Worst experience ever. They don’t accept the booking with online payment, and then they ask for extra money when you reach hotel for check in. The hotel is not maintained well and because of that it’s not clean, there is smell everywhere on the floor, there are insects everywhere around the room. Tv & wifi was also not working, they don’t even have phone within room so if u need aby service then u need to go down yourself, and then u get to know that even lift won’t be if use because button on your floor is missing.

Our experience with the hotel was extremely unpleasant. We made an online payment in advance, but upon arrival, the owner demanded that we pay the same amount again. We reluctantly complied and proceeded to our room. Upon inspection, we were horrified to find that the room was completely unclean and unsafe. We immediately went down to the reception area and expressed our concerns, requesting a refund. However, the hotel staff refused to refund our payment. We felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe in the room and did not want to stay there any longer. We want to emphasize that this place is not suitable for families or women, as it is not clean, safe, or friendly. We hope that OYO, the hotel chain, will investigate and take the necessary measures to prevent other guests from having a similar experience.

Don’t go to this hotel but just seeing Oyo reviews, the initial room was not clean, toilet flush did not work, AC was not working and they are very hesitant to give you a new room. Finally I got the new room but that room did not have a lock, they asks you to adjust with that and lot of issues. We have all the rights to get a good room and management should be the one responsible for customer satisfaction. I am still not sure how OYO is validating these things. Extremely disappointed and kind of a trap marketing from OYO

Service was very poor and this property lacks basic facilities fan, a/c and power back. I don't recommend this.

Not worth for 1 star, dirty rooms, toilets are too dirty. Poor service. Rooms not cleaned properly. Expensive also. Rooms are not worth for 500 rs.please don't book.

Mosquitoes inside room and door handle is broken, worst maintenance, rats roaming around the false ceiling, broken glass door, no mirrors, staff asks for more money than that was showing on the oyo app. Bad experience Never ever will book again.

Fraud fraud and total fraud. They are Scammers. Even though booking has been confirmed with the oyo and money has been paid to oyo in full amount they refused to let me checking and ask for higher amount which was 1500. Manager is pathetic and he is Gunda. Rooms are so dirty that all over it is cockroaches and also it is filled with beer cans and cigarettes. I saw some pro*ti****es also there. This is not a place for family. Oyo is a fraud and scammer.
My middle finger is a my rating.

Don't go for this hotel the staff is rude. They asked me more money even though room is confirmed in oyo. I didn't checked in i canceled the reservation on spot. Even the rooms are dirty and not clean

Incase if you book, Receptionist won't give you room and they play great Drama and they will ask to cancel Oyo booking and they will ask to book hotel directly with highcharges
Moreover incase if you book, Hotel room doesn't have a proper locks to room
They don't provide water bottle and not even soap

Worst place ever to stay for an office trip. They will never accept your online booking (obviously we booked with some offer) from oyo app but they ask you to cancel and book from there with some extra money to pay in cash only. No proper room service, very dirty rooms, very old bedsheets. Not even soap, shampoo, paste and towel they will give until u ask but u have to pay extra. More over that just wooden cards are there in between rooms and in night time you will definitely feel bad why you went there.hope u understand what i mean. For an dirty OYO 1500 per day is so costly.

The worst experience ever in my life.i booked this hotel in OYO initially on a price 645.on booking time i asked is that a final payment or i have to pay any other amount but Oyo team said not need to pay any other amounts. But when i resched the hotel they said we can't accept that booking you have to pay 1500. & they said to cancel the booking from Oyo. After i enter to the room it's was like really worst. The room and washroom are dirty then I ask them to clean but they didn't do it properly.and the staff behaviour is worst they don't have any manners.

Never book the hotel. They asked to me to double the price and denied my booking. Such a pathetic behavior from the manager. One of the worst experiences.

Receptionist is not ready to confirm the details of booking, disconnecting the call saying to check with oyo.

BEWARE FRAUDS, I had booked online with full payment and got confirmation. On the day of check, at reception they asked what is the amount I have paid when I revealed the amount they rejected it stating we do not allow online confirmations. Post that he asked me to cancel online booking and wanted cash which was double the amount of online booking. Post lot of circus with online vendor and the Oyo I had to cancel my booking. I was handed over phone from reception which was of property owner who also rejected and wanted cash which was double the amount. We need to sue or take these people to consumer court who want customers from online but later want us to cancel and give cash double the amount and taking advantage.

This hotel is the reason I doubted OYO’s credibility in 6 months of usage.
The receptionist straight up said that there’s no booking on my name even though I paid OYO the full amount for stay the day before.
Highly unreliable. In case anyone wants to book this hotel in desperate circumstances, a word of advice - don’t pay the full amount online beforehand.
Update: OYO refunded me the amount in full. But still it baffles me that they do business with fraud hotels like this one.

Worst experience ever. We booked room through Agoda and when we reached there the staffed denied check-in and charged almost double the price paid online. Poor maintenance and zero hospitality.

Staff most unhelpful. They made us pay twice, lost the first payment made directly to OYO. Staff made us pay again as they had issues with OYO. OYO also did not refund. Shoddy work on both the hotel as well as OYO. They need to get their act together

They won't allow you to stay if you have used the online booking platforms. I booked using Agoda at a discounted price and the staff wouldn't let me stay there saying that the discounted price is not set by them and then they asks us to book at the spot and it will cost around ₹1200. Never get scammed by booking online and going there!

I have booked in Agoda app after coming here they are not accepting to allocate a room.they simply say they won't accept online booking and need to pay the full amount at the hotel.
At that moment I was shocked and had no option for me and paid the amount and took room.
This is the second time with Agoda App. And hotel staff.

Personally I suggest not to choose this hotel, because they need only money and least bothered about their customers.
1. Never book in any online apps, they will not provide room and until you pay them full amount in advance.
2.whatever complaint you share they are not bothered about that.
3. If you are staying solo, dont worry they have arranged Rat to accompany you during the stay.
4. Lift was not operational, un hygenic environment and rooms. Dont get impressed with the photos provided on Google.
5. Best and the funniest part is that front office person doesnt care what ever you say, his responce will be arrogent in short statement and further no response.
6. They wont provide any bills, for the first time I am seeing voucher is been provided as a bill for my stay after continues request for 3 days.

We are staid 3 night at varcity golf view Its was very nice exrpns in my family.also they serves its was super. 3 days Room also specious.will recommend in our nest trips on banglore.

You get what you pay for! A pretty okayish in the budget hotel segment. As a first thing, would like to point out that the property does not have a parking space even for a bike. You got to park two or four wheeler on the road. On the room aspect it was allotted on the 5th floor and had a fantastic view of Golf course. The bed provided was good as well. On the down side, the room looked a bit old, the bathroom looked not so cleanly built. Woodworks were done to cover up some botched up concrete work. The water flow in the bathroom was very low. The normal water was not available. Overall an okay stay for the budget and if you can adjust with the negatives.

I had booked through Oyo as it said it was Couple friendly.

Pros:
Great View from my Room.
Good Mattress.

Cons:
There was a little judgement when my friend arrived.
No restaraunt but they have menus of a nearby take-out Restaraunt.
No Parking.
