Worst front desk people they don't provide proper information in the phone. They make us to wait long thats fine.but finally says doctor is not coming.they put everything on duty doctors. 2 years back visiting patients were less and service was good.now service is not good they make you to feel like government hospital. However the cleanliness is maintained.but I think management has to really need to work on improving service.
Dr. Chandrika Anand was very friendly, patient and helpful. I specially liked how ma'am really took her time to explain the condition as well as my treatment options. Doctor's demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend Saraswati Clinic for gyna problems. Ovam hospital is maintained very hygiene, good atmosphere, highly skilled staffs. Overall service is good.
We are constanting Dr Maneesha from 2months her treatment is good and we are happy with all the services of staff and one thing plz keep some stuff to eat for children's like biscuit, milk and fruits at night time so while night admission it will be helpful for our kids as we come to hospital for emergency couldn't pack the eatable stuff

Service is good, Dr. Sharath takes very good care of patients and is friendly with them. He also explains the condition of patients/ improvements and next course of actions (if required) step by step and in clinical terms.
I am posting this after 6 months of treatment and I didn't get any positive results. But I spent so much of money for treatment but no use. Whatever test they have to do begining after 6months they said do and referred to other IVF doctor really I am very much disappointed.be careful before choosing your hospital
Has a best delivery experience so far, and the best part about it was I had a normal delivery and was really happy with it.doctors visit is very often to the patient and to mother as well. The reason for me choosing this hospital was that I wanted a normal delivery. I very strongly recommend Dr. Pavana Prakash if u need normal delivery and Dr. Eash was pediatrician for my baby. Was really happy with my journey in the hospital. Nurses do take care of your child very healthy way and observation s as well is very good.
To say Abt tis hospital is "it feels lyk home for pregnant women during delivery & post delivery". The hospital staff, nurses, supporters, house keeping Evrybody r really good n soft spoken. Especially sister called by the name "JEENU", She's really an elegant n a very good lady. She exactly knows how to treat a pregnant lady during deilvery n post. Hospital: Very neat and clean. Have all facilities at one place, good cafeteria and parking space available. Hospital is little expensive but it is worth.
Fantastic experience. Thankful to ovum for making our 1st child experience joyous and remarkable. All doctors and sisters took good care of both my wife and son. Cleaniness was maintained throughout our stay. All staffs were coperative and approachable and special thanks to Sahana for coordinating everything so well that we didn't had to worry about anything else rather enjoyed my time with newly born.
It was our first experience of having a baby and everybody at ovum made us feel very comfortable and the staff were always approachable. Credit to the cleaning support staff for keeping the environment always clean. Food given to the mother was excellent, tasty and nutritious. I would recommend for future parents to relive the same experience as we did!
Ovum Banashankri is one of the best Maternity hospitals, my experience right from the day I met the PRO about the initial quote discussion and checking the hospital services, till the discharge -its has been just wonderful and a hassle free experience. My Wife had a last minute complications in the delivery, but the entire team rushed so fast and made sure that both the mom n baby were safe, the rooms are equipped with all the facilities, there is a team of Gynaecologists, Attending Docs, Paediatricians, Lactation experts and the admin and PRO who does multiple visits in a day to ensure everything is fine, I would like to express my gratitude to all the receptionist lady, the nurses and the Doctors who took care of my wife and baby so well, special mention to the PRO Sahana she was very helpful, patient and was always available when we needed her help, I would like to request the OVUM management to recognise Sahana's efforts with some rewards which Will motivate her more, and special thanks to the Canteen guys they were so humble, professional and the food was very hygienic, it all started well and ended well, thanks again OVUM, Banashankari

Very happy to have our first baby boy in Ovum hospital and they made us very comfortable and made us feel like staying at home, credit goes to housekeeping team for keeping the environment very clean and hygienic, also food given to mother was very good and healthy. I had issue regarding second dose covishield we took at ovam. We were running from pillar to post to resolve as cowin portal said we were partially vaccinated. Thanks a ton, to Sarvesh who helped us to resolve. Appreciate Sir, your patience
You guys don't even know the spelling of vaccination please go back to nursery.and I request you please don't charge too much for the covaxin because today I come to your hospital I didn't expect that much price of that covaxin so I am very disappointed and your receptionist behaviour are not good.
I just preferred this hospital as suggested by the doctor, the hospital is very nice and clean with all the required facilities for healthy baby delivery, nurses and staff are very supportive, room service is good and very well maintained, doctors and facilitator visits at regular intervals,
