I worked with them for 1 week and then writing this review.
It is a definite red flag for recruiter.
High work pressure, un realistic target, whole day they scold.
Morning and evening they shout in every team call, you cannot do mass mailing and job posting.
If you seek any help they say 'no other option you should give profiles'.
After 6.30 also you have to work and there is no personal life.
And majorly they think they are the only person who knew market.
If you speak in team call they say something, if you don't speak also they scold.
First 7 days salary they pay after 6 months and if you don't achieve your Target they won't pay even full salary. So if you are seriously looking for career opportunities never ever join "Orcapod".

Worst place to work never ever opt this company and the packages they offer is very very less

I did not join, but my experience is really worst. First they will talk about a position, later they will demote it n likewise ur salary will also become less. They don't have any proper office, they will call u in a mall or somewhere else, make you wait for more than a hour, n will discuss the role with you. Then after that a long procedure with a baseless online test, then lastly they will tell you it's a contract position n all the employees are in contractual role. It's utter waste of time. A big no.

Still dint paid my salary as client got escalated with orcapod
Mr. Tarunesh sir is the one head of the organisation promised us will pay 14 days of salary & completed 75days successfully still no salary got credited
Please don’t trust orcapod company time waste don’t work here any thing can happen any time it’s not a trusted company

Worst work experience remove the employees without any proper reason with in days. Suggested to not to join in such company.

Worst company.please don't join this company. I didn't get my full and final settlement from last 6 months.

As you can see everyone is giving negative review on this consultancy i don't think anyone should try this consultancy

I didn't like the work culture in orcapod because they say we can work from home and then they expect us to sit from morning to evening without taking any breaks and also they micromanage things like some school
And they didn't pay me also for the days I have worked so overall it'sworthless
My team lead was always annoying and irksome and was not at all supportive

Minus ratings. Pathetic service helpdesk is useless. They hardly bother to reply and misleading everytime by fake promises and commitment. Always i have received late salary and horrible people attitude. Unethical no culture.regretting for joining and bad decision. Helpless.

This company is ruled by North Indian people they never support south India people and forget about kannada here even though the office in Karnataka never they respect Kannadigas. Everytime on their events the north Indian people barks here, not giving opportunities to any south people

First of All RACHANA VERMA IS THE WORST N WORST DELIVERY MANAGER SHE DONT KNOW THE STRATEGY OF WORKING ONLY SHOUTING SHE KNOWS AND. Whoever joined, you guys and digging a hell for themselves let me warn you the consultancy is worst the people are not trust worthy you guys should not be in contact with anybody there rest the consultancy I will give that -3 rating if there was an option my team lead and my team members was totally hypoocreates they are not having funds and telling people to wait for salary after getting funds they start to terminate people Rachna verma, is the worst Delivery manger she just know shouting and nothing else and many more in treated them as family they ditched me one should be the person who can understand the things but using bad intension and hypocretisism they are totally now out of my hand i am cursing myself to be the part of organisation

If there would be reviews in negative i could have given that the consultancy is slow priyanka rai rachna verma and ajit mathew is the worst holders in team if anybody wants to join orcapod they are letting headache to themselves by joing the worst consultancy there

Very pathetic company and culture, future is gone if you join the company, salary is worst as compared to company standards.

I have lost all my hopes about all my deducted money in the name of tax to get back. So I am informing all those who are getting calls for interview.this place is not of experience.nothing to learn nor to apply your knowledge.

They deducted taxes from my salary, neither deposited into IT across my pan nor returned me. Have been sending emails on this, no one bothers to reply also. They don't share any of their contact information other than email. You can't reach them at all.

Very unprofessional HR employees. They doesn't know how to interview candidates over call. Worst to the core very rude Very Harsh, really unhealthy HR. So much of attitude. Being a HR she should have patience.

Had a call this morning, the person speaks very rude and highly attitude. She Doesn't know how to speak to same domain professional. Giving wrong and unwanted advice. Wrost ever consultancy.

Happy to work with this company (Orcapod), we can learn so much here. Here with this Organization can able spend sometimes with family, whereas other organizations we can't. I have got good team members & as well as a Good Manager. Only CTC is somewhat less they pay, but they provide a lot of facilities when we need their help. I am posting this review on my Experiences faced with other organizations & my present experience with Orcapod. Happy to be with Orcapod.

