The staff were all very good and you will love the location as it is just at the centre of the city. All the basic necessities they will provide you. Plus the food over here is great. One thing you will love about this place is the behaviour of every staff working here. I loved this place.looking forward to visit here again
Mr Karthik helped me a lot. Im from indonesia coming to india alone and he guided me well. I was working in the room need some printing sheet he helped me to do it. The room is good and the location is awesome. I will come again to this place

Great hotel and restaurant for the weary traveler who likes to have a cold beer and a fag.liberal place and very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful place.perfectly located near m Gandhi metro.tho not really the travelers meeting point.rooms are totally OK, strong showers not hot.great urban area. USP remains the staff and location.good for arriving and leaving.

The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs. And also not forgetting to mention about the management, who are very pleasing. As a whole i had a very good time there and would surely like to visit there again.
Very reasonable, great location close to restaurants and shops, clean room, safe for women (I travelled with my mother) and helpful service from Karthik who helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. There is free Wifi and Amazon Prime access on the TV.
Hotel is good. Near to mg road metro station. It’s a happening place. Rooms were very neat and affordable price. They have a restaurant down stairs. Over all a nice and decent place to stay

Staff are very courteous and service requests quickly. For early check hotel staff gave us a room. Rooms are pretty decent for the price clean services are good.
Spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms. I stayed here with my family on my visit to Bangalore. Friendly staff. We even met the manager/owner. He was very well behaved and welcoming. They even arranged a car for us to visit Mysore. Loved the ambience of their restaurant as well. The hotel is located kind of at the centre of the shopping area of M G /Brigade Road so it's easy to access the shops nearby. My father loved it too. The next time I visit Bangalore and I need to stay in the main city I'm definitely going to book my stay here.
A very nice place to stay, very strategic location that makes it good for business visits. Food quality and service was good. Transport is easily available and market is close by, one can walk around Brigade road. Rooms are bit small but pricing, location and overall service makes this place excellent choice. Stayed here sometime back and would be preferred choice in future visits to bamgalore.
No proper sewage in room, Tv not working, AC not chilling, No phone to call service, staffs shouting at us.worst attitude, not even ready to offer plates to us.rooms are dirty, room smells bad.worst food, i ll give no star rather than one.
This Hotel is situated in an appropriate location where you can find many branded shops and food courts around you. In terms of stay it is totally pleasant and compact. It is attached to a restaurant and the ambience is amazing. The response of the staff is immediate, but only at times it is delayed. The counter person Shankar was very helpful throughout the stay. Its true that this hotel has a bathtub but only in one of the rooms.

Morgan suites is a homely place with good service and comfortable for the pocket too. With all sorts of shops, police station at a very close range, the area is well connected to the rest of the city.
I had recently booked a room at this hotel using make my trip app. I had called up the hotel to check about the early check-in possibility (i had specifically mentioned in the app as well) the person mentioned it was available. I reach the hotel at 7 am in the morning to realise the receptionist was a rude man who jokingly said "it was available but 10mins back it got occupied". When i said i will check with MakeMyTrip he said " no problem but wait outside and call" i had a conference to attend on the 5 th November which got ruined. I hated the attitude of the man, he should not be working in the service industry at all. He knows how to make a customer feel insulted.
We traveled as a family of 4 for our Canada bio-metrics. We had our baby with us as well. We did an early check in and the hotel staff gave us a room. Since we had the baby they upgraded us to a better room and the staff were very polite and helpful. The room service was nice and they would provide breakfast too. Would definitely recommend to people travelling as a family.
Decent budget hotel at a prime location.room / hotel has fair few features (mini fridge, buffet breakfast etc) above a regular OYO / budget hotel but they're adequate or functional at best giving a bittersweet experience & not perfect at all.good place overall if you keep expectations in check
Staff.not the management. The cutlery in restaurant looked like it was donated by charity. Breakfast looked challenging. Room service left window open, the rain storm wet the bed next to window. No ambience! Just a central & conveniently located place to stay.no other benefits.
AC, tv basic channels not working, mattress of bed damaged, no room service, water supply problem and u can’t complain because staff is rude, aggressive and offensive
Not at all a family frindly hotel.very untidy.the air conditioner in the room put out a cigarette odour and the staff seemed to hve no idea abt how the house keeping is to be done.
This is very good budget hotel in Bangalore. The good thing is it is on brigade road, so lot of brands outlets are there. Good is decent. Stuffs are good. The rooms are neat and clean. I recommend this place to stay

WORST PLACE TO STAY I stayed here for 2 days. Worst experience I ever had. 1) refused to change the room even though the AC and fan was not working properly. 2) next morning they denied to shift us to other room. And by night when I returned back. They shifted my luggage and stuff to some other room, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, and they didn't even informed me. 3) when i asked and complaint the receptionist, he didn't respond properly and misbehaved with me. 4) I asked for the owner no.to complain for that also he denied to give. 5) he said to call TREEBO customer care, TREEBO customer care also didn't answer my call. 6) complementary breakfast was of worst quality, as they gave us food from outside. They don't even prepare their food. I request everyone to never stay at this place. No manners, no cooperation, no security. Worst experience I ever had in my life.

Decent rooms, the bathrooms are also big and well maintained.centrally located. There was no hot water so they lose a star for that. The other star goes because the i did not really enjoy my complimentary breakfast. It came in a packed box and i was only given 2 options, Idli or paratha.nothing else. But a good place to stay at.
