The room was good but the services were not good.
Wot water was not there and bed was not cleaned.

Rooms are very small. The room we got is in triangular shape. Whoever is the owner of this property is, he must be very greedy guy to construct such smaller rooms. Staircase, lobby room, reception everything is small. Bathroom door doesn't have latch to close it. Taps doesn't work properly. There is no proper parking available, you need to park on the road. I don't recommend to book this property especially if you are with family and non kannada speaking person.

They ask for 2x of amount showing online at the time of checking.
They are taking advantage of people situation.

First things first.they over book (just a fancy term to give rooms
offline) and deny you entry.then they will argue with you.and lastly.never book it with oyo.as a father of 2 young kids.i am sharing my honest feedback.its your wish to trust or not

If we book this room on online and at the time of check-in they will ask for extra amount. They'll allow to check-in only if we pay the extra amount.
The AC is not at all working, there is no hot water, they are not even providing drinking water, the rooms are not clean and if we are in 2nd, 3rd floor we won't even get wifi access.
So in totality of you're visiting Mysore, please don't ever book this hotel. It's not worth for anything for what we are paying.

What they mentioned is not available they said parking is there but i had to leave my car in road. They said lift is available but it was under maintenance. They said geyser is there but they said from morning 5 to 11 only hot water will come.bed covers and pillows were dirty. Had hair and strains.

Its my humble request to all, Say 'No' to this hotel. Reasons:
1. My booking was already paid & I was there at 9pm tonight after long travel, still they asked for extra money to give me the room. We had a long argument of 1 hour and when I ask them to call police then they gave me the room.
2. Again next day my booking was for 'Classic Room' but reception women started arguing with me to make extra payment as they can't survive in that rent which was given as a discount offer to me.
3. Police was there that day: I had clicked pictures too, but nobody helped me out. Neither local police nor Oyo. I decided to look for another hotel immediately.
4. No facilities in room: No phone for room service, shower was broken, unable to open almirah as too much hoch poch in a small room

Guys if anybody need proof I can share pictures as well but please don't go to this hotel. Avoid even if its the last hotel in the city. And I request OYO also to de-register this from OYO as they need more money for their survival which they can collect only manually.

I have booked the room and got confirmation email. But the check-in was denied at the night time, as the rooms booked by us was allocated to someone else. Only option we had was to sleep in the car.

Worst rooms worst service and bad attitude.blankets, Bedsheets were dirty they didn't change it saying they were short of clean ones as their laundry person was not coming.rooms were dirty.no electricity.misleading in each and every way.do not go here if u value ur hard earned money

Terrible experience.
The staff is not friendly.
Fake amenities provided on booking websites.
Parking is on roadside in front of shops.
No in house resturant.
Water is chargeable and they won't provide any receipt. Upon asking for receipt we were told to get water from outside, which we did as water is cheaper outside.

Please avoid this hotel.

I booked this hotel through OYO 3 weeks before my arrival, I was on my trip with family to Ooty so I want a night halt because I had a 6 months old baby. Everything is going fine until I reached the hotel they said rooms are full and sorry can’t accommodate you on face because they had disputes with OYO and they are not allowing customers who booked through OYO. I’m on road with my family and my baby in a new city and with no local language skills we suffered for 3 hours and finally got room by Treebo. These people are horrible and if they don’t want to accept bookings from OYO they should have cancel their membership or they should have inform the customer by calling
But they didn’t do it because they want us to come their and left with no option and can take extra money

Small rooms but well maintained. I had an erattic experience because of booking through Oyo which is the worst app for rooms.what you pay is different in Oyo and you have to pay extra at the hotel worst service Oyo and the hotel staff also doesn't support you and give rooms.i had to search for an other room in the middle of night.don't book through Oyo.if you are not subscribed to Oyo why are still using Oyo name

I would have given 0 stars if possible. We had booked 2 rooms through one of the booking sites and paid in full. When we go for checking in, they say that rooms are not available and they are no longer with the booking sites and all stuff. Their main issue was the discounted rates that we booked the rooms with. When we pleaded them to give atleast 1 room so that we could get ready there and will check out in 2 hours, they first told the amount will be different. We agreed and after sometime they told they can give a room at the same price we booked as no other rooms were available and since we had no way out and we had to go for a function we took the option and the room. SURPRISE. They give a room where you don't have space to move, let alone 3 people get ready. With very less option, we got ready one by one taking triple the time of what we would have taken had we got a good family room. On top of that the receptionist kept calling my husband to clear the bill as if we are running away.