What kind of harrasment I faced from the said person Shanghamitra Ma'am is totally unacceptable. Unprofessional attitude and behaviour. Fraudulents. I also believe the ratings they have got on GLASSDOOR are fake.

there's always pros and cons in every single company even in your own, so please think before spreading a false notion
and to all, the guys who are commenting negative mostly candidates to whom recruiters call or source,
and if u check well, people working here since long or less never said a bad thing.and always before telling anything bad, join here and see, simple as that!

Orcapod Consulting constantly targets female employees and inform them that it is a work from home job,
They say 1 week probation and its salary will be credited after 1 month, they will engage you in one team and then transfer to other suddenly without any information, no professionalism, no trained people, they will assign unrealistic targets for a day and tell them they will get paid only if they achieve assigned targets.i have worked for 15 days and did not get paid for it.

They say 22 - 22nd will be pay cycle

Dear ladies, don't trust them, they simply make you to work them for hours but will not pay for it.

I've got a mail from your team then I have come across all the reviews of your organization All are being negative if it's fake can you respond about that and make us understand, because of reviews I have given 1 star to made me fool.

NEVER EVER JOIN THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.
Such cheap policies and never make good communication with their employees. All their communication mails to employees goes into SPAM, which hardly anyone notices. The last minute mails they send to communicate their employees.
NEVER EVER PAYS SALARIES ON TIME. They have a very good excuse and reason to convince employees.

It's been 4 months and I'm still waiting for my salary. This is how "professional" this company is.

I'm emailing them everyday with no response. And it's my hard earned money and still not getting it.

P. S: 14 April 2020. I'm still waiting for the amount. No response either.

Seriously a fake consulting company. I went through complete interview process and got selected. When they released the offer, they had put in wrong date. I asked them to send me the corrected date offer. 2 weeks later (nearly 1 week after orginal date I was to join. I didn't join since they didn't give corrected offer letter), they asked me to sign the offer send with wrong date and they will change internal. I told them not possible. If I sign that, legally I am working from the signed offer which conflicts as I was still working with another company on that date.

They said either sign or I can refuse offer. I ended up refusing offer due to their unethical behaviour. I wonder how their clients work with such unethical companies

No option to give 0 Star or Negative ratings.company do false promise at the time of joining and never full fill that after many years also. Nobody in company who care for their employee no body bother to even respond to query and emails. I worked almost 1.5 year on client location, when i joined they told will get hike after 6 month based on performance, till date i never got any hike so i resigned on Feb 6th. I got release from company on 2oth march. Still i am waiting for my FEB, MARCH month salary but nobody gives attention to my query. Everyone and everything is so pathetic here.they spoiled my 1.5 year by their false promises.all department and their employee is so lazy including HR, PAYROLL, FINANCE. Never Ever Join this company and trust their fake words.

Even though i went for the interview for Capgemini for SAP SD consultant, they told they are not hiring for SAP SD they are looking for someone who is not from SAP.
Just because of this company i lost one day pay from my current company.

Worst Consultancy i ever heard. Morning i had a call with recruiter Puja for Tomorrow interview in Marathahalli location for HR Back End. Still now they dint share me the venue details. I had tried reaching her many times but no response from her end. What a hell is going on i dont no.

Don't trust them, the company was in Mumbai before. Don't get on their payrolls.
. Do not trust them even do not build any business relationship with these guys. If they ask you to work from home as IT recruiter and you will get paid, then remember it's a BIG BLUFF.

One of the worst consultancy which we came across. You will not get F&F and any other allowances after you leave the company.you will not get proper response from them after continuous follow-ups as well.

They provide all the first hand details and then make us wait for a month like fools worst consulting service even by mistake don't refer to them at all

The worst consultancy. They scheduled the interview and after reaching the company they told the interviews got cancelled and did not inform.and also the consultancy people gave wrong address.they dont have idea where is the interview also.we wasted our time. Very unprofessional fellows. Don't ever trust these people

Worse consultancy. The people aren’t trained and coordinated as well. They gave me a call letter stating that I have to be in the company T 9.00. The interview will be there till 1.00.1.00 is past but no interview is conducted. They said they will reimburse the inconvenience caused. But that was just a word. Please don’t trust Orcapod. They are a fraud. They will make you wait and beg as well.
They ruined my day and time. #WorseConsultancy

Worst consultant company ever. It simply weast of time. They will tell you that u got selected in any company then the took your personal information and all copies of documents but after that no response. They told me I got selected in one company but it's 5 month till they confirmed my selection but till date I haven't got the call letter.

One of the worst consulting firm. They will tell you that you are resume is selected for next round and there won't be any updates after it.even after 1 month

Don't trust this company if they call you for any interviews, they will make you fool and it will be waste of your time.
