Very bad behaviour of the staff. Dirty room. Loaded with cockroaches and flies. When entered in the room found used plates with half eaten foods. Dirty pillows. There were no towels or soaps in the washroom.

Good services, rooms are big and clean, the manager Gopinath Rao is very kind and helpful. I had a great stay here. The hotel is so near to Orion East mall and whenever i will be visiting bangalore definitely i will be choosing this hotel.

Hotel staff was so rude, there turn off the wifi after I ask for the wifi password and room heater was not working when we said it to the staff there didn't even care about it

There are so many things that this hotel doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Starting with cleanliness, you will find cockroaches running in the rooms and cupboards.

Secondly, the staffs are rude and disrespectful.

Third, AC doesn’t work and so a couple of lights in the room.

Therefore, request everyone to look for other hotels instead of paying 1200 for this kind of services.

Described as 2 star hotel but the ambience looks like normal hotel, rooms are neat and clean, hot water supply available. Located close to bengalore east railway station

Only stay purpose overnight it is okay, okay.not clean linen, no room cleaning. AC doesn't work. You don't any snacks in the hotel. You have to go out for food, breakfast.ambience is quite dull,

I could've rated 5 star but there's no enough parking space and not much ventilation at the party hall. It's bit congested suitable for small parties and functions maybe for 30-50 people

No parking facilities. The occupants smoke on the verandah in front of the rooms. The rooms are too conjusted. Cleanliness not good. Overall a budget accommodation. Could be avoided.

In my last stay when I was check in a worst experience with one staff. His speech and behavior we don't like. When I call to reception he attended the call and again his rude speech, I feel very negative. Maybe he has a power as a staff but I don't want to care him. Because I paid for my stay. I choose this hotel because I already stayed here. But that time it was very nice behavior from everybody. I never seen him at that time. This time also except him, every staffs are very good. I don't wish to give a 4 * for my stay. Unfortunately this time I will give 4 because him.

They have terminated their hotel from oyo still oyo is accepting booking for it. It was an unpleasant experience

This is utter garbage hotel. Hotel staff is extremely rude. Specially the one receptionist. They provoked me to cancel my booking on day of check in. Please dont waste your money in this hotel

Good accomodation place for a week's trip.they have kept the Oyo standards and good housekeeping as well. If you having good offers with Oyo, you will get these good standard rooms on your budget itself and good accessible area too. You can get anything nearby the hotel. Good way to enjoy your holidays is to eat sleep roam and repeat.

One of the best hotel in which I enjoyed my holiday from the depth of my heart. These hotel is much amazing and room service is better than others

They are just started building this I went for birthday party. But its it situated in b -trac. If you book ola Uber any cabs they won't come near to this hotel you have to walk minimum 250 m. But hotel is it's really good. Very near to Bangalore East railway station

Great Timing at Priyanka Residency and the Manager is very Friendly. Superb Confort and service.

I stay here for just 1 night. Rooms are so neat. Stay is in prime location, all the access are very close to this residency. Good to choose this.

Not as good as we thought. But for the budget, we would compromise. In surprised it is under OYO though. I thought they had some standards

Excellent place. Really clean, comfy, the shower was perfect and hot!

[OYO 16896 ]We had booked and stayed in two rooms 305 and 308 on 20 to 22/10/2018 and to our shock that we found in both the rooms the A/c wasnt working at all, when we raised a query the lethargic answer was that it will not work and niether there was any discount offered and changed the tariff to non ac rooms, they sent a person who switched on the unit and says ac is working fine let God save him, Then on further argument he says ac is on repair and has to be rectified, what is OYO doing to audit the hotels, IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH OYO.i being a regular customer of OYO posting this for better service facility for the customers. MORNING BREAKFAST HORRIBLE, THANKS AND REGARDS AWAITING RESPONSE FROM OYO

Extremely well maintained hotel. Find a reasonable app to order from. I paid 900 for each night which is not worth though.

Not a great place but ok for an overnight stay if you don't have any other option and it's right beside Orion east mall which is a plus.
