OYO 10522 Varcity Emerald Hotel Bangalore

Rooms are horrible, no Tv, No proper Ac, do not book this hotel. Oyo should suspend this hotel for misleading photos on Website. Very poor service

First zero cleanliness I don't why staff don't respond to your query's the mattress was so bad it has dwell formation in the whole mattress they don't change that even if you ask about that washroom are not well maintained taps don't work some of them are leaking it was not at all clean the photos speak for themselves and one More thing If you want clean room with good mattress like that don't book through OYO even though it's Oyo hotel they don't give priority for OYO bookings and they make it sold out in app so that they sell the rooms for 1500 or 2000Rs for one night so overall don't book in this Oyo

Read this before booking Varcity Emerald. Booked this hotel for 7 days. In my whole life I have never seen such worst hotel. First of all no water is provided. Even after paying for breakfast they do not provide breakfast and says that refund will be there from Oyo which never happens.

Other thing is when you book this hotel from any online website they ask for more amount when you leave the last day as others have also mentioned. I booked the hotel at 918 for first day which included breakfast but never served and then 580 each day for remaining 6 days and also paid the amount. After some days they informed me to pay more 250 i.e. 250*7=1750 other than previous amount paid for all 7days. On talking with Manager who is rude and misbehaving person, he said " free mein rooms de dein kya? ". I already booked it online paid the amount. On leaving he asked his staff to misbehave and ask me to leave asap even didn't give time to pack my belongings.

Now coming to rooms -
Worst mattress springs are felt in the body
Mirrors broken - pics attached
Telephones broken - not working - pics attached
Blanket cover and bedsheet - damaged - pics attached
Toilet gates lock broken
No soap / shampoo / water / towel provided
No room service
Do not change the blanket cover even after pointing the damaged part
Wifi do not works most of the time. On asking they said it only works well in night.

Worst place in my whole life. Rooms not clean.bathroom is worst, no breakfast provided, which is included in package
No drinking water provided, beds are worst, bedsheets not clean.

Ye 1 star dena majboori hai, the worst hotel of Bangalore, only unmarried couples come here for overnight stay and.

Fake pics shown in Oyo website, very poor quality room with damaged cushions and unhygienic bedsheets and washroom. No mirror is available in the room. When asked them to change, though they were willed to it still as max rooms were in the same position it cudnt happen.you have to walk down the street even for drinking water. Complimentary breakfast in the oyo is a myth but u can have that breakfast down the street

Waste of money as for couples not good at night for some couples they removed saying police raid is going to happen.

Room are very small. Just enough for 2 ppl. Service was good.
But the room are lack of sound proofing. Huge distrubance was coming from other rooms. Suitable for couples.

Worst. Rude. No service.broken bed. Too far from main road bus stand. Worst of all hotels I lived in full date.

I am giving one star but it should be lower than that

Worst Place To Stay If You Wanna Stay Wd A Family Or Friends. Not Clean At All. Bathroom Lights won't be working. There'll be AC but it won't work.

First I will tell change your bed for all the room. It’s pathetic to stay over there and 2nd the cleanliness of the room

Dirty rooms, unchanged bedsheets, toilet was smelling like urine, someone urinated before our arrival n not flushed water. Worst maintenance, congested rooms

I asked for a towel which I remembered them for 3 times, that I didn't get, TV is not working, the said they will provide water for drinking, nothing i got.thank you for your wonderful service.

Worst hotel. Beds are broken springs of the beds hitting the back very badly, no tv, no geyser, they won't pick the calls, no room service and there is no locker. In a simple words it's not worthy and not suggestible.

Cons:
1. Hotel is inside some street and not in main road.
2. No hand wash or soap provided
3. Intercom not working
4. Goibibo will show you option with breakfast. But as of now no breakfast here due to Covid
5. No hot water provided for drinking

Pros
1. Room is neat
2. Can stay for emergency as food shop, Hospital and HSR layout area are accessible from here

Awesome Stay. Comparatively Cheap. Neet and clean bed and baths.
Returning Tomorrow again to this place for my weekends.

Hotel situated in small street at BTM Layout.the beds are completely broken and not at all nice.full cigarette smell inside the room.very worst hotel.

In writing this in continuation of my previous review of this place. This is to inform whosoever is reading this review and thinking about going to this place, that I was told that I will get a refund when I pay the entire amount. So far I have received a total of. 0 rupees. So once again, if you want to go to a nice and clean place, you're better off going to another Oyo. There are far better hotels in the city which are as economical but with much better facilities. Go here at your own risk.

Bed of was not good. I kept asking to change my room but they didnt do it even after multiple acknowledgment.

It is a good one but due to covid they have stopped providing wifi and TV. They even dont supply drinking water.

Was one of the best hotel in Bangalore. Loved my complete stay here for 10 days. The staff is really very nice specially ASAB manager over there treated me like his brother the rooms are good hot water etc, Will 100% will come back to this property only.

Don't fall for the trap. One of the worst oyo I have ever witnessed. The unpainted walls, cockroaches, bed bugs, no proper service and when asked they say it might have come from your bag the worst stay ever. They said they don't have proper bedspread and no pillow covers. Pillow covers are all torn. This is pics of room no 201. Please don't go there. Also that they give 500mb of wifi usage that's all

Doesn’t actually worth the money you pay. You’ll get more affordable and super nice accommodations rearby also. Duh! It’s Bangalore. I stayed there for a month (work related) and the people who runs it was not that nice to me during my stay.

It is placed at a nice place where you can find everything near to you i.e, restaurants and road side shopping, etc. The amenities in the hotel are worth for the amount you pay.

Tried to take ask for my phone to "add oyo points" and give his oyo hotel a 5 star rating when in actuality the place deserves 3 stars

Awesome stay.first time in Bangalore oyo varcity emerald and the experience I had there is awesome.staff was great. From the start to the end it was a great experience.helpful staff.atmosphere as well is good.overall best experience.

Worst room.that is only for unmarried couple or bachelors not for family.there is no curtains no washroom lock.wall is very dirty n breakfast they served 2 idlis only that is also clod n chatni was like water.third class room in my life

Service & staff behaviour is good. But they couldn't give me room on time. Gave me 1& half hrs late.

Check in time was 12pm but got to wait till 1 30 to check in. Water bottle is unsealed. Basic eminities are also not there.totally not worth for 800/night

Nice place to stay.a calm and quiet atmosphere, staffs are good. But there is a problem with bed.it's not comfortable one.there is no hot water in bathroom. Otherwise it's a good place to stay.

I was stay but 12pm to 12pm oyo roles not good and people are coming from out station they are come early morning and they paying double amount? Not good please try to change oyo roles and when they chekin from there you can calculate the 24hour. Thanks you team.

Hotel management is good but beds uncomfortable this is the drawback but nice maintenance my feeling ok

The wi fi didn't work properly. I got stuck inside the bathroom as the lock was very very tight and had to call ppl to get me out. Water wasn't provided at night. The rooms are clean though.the staff is polite but lazy.

All rating are fake. For OYO 10522 OYO people forced me to rate 5 star during check out. Poor service

This is my first booking in Bangalore and I felt very comfortable and the location is also good.
