Nice experience with Ovum. All the doctors whom so ever we met, all are very good. Dr. Sangeetha, Dr. Puneeth, Dr. Deeksha all are nice doctors. Special gratitude to Dr. Vidya Rani and team for quick response. Staff is also very good, maintains professionalism all the times. We recommend Hospital Ovum.

Have been consulting Dr. Janice (Paediatrician) from last 3 years for my both children. She is an excellent doctor, very friendly, patient, understanding and listens to what children say. She is very experienced and explains everything patiently in detail and also advises only what is necessary. Both my children feel very comfortable with her.

Have also consulted Dr. Punith (Paediatrician) while Dr. Janice was on leave. He too is an excellent Doctor. Very friendly, patient and understanding with children.

About the scanning process, Dr. Vidya Rani (Radiologist) is good too. She does not speak much but she made me feel comfortable and patiently explained and did the scanning process. She was very patient with my daughter too when we did a scan for her. The staff who helps with the scanning is also friendly and understanding.

The nurses there are friendly, understanding and helpful too. Especially Sister Savitha is good with children and handles them with lots of patience. She takes proper care while administering injections or IV for children. Been going to the Ovum clinic from last 4 years and all the staffs there are very friendly. Except a few receptionists who are bit rude and impatient and also if we call they hang up without listening fully. But other receptionist patiently handle those who come.

Overall, Doctors and staffs are good. Clinic is maintained clean and hygienic. Along with Doctors, Scan and blood test facilities and pharmacy are also available there.

Dr Vidya Rani is amazing person. She was very soft and polite did a good Job. Thank you ma'am.highly recommended

No point in booking appointment as that is not considered at all, we have been waiting for 2hrs. Please close online appointment if you cannot manage the appointment timelines and say that its first come first serve, so that patients come prepared.

Our first visit with doctor Manju Deepti and Dr. Vidya Rani was very nice. Consulted Dr. Gowri for my mother very good doctor, listens to us very patientey, had never visited such a beautiful doctor. Frontdesk Staffs are very helpful. Nurses are skilled and well trained. Happy with over all service.

Cons:
This clinic does not value patients time. You may have to easily wait for 2hrs even after taking appointments as there staff is poor at handling the operations.

Pros:
Doctors however are extremely good- both pediatrician and gynaecologist. They do not give unnecessary procedures or medication unless required. Doctor's give ample time to each patient to understand the issue and advice accordingly.

I am clinic is set up recently in Kothnoor on main road, has easy accessibility. Basically the chain of hospitals are catering to OBG and children.

Has attached pharmacy and diagnostic facilities. Managed by specialised doctors and trained medical staff.

The worst lab i have visited ever.i went yesterday for my FBS and PPBS test.they make me wait for more than 20 minutes for FBS test.i went again for PPBS, they tell me blood sample is not ok for FBS and i have to redo it.today i go to collect my PPBS report and the receptionist says wait for five mins and it never came.then she said she will whatsapp the report in five minutes.called her after half an hour and she says only after 24hours i will get my report.why run a lab if you are not able to handle simple tests?

I visited the clinic for my wife’s treatment. We took the appointment on call. Only issue while taking the appointment was sometime the call went unresponsive. We consulted Dr. Nagaveni mam. She was very friendly and cordial. Till now our experience has been pretty good.

Me and my husband are glad we consulted Dr. Nagaveni throughout my pregnancy journey. We took our first appointment with Dr. Nagaveni at the Ovum clinic Kothanur, and that’s when we knew that I was pregnant.

Doctor is friendly and explains each tests like blood tests, scan and treatments, injections in detail, why it’s done and when it should be done and all that. She does not suggest any unnecessary tests and procedures. She makes us feel comfortable. All the staffs in the clinic are also very friendly. Throughout my journey with Ovum I felt everyone are service oriented.

For my scans I had to go to the Ovum hospital at Kalyan Nagar. Except for the wait time my experience with scan was good. I had my scans done by 3 different doctors there and all were very patient and proficient in their job. I realised why each scan takes lot of time as it all depends on the baby’s position and other factors and that too when there are other patients like me, well there is nothing wrong in waiting for my turn.

Dr. Nagaveni is easily approachable by phone, and whatsapp. Anything that we need to ask her or inform her regarding health, she responds back on the phone. After I got admitted at the Ovum hospital for my delivery, Doctor was periodically checking with the duty doctors and nurses regarding my condition and advice prescription and my diet and all that. My delivery happened early morning around 2: 00 am. By then she quickly made arrangements and teamed up with few more doctors who also did an amazing job in the OT. Even post surgery, she made sure I was taken care of and kept calling the nurse station to check on me.she explained all the procedures and management processes until discharge. She takes personal care of all her patients even post surgery. She is such a dedicated Doctor. I would strongly recommend her for Gynec related problems.

Not to forget the NICU at Ovum. The paediatricians and Nurses at the NICU took good care of my baby and have seen them caring for them as their own.

Dr Janice Mathew, she is one of the best pediatrician who will listen and clear all your doubts very patientently. She explain what is good for your kid. Never prescribe lots of medicine or antibiotics.

Zero consideration about time patient has to wait
. They don't have advance appointment and you might have to wait for more than 1.5 hours. Better visit some other clinic or be patient

Hi, Iam visiting ovum clinic and having consultation with Dr. Nagaveni, she is an amazing gync, listens to our problem and let us convenient medicines.but the front desk employees are utter waste, rude, and all the time she spend over phone.doesnt even bother to attend the patients. No proper billing, no proper response for enquiry, improper conduct.bearing all these cuz v have a good gync.if the front office has a change, clinic could be even more good. Front office employees collapses the entire clinic name.

Doctors are really Good. But staff behhaviou is not good at all. Especially the Lady in the Reception, is horrible. She speak very rude. We have given the complaints but not seeing any change in the staff 's attitude.
Otherwise all good.

Dr. Janice and Dr. Nagaveni are really good and very genuine and dedicated to their Job. They take time to understand and explain to you.
The front office staff Shruti and Mahesh are also very cooperative and friendly team and handle things to their best.

Doctors are good but reception is very ill managed (both, the guy in evening & lady in morning) they do not have idea on doctors schedules, queues are not managed, there are no pedetricians near by, that is the only reason we chose to bear the staff & visit the place.

I visited this clinic twice, first time for my kid and then for my wife. Docs were very good and it worked for both, Especially the pediatrician

I am not sure about the Doctor, but the admin or front desk have no coordination, nurse incharge call one patient and the bill lady other same time, in this confusion those who come early have to wait. There is no token system.

Hi all. I have visited ovum clinic in hennur.treatment is good. However there is no management contact info. How are we suppose to complaint for feedback? In my case doctor have advised follicular study which is done alternate days or as doctor advised and is for four sitting. Every time I come here to show the report ONLY. Doctor doesn't give me any medicine. Nor she spends time with me. How am I suppose to give consultation fee? So 4 days I am suppose to show the report and I should pay 1600. This is completely ridiculous. I need someone to contact me on this issue

A very good clinic, with efficient doctors, neat & clean ambience in this vicinity. Certainly living up to it's brand name. For that 5 stars.

Only setback is that they don't follow advance appointment booking system, which leads to lot of time waste. It's like token system that existed in 90's, where a patient had to sit for the entire period of doctor's duty, waiting for his turn. I hope they overcome this setback and make use of advanced technologies as done at other ovum centers.

The waiting room was crowded and suffocating. Waiting time is too much. There is no appointment booking. Indefinite waiting even if patient is extremely unwell.
