OYO 15607 Greenwood Inn and Suites

Being a customer from 8 yrs never felt so disappointed with new management now only money minded and not bothered about customer values. Donno what the owners are doing they should take action against the new management not well treating the regular customer. Dear treebo u only say sorry after reading the reviews don’t ever take action against the hotel.

This is the 2nd time we stayed in this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. Room was neat and clean, spacious and overall it was wonderful

Hotel Reception is grand makes u feel that the room will be very neat and clean. However it was a totally opposite. Dirtiest room with mosquitos and dust all around and sofa chair is most dirty as if never ever cleaned. What is left to say about the bathroom which is the most pathetic. Room and bathrooms were absolutely disgusting.

Rooms spacious but bathrooms need to be cleaned well. The furniture needs a make over. Staff very friendly and helpful.

If you are not hygiene freak you can have nice time here. Services are good and staffs are cordial.

Pathetic service, no proper room service, tv and ac wasn’t working, washroom was not cleaned properly. Room size and linens were OK, stay at this place if you are on budget and not looking for anything from hotels end, except a bed to sleep as this place offers a good deal on rooms

Property needs upgrade,
The parking is cramped prone to damage in cars.
Could get far better options including better location in mysore compared to this.

Third time am staying der, everytime we visit it was a good experience regarding room and toilet cleanliness, but this when we went der, toilet was not clean and pipes are leaking continuously.so little bit disappointed.staffs are good and polite.

Other drawback is parking space which is very small and there is no lift from basement.

Service poor. Language problem. Hot water after reminded 4 times than they provide. Bathroom flash hanging bracket damaged and kept on floor also nor very clean. Extra mattress not ok in condition.

Its maintained well however the parking area is very small and there is no dining place as you have to order from outside or go outside for dinner and breakfast is available. The staff is good and very polite.

Hotel In Mysore Bangalore road, near to KSRTC bust and, Mysore palace, zoo, offer comfortable stay, well furnished rooms, ac, non ac rooms are available hotel have lift, power back up parking area, tv & cable collection, hot & cold water facilities. CCTV attached, can make payment by credit, debit cards or cash.
Mr. William from front desk helped me to get the room. Had pleasant stay.

I stayed in end of December 2020 with family. Room was bigger, but not clean. All wooden furniture were stink. Good to have hot water whole day. Receiption staff was not cooperating while servicing. Hotel don't have restaurant, they bring food from outside. Only single helper in whole hotel. Overall ok if you are spending more time out doing sightseeing.

Not worth the money you spend on the hotel. One of the most disappointing places I have been to. It's not at all as seen in the pics. There is a moist smell all through the washrooms and rooms. The walls are also full of moisture. The sheets were not clean. The bathroom's ceiling was leaking. No decent parking space as well. Will suggest finding an alternative if you are thinking of booking this. The service is just pethatic and not upto mark. They seriously need to improve the place. The food was also very oily.