Worst horrible service. Windows curtain rod falls off, bathroom flush falls off, fans wobble making noise, no room service, NO LIFT FACILITY. Worst place to stay with family.
High ratings are given by their own people and local couples or students who have been using this hide out to enjoy.

We had booked 2 prepaid rooms at this hotel through Agoda. However, upon check in, we were denied the rooms as the hotel guy claimed not to be associated with OYO and demanded money for any rooms. We were forced to take one single room for Rs. 600 to freshen up for onward journey instead of staying the night there. The room we were provided was more like a study room in a corner, crammed for space where hardly one person can move around. The money charged was outrageous considering the itty bitty space in the room, equivalent to a space in a mouse trap.

The hotel management was rude and clearly didnt care about any SLA’s they had with OYO. This is not a one off incident as we had met another customer during the same day facing the same issue. We had to engage for an hour with OYO and Agoda for initiating the refund for the amount paid.

I request OYO to seriously consider removing this hotel and other phonies like these from its operations as it would tarnish its reputation and hamper the trust in the brand. Also requesting OYO to strengthen its SLA’s with hotels, monitor them and penalize the phonies rather than buttering them with Gold partner statuses (This actually happened as OYO discussed with management to accomodate us for the night in lieu of them giving Gold partner status or something. However, the reception lady still demanded more money for giving us a different room which we didnt take and vacated the mouse room within 2 hours. So are they really associated with OYO? Its hard to say).

Wish i could provide with a zero star experience but forced to give one star due to limitations.

Customer service was pathetic and they charged with extra money. As we arrived late at night with friends we didn't have any choice other than paying what they asked for. They were ignorant to give us a room as they were disturbed in their sleep in the middle of the night. The room didn't have any basic amenities and AC was not working.

The rooms and service used to be good, but now there is a new male fat receptionist who asks money for literally everything. Unnecessarily paid ₹500 for an extra occupant. The service is really bad now, even the lift is not working. And we got 2nd floor, it's horrible.

Oyo at its worst. No person to help you to pick you luggage from car as well and the rooms are like a valley down and up climbing feel, lifts don't work, curtain blinds holders fell down, EPABX (landline) don't work, and mostly they don't bother much about the hospitality. Mostly this is just a place for few hours visitors (quick hours) not for family to stay children or elders.

The experience was terrible, the rooms were very badly maintained, the bed sheets were stinking and it had stains all over. There was no water in the evening wash room and the staffs were really rude. I really don't recommend Oyo room stay to anyone personally!

The worst rooms. The door of the bathroom was not attached, they have just placed it inside the bathroom, which we would have to lift. They didn't even mention the problem with the door while booking the room. The toilet seats were detached from the toilet. The mirrors in the bathrooms were not there. The staff were unfriendly. They increased the rent which was already decided.

I booked a room via OYO and just because someone who went looking for a room directly in the reception (not via booking app) they offered them the empty room and cancelled my OYO booking just a few hours before my check in. How ridiculous is it? What happened here is, hotel wont get much profit when they get bookings via applications because they are in a tie up. If customers come on spot (bookings via reception) then what they do is they cancel online (OYO, FAB, TRIVAGO, etc) bookings. PS: I faced major issues due to last moment cancellation of my booking. Worst hotel ever!

After reaching they said all rooms are filled and they didn't allow us to check in. Hotel manager is a culprit he gives away the booked rooms if someone pays high.

Rooms were not clean, Service was pathetic, No active channels on TV, Phone was out of order. No Geyser in Bathroom. No Soaps/Towels were provided. Even the Water Bottle was charged at more than MRP.

Don't want to give even a single star. Worst experience ever had with OYO. I would recommend oyo to remove these under standard hotels from their list for the reputation of OYO. Staff's are very rude and you cannot ask them for anything missing. There was no power for many hours and they don't empathize. Untidy bathroom and linens. Bathroom doors are broken, they fix it temporarily only on request. They offer complementary breakfast but you have to go a mile far to the hotel and the hotel is also a dingy place which has no place to sit. They force you to pay during check in so you have no options to cancel after looking at the room condition.

No power back up, had a hell of night, they not even provide drinking water to rooms, no covered parking for cars, lift is a another issue had to wait 15 minutes to get myself out by forcefully opening doors mid landing, list goes on
