I live in shimoga. My mother recently visited mysore and her colleague and her visited the place. She bought home kajjaya. A single bite of it.and. I immediately decided the next time I am visiting mysore I will definitely visit this place just to eat kajjaya and bring home loads of it to at homejust loved it.

Kajaya and murku is a must try. Missing the good old days when they used to give sample for free

Best place to get kurk thindi in Mysore pretty old place to Mysore they have become popular, still good tate and fresh fried items they serve.

Hi guys whenever i come by Bangalore to Mysore for seeing my grandmother I always go here and buy the chilly banana chips and kobari mithai i don't get this in Bangalore City i wish if the owner of this shop and put a branch in Bangalore in future it would be easy for me to buy these mixtures there

Ask for the mixture, and they do give free sample to taste. They used to do this voluntarily few years ago but now they dont. Thats the price of progress, i guess.

Taste and quality is reduced, not as before.
Mixing fresh items with old left over items doesn't give good taste

Here we will get fresh items. Earlier they used to give some samples for taste but now they stopped giving samples.

Good place to buy fried sweets and savouries local to Mysore/Mysuru. This is quite popular locally. The prices seem to be reasonable compared to other branded ones. You can place bulk orders for your special occasions and festivals. Downside is that it has no online ordering option.

I would give 3.5 stars as I feel they have compromised the quality over the years. It was very good few years back

Not as before, taste and quality is not good now a days some of them seems to be old stock. Everything they give is broken pieces and full of oil. Vendors behavior is also up to the mark, may be vendors are changed so no quality and taste.

They count quickly and let you know the total to pay.

They make faces if we start asking price for each item and always in a hurry which is understandable due to crowd

Prices are much more increased.sample cookies avoided and need to improve quality of stuff and the attitude of staff should be obedience.

Earlier they were preparing mixtures, now they buy from others and sell, bad quality oils used for frying.

Sweets, savouries, pickle, papad at reasonable prices. Most of the products tastes good and fresh

Normally due to less sales, Chiroti and Peani are kept for a longer time which emits bad oil odors.

For instance, in open market you can get Congress Mixture in the range of Rs 180 to 240 per kg. But here its Rs 70 per kg.
Hence this outlet seems to be fooling customers.
