After sales service is very poor. I bought rolling cot for my bedridden father.the rolling unit started malfunctioning within six months. I called the proprietor to send a technician to fix it but inspite of making multiple calls the guy kept making lame excuses like I live far and his technicians can’t reach us. I live just 10 kms from where his store is located.it has been 3 years and I am still struggling with the defective cot. So think twice before buying anything from this shop.
