OYO 17018 Roots Nest

Whether you book from OYO or Agoda this hotel refuse online booking and ask extra amount. I booked for my family and shocked when the hotel owner denied the check-in.

The hotel owner are cheating.once we book rooms
They say we're not given room for Oyo
If you need room 3500 rs per room we book in Oyo for 12.some things for 2 rooms

It's the opposite of value for money on oyo it shows 600 something per day but actually it's double of that they charged rupees 1200 per day and I was charged 2300 for 2 days also they apologized in advance that TV is not working but I didn't realise that TV was broken the AC was there in the room but there was no AC remote provided so that I can switch it on or do something I had to live with fan.hygienic conditions was okish yet the bathroom was not fully maintain the reception has only one or two persons were not available all the time you have to call them and ask them for everything you want thirdly the ease of going there is non existant it's at a very remote location and none of the autos you will find going there the normal waiting time after booking a cab or a bike is approximately 20 minutes to 1 hour. On oyo it's mentioned they have in house facilities for food but they do not have that and surrounding areas also you don't find any good place to eat except for snacks. Most importantly if you wish to go there do not book through oyo because they will simply deny a room if booked through oyo. The reason they stated is that oyo is offering them less money than what they want where as in my opinion they are offering way much more than they deserve. The locks on doors are not proper I had to ask them for a key and they searches for proper 15 minutes before handing me over the key without a keyring so I had to carry the simple key in my wallet as long as I stay there so as not to misplace it. I had a difficult time in walking because of medical condition still they offered me a room on the fifth floor and the lift only works up till second floor so I had to walk 3 floors despite my medical condition and when I ask them why can't I get a room at the second floor the stated that none of them was vacant I ask them if they are we can get any time please shift me they never did that. While I asked a fellow person who was staying on the second floor he arrived about 5 hours after me and was still able to get the second floor. The basic things like soaps and towel are also not provided you have to emphasize and ask them to provide you with that otherwise you are in loss and they are in profit.

Hotel refused our stay. Hotel is no longer accept booking from OYO. Agoda or any other. Please contact property before payment. Do not get surprised during check in

Very Rude Behave staff. They don't know how to respect customers. They come again and again and disturb us for payment Which i have already paid, Really Irritating staff.and also 2 starts for cleaning and all.

Ac is not working and bedsheets were not clean properly and no wifi.i had paid 1900 rupees and its worth less

Clean and good maintained rooms.felt safe and secure.and services are provided properly.really love this place

Awesome hotel. One of the best hostel I have booked till now. Clean and Safe. Staff is very nice and supportive.

Firstly they will send you to a wrong room and then after 3 hour they will come and say you have to pay extra bcz this room was not which you booked

Undoubtedly very pleasant staff. You have privacy, parking space, spacious rooms in excellent condition. Worth the money experience. In the heart of the city. Most of the places were around 15-20 minutes by uber/auto. I would fefdefinit stay here again if I happen to visit Bangalore.

We checked into our room on Dec 3,2018, and found it to be extremely comfortable and clean. The staff were most cooperative and helped me in ordering a taxi and ensuring my early, timely departure to the train station. This is my second time of using OYO because of their fair rates, and each time my stay is more than satisfactory! Thank you!
