You have to arrange your own food either online deliery Or go out for food tea and water

Do not trust this hotel's booking via online. As they would reject those when u arrive at this hotel and would in return ask you to book rooms in their hotel offline which more expensive than shown in online booking sites. It was one of my worst experiences in hotel booking

This hotel don’t even deserve 1 star, the owner was so rude when we were trying to talk to her over the phone she was literally shouting at us and then she disconnected the call and even blocked our number.
She was also feeding the receptionist to what to say and how much to take from me.
And when we tried to cancel our booking that owner checked in for us without even asking me. So that we can’t get a refund

Disappointing booking at Flagship Green leaf comfort.
The staff were unresponsive and unfriendly, owner talked very rudely, showing no interest in ensuring my stay while checking in. They were asking way extra money for a service I requested them.
Although this booking was done through OYO thankfully they helped with refund or otherwise if I had paid directly to this hotel they would not have given the refund.
Overall, my experience at Flagship Green leaf comfort was very bad, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good hospitality hotel.

Very poor condition as well as washrooms are not clean, if one bathroom is working the other one is not working, the latrine is also not functioning, the geyser is also not working one of the bathroom. Very poor maintenance as well.

OYO room booked and paid online but the hotel never answers the call. It shows checked in and checked out. No response from Oyo also. Complete fraud.

We pay so much, we don't get a complimentary breakfast. And the major problem, they have water supply in kitchen but not in bathroom.excellent.

Believe me.this is the worst oyo hotel or any hotel u will ever see.

My one friend came for a day and night.these people created a large mess and charged double. The same amount we paid in starting.

Poor maintenance poor service.and too much room rent.if we search near by we will get better ac and comfortable rooms in same room rent.totally disappoint.

*no wifi.
*no power @day time.
*no hot water.
*No response from castomer care.
*No hygenic.
*No bath towel bath mat Hand towel.
But receptionist Raju supportive person. For that person only I givan 2 Star.otherwise for hotel 0.

Very bad place to stay not at all hygienic, the place was dirty when we were checking in, even though we asked for cleaning they were not ready to clean our rooms and charged extra for the stay also, the staff and manager was not at all polite

Very bad hotel service, non hygienic, no amenities, always power cut, no manager in hotel only house keeping staff is there who don't listen, dirty rooms, dirty toilet & they give used bed sheet and blanket without clean cover & they also allow girls & boys without any identity proof for few hours may be without consulting OYO for extra money, means it is not safe place for family couple or bussiness trip.
They neither provide even drinking water, always you have to call oyo for everything when ever you need anything from hotel side which were earlier shown in amenities.
My suggestion do not book this property if they even give u free of cost.

The worst stay I ever had. Didn't expect this from OYO. There isn't an option for giving zero. Bathroom worst, Room cleaning worst, Very bad reception.

First of all they said you have to pay the current charge even i booked the hotel 10 days ago but they were asking the remaining price as per that day then i told him ok wait let me call to customer care after that they scared and provided us a roomWashroom was full of red gutka color. If there would be option to upload the current picture then i would definitely show you the condition of washroom. You even feel public toilets are better than this. Wifi, TV both were not working. There was not a single dustbin in the room and in the washroom also. They won't provide you drinking water. You have to go ground floor for filling the water into your bottle. It was a house of mosquitos. Tap water was not coming in the morning. We had to wait for half an hour to come tap water. We were in hurry to go hospital check-ups but they didn't care about water. We were resided on 1st floor and on 3rd floor they were doing late night party and dancing with their friends and didn't care that some persons are sleeping on 1st floor. They were dancing and the sound of jumping on floor disturbed us. At last i went to 3rd floor and told them that patient is sleeping on 1st floor and you guys are disturbing. Don't think that I'm faking all these things. These are real facts. If you'll go then will also feel the same problem.

My request to everyone don't stay in this hotel.its better to stay outside.the rooms are very dirty no cleanness is maintained the bathroom are not clean.worst rooms I have stayed till now.simply waste of money.

1. Big spacious room + Hall + Kitchen
2. I faced problems like power supply cut and shortage of water (they turn on the pump upon telling). Also not properly cleaned bedsheet and toilets.
3. Very nice location. Nearby locality is good (many shops, eating joints, etc)
4. Staff is good.
5. Good place to stay (recommended)

Pls it an request to the costumers not to stay in this hotel, worst hotel ever stayed, reception people are so rude, water won’t come in the bathroom, worst experience
I wasted my 3500 rupees in this hotel

The worst experience, nothing in the room. No TV service, no wifi, no bucket in the room, no drinking water. Very bad experience with family.
Oyo rooms should check the condition of there hotels first.

Not hygienic place, water shortage night 8 to morning 11 we stayed without water, room service keep arguing with us and telling not his responsibility like that don't ever visit here guys

The receptionist of the hotel is so worst talking very rudely and not accepting oyo booking n telling us to cancel the booking n asking extra amount.plz frnds think before u go.very bad service

Absolutely lousy place. The property manager is a lady who has no respect to consumers. She starts talking in Kannada to her staff to ridicule the customer. The hotel is inside a very inconvenient lane almost at the end of civilization. Pls do not book such hotel. There agreement with Oyo has ended because of her bad behavious.

I don’t want even give 1 star. It’s was an horrible experience. Pethtic service. I request not to choose this hotel.

Rooms are spacious. But the maintenance should give more focus on keeping it neat and clean.
Power issues during my stay irritated the stay. The power backup system didn't work properly and we saved issues and finally, we had to change the room.
Need maintenance issues to be focused. Everything else is fine.

Hotel situated just 16 km from campaguda Airport and 24 hour check in available here staff are good cooperative but one problem is water supply, muddy water frow while bathing

It's a value for money. I strongly recommend this place. Who wants a comfortable stay with less expensive than go for it.

Not the best OYO experience.
Tap was not functioning well.
Only provided a single towel for a room booked for three.

Customers r everywhere. Let me be straight you guys r doing good and are taking up real good to be better. I was there for a day and based on the ratings. & The view I stayed there. However the staff was good but simple basic necessities like plates glasses and a small fridge would have been much better. Put that in customers responsibilities.
I do smoke and drink as well but few people are not decent enough & spoil the corridor and the place but loittering things around. It really annoying for the people around and for the sorroundings, which is not fair.
A basic sign board @everyplace would also help rather putting it in the main reception area.and it would be helpful trust me.
Rest all will update as and when I visit OYO.
I hope you understand. BTW this stay was good but little things bothered me which helped me writing. Thank you

Wonderful place to stay, the rooms are spacious and also they have a hall and a bedroom in each flat. Breakfast is okish.

Good hospitality, comfort, spacious then other hotels close by
