My elderly relative needed some pulmonary medical equipment to help her recover from a very severe lung infection that necessitated hospitalization. When I contacted them for providing this equipment Mr. Sachin was very, very supportive and exttemely fast in responding. Even though i notified him just a few hours in advance of my relative's discharge from hospital, he ensured that all requested equipment was delivered without delay including a hospital bed. His technicians were very thorough in setting up the equipment and clearly explained their functioning to us. As and when we needed to return equipment, they were very prompt in picking them up from our flat. All in all, excellent service and very helpful staff. I would go so far as to say a large part of my relative recovering fully was because of the timely support from Oxyease Healthcare Services. Highly recommend!
