop the listing of such a restaurant. You can see the images with black particles in the naan I received.

I odered food Alfam from Orbis via Zomato.
And I have never regret anything as much as that decision. As soon as I opened the cover, I felt like I am working in a poultry farm, cleaning the nests.
Didn't had to take a bite to tell that the chicken was bad. The rotten smell was there right when we opened the packet. I should have respected the chicken as it was way much older than me.
Being frustrated, we called Orbis costumer care. They told it might be the smell of the gravy. I really wish they shouldn't have told me that. I told them I can return it to the restaurant, so that they can smell it by themself. Then they told sorry and they can replce it with another item. Which we never wanted, why should I replace the current grandma chicken with another round of grandpa chicken. They told they can't refund. And we have to call the zomato for refund or something. After another round of call they replaced it with falooda. Managable.

Took a decade for them to serve food. We were about to cancel. Saw people who shouted at them the most got theirs in time. Food just average.

One of the worst resturant in Bangalore Orbis. The food and service is worst to the core. Never I have seen such unprofessional restaurant service in Bangalore like Orbis Whitefield branch.

Ordered chicken fried rice in which chicken was hardly seen rice not cooked and taste plz don't expect it but i don't know other dishes chicken alfaham was ok ok overall not happy with the food served though paying so much

I have ordered this veg fried rice combo from zomato, the rice was dry and gravy is spoiled and getting bad odor, I called them up and informed same but what I got is sorry sir we can’t do anything it’s just a gravy right so you can make adjust. I made adjustment when rice is dry I reheated it and but when it comes whole food she said am helpless, moreover I told her I will get the spoiled one to the restaurant but still she said am helpless we can’t compensate anything. Very bad on this

Very good food, especially stuff like Barbecue Chicken and Malai Dijaj Al Faham. Very good ambience and all this for a reasonable price.

Not great service and not all happy, they forgot to give sweet lime soda, later they started convenience with sorry sorry

Loved it. Ambience is good, staff behaviour is too good, food tastes wow! Soup, starter, main course all are good.

I had ordered food from orbis through swiggy. I was delivered stale paneer tikka. Worst experience ever.

Not much options for vegetarians. Quantity is very less for the price which you are paying.

Shawarmas and Tandoori is good

Ordered barbeque chicken and egg fried rice from orbis whitefield. Egg fried rice was okay but the barbeque chicken was stale, had to throw it out. Will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Staff is too bad, they don't know even how to talk. If someone order something they will ask r u sure multiple times.unfortunately she claims herself as a senior manager.

I ordered carnival meal (fried chicken) from Orbis restuarant Whitefield through Zomato.
The chicken was really bad quality and very smelly.really disappointed with food.
Request Orbis to kindly check the food before Cooking.

Please guys don't waste your money in this restaurant after lockdown it's been so crucial that you will get the food yesterday's or the morning one and they will heat it and they will provide you or serve you.
No customer value until you go with suit or any kind of a blazer

This is my second time visiting this place in the last 6 months. The previous time I went with a friend, there were tiny cockroaches in the menu we told the staff and dismissed it since the food was good.
But this time we went after seeing an offer pamplet that was dropped home. We enquired in the front desk if the offer was legit and proceeded for dine-in. I asked the waiter multiple times if the offers were valid on the items I ordered. We got Chicken butter masala (₹109 on offer) and 4 pieces of butter naan (₹10 per piece on offer). The food was decent.
But surprisingly, the bill showed ₹349 as opposed to 109+40=149 exclusive of tax. When I asked why wasn't the offer valid, he said it's only for take-away. I was in the dine-in section and was clearly not getting a take away. I had to pay the entire amount and I got a sorry or two in return. Never going back to this place.

Just had a bad experience. Thought of not parking in front of restaurant, parked it to side after all efforts the front office person comes to say wrong parking.
Spoiled my evening.
