I have been using their cab services for the last 3 years and I dont even bother calling anyone as they are reliable, safe and really polite and amazing. Wanted to go to Lepakshi temple from Bangalore 2 adults. Spoke with Prashanth. He arranged Innova to. Spent 7,350 for 5 hours round trip to Lepakshi. We did not have problem with the price. Car is clean but the driver Naveen is very rude. We put up with him. But the sweat smell from him was terrible and nauseous. Could not bear it. The circulating air in the car made it worse. My suggestion is please ask what you are getting for the money you pay and what are included in the price. Avoid Naveen so you don’t have to go through the terrible experience.
Also don’t believe their 24/7 service promise. It takes them forever to return your call. No one answers your call right away. I called them 2 days prior to my trip but they confirmed the night before the trip. I was worried that I have to call someone in the last minute. These two days I called the number, no one answered. It’s frustrating.

It's an awesome place, total serenity and peace of mind, a different atmosphere altogether, though I am slightly younger to Guruji Pandit Ravishankar I pray almighty to give Guruji good health and very long life to serve the society. Innova Crysta Car Rental The Best Service. I Booked for Mysore sightseeing with Bharath. Driver picked up on time and have been thoroughly professional in the trip. It served well that he was comfortable with both Hindi and Telugu. Vehicle was in good condition as well.

We had booked a drop service to our native place in Kerala. The driver Guru was very good and understanding. My daughter had puked inside the car during the travel but he didn't have any problem and was very cooperative throughout the trip. The charges were also quite reasonable and the cab was also very clean.
