Hello Our Memories, Reference to your response to my two star rating, you proved the rating was correct. You deserve one star rating, so I reduced the rating from two star to one star. It was not a random, I have taken photographs at your studio and was not happy with the photos taken by you. You have neglected after my request also. After visiting to your studio as you are saying you have not visited as per your records, you deserve negative rating.

It was a seamless, wonderful experience to be clicked by Mr Rao. We are not very good at posing but he made it really easy for us. The photographs are beautiful and as a beautiful gesture were delivered to us really quickly as it was our anniversary. The entire task from booking to delivery of pictures was extremely professional. The lady who fixed the appointment was very polite. After having a bad experience with few photographers in Bangalore it was an awesome experience.

I had a maternity photo shoot and the session was very nice we really enjoyed the shoot. Vinay who took our pictures was so friendly and connected and even the pics were amazing.

I had an amazing experience at Our Memories. Mr. Rao took pictures of me for a professional headshot and he was so patient. I am not very photogenic, despite that they made it work. He took pictures of me in all angles and with different backgrounds. So we went to this place for a family picture and we're totally disappointed with it!

Firstly, they made us wait so much even though we had informed them that we were coming and they gave such bad pictures.

Secondly, the prices of this place is sky high! These guys said we have to pay them 3k + Tax for a photo frame picture and pay 390+tax for the same photos soft copy! I mean why the hell should I pay money again for the soft copy when I have already paid 3k + tax for a photo? It doesn't make sense at all! And no one in the office could give a proper reply for this query!
I ended up buying only the soft copies from them which was not at all worth it! Would never recommend this place to anyone!

Amazing Experience.
My experience:
I wanted some images immediately for my pre wedding shoot. I was under notion of highly priced photoshoots, so I searched for good photo studios nearby, found "Our Memories" really interesting. They charge you for only the images you plan to buy. I fixed an appointment, reached late during closing, but we really appreciate Mr. Rao's patience here. Not only did he clicked images patiently, but also clicked some really nice images. I wanted to take only 5 images, but the clicks were so good that I ended up buying 10.

The photo shoot is of the best quality. Vinay knows his art. You don't feel hassled at all. It is reasonably priced.

A bit expensive. Had a good family shoot last year. But this year one of the photo was a bit blurred and not sharp. Was not satisfied this time.

I decided to go with Our Memories after reading the reviews and visiting their website there after. The experience was better than I expected. The pictures were worth the price.

I got the reference of 'Our Memories' from my friend when I started scouting for options. My wife had said, leave the final decision of choosing photographer for me, so it was our combined decision to choose Our memories above the rest. They really framed our wedding memories and today we have a photo wall full of the best and lively pics of our journey of life. Thank you Our memories team.

Since wedding we availed their services for pre-delivery shoot, baby shoot and our complete family portrait with cousins and relatives in one picture. I like their clear concepts about location, dresses and accessories. Also we got lot photos to choose from overall shoot, many a times we ended up buying more pics than we really thought of. Over all good experience and a satisfied customer.

I chose our memories over GK Vale based on the reviews. But unfortunately the experience turned out to be a bitter one. Things were fine as long as the shoot went. I should mention they were very accommodative of our delays of arrival (reason for the one star, otherwise I wouldn’t give any). First we are not very happy with the quality, despite telling during the selection of photos, our opinions were brushed aside saying it would be different after touch ups. And the issue of lighting in the photos which we had mentioned earlier persisted. But nothing could be done, we left it at that. Second, the billing was not done for the package we wanted. Had to make a online transaction later to get the prints we wanted. Third, we did not get an intimation that the prints were ready. When finally I was in Bangalore for a day I called to check if I can collect if the prints were ready, the same repeated excuse came up saying ‘team was busy in a shoot’. When I said I had waited enough, 46 days to be precise, the one at the other end claimed it is not their fault I had to wait. On checking with the studio physically, we were handed over the prints which meant the prints were ready all along. Thank you our memories for making this shoot a bitter experience and such a long wait. Hence, going by personal experience, I would not recommend them to anyone. I am glad other families on whose reviews I went by did not have to face this.
