They do not accept online booking and the service is not that great. Hot water won't be available at evening or night. Have a look at the room before you stay there or make payment.

If you are booking room using agoda app the hotel people are charging extra amount they are not accepting online booking, please don't book online for this lodge

No room service.no drinking water was there.cheap quality rooms.and non co operative staff

Terrible service. We booked the room for 20 rooms and we 6 didn't get the room. They said we already took it. We didn't! And the funny part is, they didn't even know who checked out and which free room they have. WORST THING TO DO IN BANGALORE!

Don't book room through Oyo and don't choose this hotel (Oyo sree balaji residency) room.they will increase the price when we reach there and they said to me to check our site through map and price.they said to pay 2000 rs for 2 days instead of 1300.we reached there there by night so we don't have other options that's why only I choose this hotel.staff behaviour is also poor.we paid exact amount then also they didn't provide any liquid soap and bath towel.cleanliness is average only.if u choose this hotel don't expect more from them.especially staff behaviour.i will give only 1 star to this hotel.wifi is also not working.

They charged double the price compared to the online price. Bedsheets & blankets are not clean properly. Room was clean hot water available tv, ac, fan working. Oyo Experience was not bad. I am happy.

While you are rest in your room the sound of construction in the same building make too much headache.we will complaint at the reception, they will not manage that and we left the room.

No proper maintenance. Bathroom taps was leaking. Dey told not pay online nxt time. And no proper guest appearance door locks and bolts r nt proper.

2 visit.first time it was good. Second time had bad experience.stinking toilet. 300 over charged

Worst male receptionist in entire OYO Hotels history, very rude no understanding the worst part is they themselves rated their hotel service and everything by asking my phone on OYO app, no proper hygiene in bathrooms basic criteria and many more problems worst stay.

We had booked the hotel through oyo and reached there late night. The staff was asked for a higher rate than the Oyo booking amount and denied check-in. The staff was rude and I suggest you don't book this hotel. Even an Oyo experience manager was put me on hold and cut the call after a long time. The issue is still pending. #oyo

Beware of this place. They ask for extra money once you reach here even if you have booked it online. The cheap tricks they play are irritating.

Worst hotel ever, no cleanliness and rude staff and no sense while speaking with customers

Totally not a OYO standard hotel.rooms were not cleaned.toilet cover not fitted properly.washbasin tap was rotating.air-condition was not working.staffs had don't care attitude. No kitchen. Totally had a very bad experience. Won't recommend.most of the time reception won't answer your call.couple of time I contacted OYO and they said will contact hotel management and get solve the issue but no improvement.

Towels, Soap, Shampoo were not provided on arrival and the AC is very bad even at the lowest temperature. The room looks good.

Not ok rooms are not cleaned still old gest wet towel found in bathroom and used shampoo on bed worst so far

Toilet closet lids were not fit properly, room freshener not used (room had cigarette smell which was not suitable for fmly), floor mat outside the bathroom was not fry friendly (it was not absorbing the wetness on the foot). Not much choices of tv channels. Overall not up to OYO standard

Nice place, with all amenities aviable, parking little congested, good staff and everything sorted here.

Very Poor Zero Star

I have booked the hotel for one night on 6/4/19 I arrived the hotel 1: 15am no one open the doors and nobody from the hotel were contactable. Even OYO customer care person was also unable to get in touch with the hotel manager. Very Poor Zero Star
